  Les plus: A very pleasant one-night stay. The room was clean and the facilities were very well maintained. Great location, with quick access to the nearby shopping centre by car. Plenty of off-street parking on a not-too-busy day.

  Great Location close to everything

  Les plus: The breakfast was great had a variety of food & beverages. The room was neat & tidy with no issues. The location of the hotel was close to where we needed to get to & it was close to Macquarie Shopping centre for dinner/lunch.

  Les moins: The bottom of the bathroom wall is glass so its see through - the whole bathroom wall was glass. The vanity had cracks all over the sink

  Very basic room for $500 per night.

  Les moins: We requested two single beds when we booked but was told we had to share a queen bed as they couldn't accommodate our request when checking in. Breakfast was very basic and we had to wait for hot food as eggs and bacon had run out. No extra blankets available in room if you got cold.

  Absolutely loved our stay, would stay there again.

  Les plus: The staff were very friendly, check in was super easy, loved that I could pay cash and that parking and breakfast were included in the room price. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was really nice and the shower was awesome. Location was great too! Close to Macquarie Centre and down a quiet street that made it easy to get to and easy to leave in the morning. Would definitely stay there again!

  Les moins: The breakfast could be of a higher standard. Eggs and fried rice was a bit dry. A bit more care and effort into the breakfast would definitely lift the breakfast standard to everything else.

  Room needs to be cleaned well with attention to detail & guests' specific requests!

  Les plus: Positives: - The staff: John at reception upon my arrival (very late at night) was all smiles and was super polite and helpful. - The lovely Ha was so accommodating. When I explained that I running a bit behind schedule to check out & also had many pieces of luggage to transfer to the car so Ha extended my check out time proactively. - The shower pressure was great which made for quick & efficient showering. - The furniture was functional but dated. - The block out blinds were just that – really good. - Comfortable bed. - Good aircon. worked well, not noisy with no emanating odours when it was on.

  Les moins: Negatives: - Room not cleaned or serviced well at all and even though I SPECIFICALLY requested that the room be vacuumed and the bathroom & bedding be checked for hair strands and other debris. As soon as I approached the bed, there it was a hair strand on the top cover and then another one when I pull back the spread on the sheet with what looked a very small bug / fly? Irksome! Didn’t see hair strands in the bathroom but the bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned mopped for a very long time! - Please see photos of all of the above! - Grotty tap bases & lotion bases, rusted, broken bin, big hole in hand towel (please see photos) - Some of the furniture was old & dated. - Nil bathroom privacy. The bathroom & toilet are actually in the room only separated by glass panels and glass door! Hopefully they have other rooms available for couples with an actual separate room with walls and a door. - No cooking facilities or even a microwave at least. This presented problems and further expense in terms of meals. - Parking $50 per night way too expensive.

  Nice and clean and close to everything. Good breakfast. Easy parking.

  Les plus: We paid for the parking located under the hotel. Beds were comfortable. Free breakfast was nice with lots of choices.

  Les moins: The bathroom situation is a little odd. The walls are the frosted glass that you can’t see through but can still see silhouettes. The shower wall was right where the bed is. I was traveling with my adult son so it was a bit uncomfortable. The shower door is also the bathroom door and didn’t stay closed all the way.

  Les plus: 中心部から離れるので不便かと思いましたが、メトロ1本で20～30分のアクセスは、とても簡単で、駅前には大きなショッピングモールがあり、中心部で高額を支払うより価値を感じた。

  Les moins: 安くはないので、朝食は、もう少しバリエーションが欲しかった。洗濯機がAUD 8.00は、高いと思う。

  Fantastic Sydney Stay!

  Les plus: Everything! The staff were lovely. The room was comfortable and nice. The bed was lovely. Breakfast was simple but tasty!

  Les moins: Only problem I had was the noise from the interconnecting room (not with us) wasn't sound proof. We could hear their tv most of the night!
