  A mejorar: The noise at night was terrible from the road. Although room was modern there were quite a few scuffs and general upkeep wasn’t great.

  Great stay as always

  Lo mejor: The staff was really nice and welcoming also got extra cupcakes on arrival which I thought was really sweet, my daughter loved them, it was her first time staying and she really enjoyed herself especially the Nutella sauce pump in the restaurant for breakfast lol.

  A mejorar: Everything was fine, the only thing was the shower floor in the bathroom in our room I think it had limescale but other then that everything was Great!! And my family and I had a wonderful stay I've been here twice and will definitely recommend I'll be booking soon.

  Lo mejor: Everything! Staff were great, especially Katie on reception, she was friendly and lovely. The room was fabulous 👌 comfy beds. Very clean, spacious. We had a good stay.

  Lo mejor: The room was lovely. Beds very comfy, great staff and the aesthetics of the whole hotel was lovely.

  A mejorar: The only criticism is the bathroom situation and the lack of privacy. As was travelling with a colleague and not a partner, I think the lack of doors to the bathroom is a tad unfavourable.

  Lo mejor: We got a VIP room and free prosecco which was a really great addition. The hotel was stylish, the rooms were big and better than we were expecting.

  A mejorar: We travelled down for a concert and were quite short of time, unfortunately the restaurant service was SUPER slow we were there for well over an hour and could see a lot of unhappy customers. There was only 1 person taking orders, making orders and then also disappearing to deliver room service. The restaurant definitely needs to be staffed better to be more efficient. Location wise, it was quite far from Wembley/Central and awkward to navigate around.

  A good choice, provided it’s under £100 per night.

  Lo mejor: The rooms are clean and comfortable, and a nice toiletry kit is provided. Daily housekeeping is available, the breakfast is excellent (featuring fish, cold cuts, pastries, etc.), and newspapers can be requested. The staff are very helpful.

  A mejorar: There is no private parking, though there is some parking near the hotel (limited to about 20 spaces). Public transport links are restricted to buses only. The hallways outside the rooms could use better soundproofing.

  It's a good quality hotel that I like and it didn't disappoint.

  Lo mejor: Lovely room as ever. Helpful and pleasant staff. Food in restaurant was pretty good (portion was massive). Even used the ice machine in the corridor.

  Exceptional hospitality that made all the difference!

  Lo mejor: A wonderful stay thanks to Nina, Raheem and the entire team! I had a lovely four-day stay, and what stood out most was the exceptional hospitality and genuine kindness of the staff. The real gem of this hotel is the staff. Nina went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable after the issues with my initial room. She arranged for me to move rooms and thoughtfully left a handwritten apology note and a cupcake, which was such a lovely gesture. Just when I thought she couldn’t be any kinder, on check-out I was presented with chocolates and a handwritten card wishing me a safe journey home ahead of my departure. It was incredibly thoughtful and genuinely touching. Raheem was equally wonderful. He was so accommodating, helping with my room, assisting with my luggage, and always making time for warm, lovely conversations. His friendliness and willingness to help made me feel so welcome and at ease. Both Nina and Raheem went beyond simply providing good service. Their warmth and thoughtfulness made a real difference to my stay The wider team also deserves recognition for creating such a welcoming atmosphere - from the security at the door, to the help staff at the restaurant, etc. Just wow! Hotels are ultimately about people, and Nina, Raheem and their colleagues are a wonderful reminder of how much exceptional service and simple acts of kindness can elevate an experience. I left feeling genuinely cared for and with such fond memories of my stay. Thank you, Nina and Raheem and the entire team for making my experience here such a special one. You are both a real credit to the hotel, and I hope management recognises the difference you make to your guests. I would happily return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel!

  Lo mejor: My stay at Park Plaza Hotel was absolutely wonderful, and I cannot praise the experience enough. From the beautiful, spacious surroundings to the exceptional service provided by the staff, everything made my stay truly memorable.

  A mejorar: I wound say decoration for worm other wise the best Sometimes, you stay somewhere that simply exceeds your expectations, and Park Plaza Hotel was one of those places for me. Everything was beautiful, comfortable, and well taken care of, making my experience a genuine pleasure from beginning to end.

  It was good. I would go back to this hotel.

  Lo mejor: The hotel is quite good just as indicated. The access to the train station makes movement very easy while there. I loved the breakfast. The staff here are amazing very helpful and always smiling. My package from amazon was delivered after I had checked out and I still managed to get it.

  A mejorar: The only challenge was housekeeping, if you don't ask for the room to be cleaned and for the essentials like shower cap etc. you don't get. Also nobody helps you with the luggage right from the reception that was a shocker for me as most hotels they assist ( maybe it's a Europe thing). On one of the days the housekeeping team returned a dirty used spoon in a position to make it look like it was cleaned. I showed it to the reception and they brought me clean spoon and cups. They are responsive to complains but the complains can be avoided if housekeeping do their job well.

  A mejorar: Be careful with 30 min limit to pay for parking! If you do end up getting a fine please contact the hotel. In my case they were very helpful and managed to cancel the fine.
