Excellent Service, but the Rooms Need Renovation

Lo mejor: The staff at check-in, as well as at the restaurant and bar, were amazing and made us feel very welcome. The restaurant selection was excellent, and we really enjoyed the food, drinks, and breakfast. Having the option to dine on-site without going out was a great convenience, especially after travelling. The location is also very convenient, close to the airport. Plenty of comfortable, inviting areas to relax and lounge made the whole stay enjoyable.

A mejorar: Although the room was spacious, it definitely needs updating. The corridors and rooms have old carpets that make the property feel dated, and it smelled odd. The mattresses, pillows, and bed linen also need a serious upgrade, as does the bathroom. Overall, the room and its furnishings feel like they haven't been updated in at least 20 years. With some modernisation and refurbishment, the property could be much more comfortable and appealing.

Lo mejor: Bardzo miły i otwarty personel. Smaczne i bogate i na bieżąco uzupełnianie śniadanie. Spore pokoje z wygodnymi łóżkami i klimatyzacją.
