What you see is what you get, nothing more nothing less.

ما أعجب النزلاء: The staff were very friendly and everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was also good. It’s in a really convenient location because it’s connected to the mall right next to it and also the MRT train station. It’s just outside the chaos of Siam and Asok (basically the crazy part of Bangkok) so it’s nice and peaceful. The room is nice and spacious though there were some issues I had which were promptly and professionally dealt with thanks to the amazing staff at the hotel.

ملاحظات النزلاء: So there’s somethings that weren’t up to what I had expected from them, however, when I did bring it to their attention they changed my room. So before my room was change the fridge was barely cooling anything in it and the TV was old and was just about functioning now ordinarily I wouldn’t care but this isn’t something I was expecting from a brand like Centara. The new room though was much better but still something’s were the same like the furniture in general was dated and old.

A Wonderful Birthday Surprise at Dynasty 🎂🍑

ما أعجب النزلاء: A Wonderful Birthday Surprise at Dynasty 🎂🍑 We celebrated our son’s 24th birthday at Dynasty, Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok, and had such a wonderful experience. The food and service were excellent, and the lovely birthday surprise with Chinese longevity peach buns made the celebration even more special. A special thank you to A, Ploy, and Pee for their warm, attentive, and friendly service. You truly made our son’s birthday a memorable one. Thank you, Dynasty team. We will definitely be back! ❤️

• تقييم النزلاء 10David

Great value, excellent staff, super clean and convenient; how can you go wrong?

ما أعجب النزلاء: Friendly staff, clean facilities, amazing breakfast, and an excellent vibe from arrival to departure. Centara is our go-to place to transition into and out of Thailand. Kudos to the staff for making our stay excellent.

ملاحظات النزلاء: Nothing stands out as needing to be changed. Any quirks are really just character marks rather than deficiencies. Obviously, it isn't the cheapest place in town, but it feels like luxury for a lot less money than the same option in the U.S.

Probably the best hotel in Ladprao, great breakfast, close to BTS

ما أعجب النزلاء: Hotel clean, fantastic view from room, breakfast exceptional

ملاحظات النزلاء: Not a great deal to do in the surrounding area, hotel looking a little tired and in need of modernisation

• تقييم النزلاء 10David

Centara is a great place to transition into and out of Thailand.

ما أعجب النزلاء: What is not to like here. Well, the carpets are interesting, but I keep coming back to Centara for several reasons. First, the staff is amazing; everyone is friendly and eager to help as well as observant and ready to jump in as needed. The breakfast, specifically the choices of what to eat, is fabulous. I really like staying here for the first few days and last few days of my Thailand trips.

ملاحظات النزلاء: There isn't really anything I don't like necessarily. The hotel is aging a bit, I suppose, but the staff does a great job of keeping everything clean and tidy. The carpets are a bit psychadelic on the room floors, but that is part of the charm. Anyway, nothing really that I can specifically say needs changed.

  Concierge team & Sarat

ما أعجب النزلاء: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Exceptional 5‑Star Experience – dedicated care & attention beyond normal care of duty. Making sure I’m safe as I’m there for healthcare. It’s truly family dedication. Sarat is quite new at Centara Grand but stands out for his gentle nature but with hidden strength, care and attention to what he offers constantly. It is a fabulous hotel but an exceptional one for how it manages & nurtures its guests. Thank you so much Daniella
