  Les moins: They didn’t refund when I booked Sydney and I was in Melbourne. I booked same hotel in Melbourne as they both were IHG group. I paid both hotels that costed me $259 for Sydney and $231 for Melbourne.

  Les moins: Our room was supposed to be spacious, by square footage, however the origami shapes to the room rendered available floor space barely usable. We were hardput to find space to open our suitcases.

  Good enough to sleep and eat all the breakfast

  Les plus: We really liked the buffet breakfast, delicious eggs and roasted tomato's. Simple food but done well. Although it was a very busy Sunday breakfast, we managed to get our table and food pretty quickly. Thank you to a staff member Maria who was super helpful and fast at cleaning tables. She was super efficient. The location of the hotel was near the airport but slightly further away of walk to Mascot Station in comparison to other hotels. Room size was decent and was comfortable. Great shower and lotions.

  Les moins: We had to ask for new pillows because one set that we had was stinky (unfortunately smelled of a stinky person). Thank you to the staff who bought us the new pillows and extra towels to help cover the pillows. The sheet also smelled like sour laundry (like when a batch of laundry wasn't perfectly dried before it was ironed and folded). It's the first time we ever had issues with the bedding which was unfortunate. We had stayed in other airport hotels in Mascot and from our room we can hear the sounds of planes landing. Other hotels have better soundproofing, if this is a concern.

  I had a pleasant stay and certainly can recommend the hotel for an overnight stay near the airport.

  Les plus: Lots of choice for breakfast. All the food looked good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was good and I didn't hear any noise from other rooms. It was close to the airport which I needed.

  Les moins: The bed was a little firm for my liking. It was OK for one night but I couldn't stay for more nights with a firm bed. If the bed had been different (softer) I would happily stay longer if I ever needed to.

  Way less expensive than airport,a nice place for overnight stay

  Fabulous hotel within walking distance to the airport.

  Les plus: Nice size room with a small couch and desk. Noise levels from the airport were minimal. Good breakfast, very friendly staff, good size bathroom. Easy walk to the airport even with luggage.

  Would stay again, and probably would even consider staying here vs. somewhere in the CBD since it was only a ten minute

  Les plus: Walking distance to domestic terminal, walking distance to light rail and train stations (one train and you’re in Central Quay). It was clean and quiet.

  Les moins: The bathroom was odd - fully glassed in, and while the glass was frosted, shadows were fully visible from the shower to the rest of the room, which our teenaged sons did not like.
