APA Hotel Higashi Shinjuku Kabukicho Tower

De ligging, en de onsen

מה פחות אהבו: Terbiyesiz ve kötü çalışanlar size saygısızca davranır. Havasız ve küçük odalarda nefes alamazsınız. Kötü hijyen sebebiyle hasta olursunuz. Kötü konum sebebiyle taciz edilirsiniz. Rude and unprofessional staff will treat you disrespectfully. You won't be able to breathe in the stuffy and cramped rooms. You'll get sick due to poor hygiene. You'll be harassed because of the poor location. Enjoyed the onsen on-site.

Clean, impeccable business hotel. The onsen is located in the main building, but I was initially booked into another APA hotel nearby. The reception kindly moved me into the main building so I would not have to walk in my bathrobe across the Shinjuku area at night. The staff overall was very polite and helpful: my room felt cold, they brought up a blanket and a small heater.

All good.

La atención por parte del personal.

El tamaño de la habitación era pequeño.

Note pour Apa Hotel Higashi

Convenient for s short stay

The hotel is located within walking distance of Shinjuku. The room was clean and well-equipped (e.g., kettle, hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, bathroom accessories, etc.) We stayed just for 1 night, so I cannot say anything about the cleaning service. The onsen was really nice; however, I wish the outdoor one had a fully open window.

All was meeting the expectations. It is important to remember that the rooms are very small.

Great location, close to train stations and great food places and shops.

It was a very small room, but I knew about this coming into it so I wasn’t surprised. If there were 2x people in the room it would have been very tricky. Not much room (other than under the bed) to store luggage

Muito bem localizado, funcionários muito solicitos

Great location, hotel is exactly what is advertised, the rooms are small however everything you need it there and it is clean, tidy and comfortable. Staff always helpful and friendly. Great english.

Nice Hotel but small lobby creates huge congestion at checkout.

Location

No place to sit in the lobby just relax for a few minutes just to chat. Check out is a huge disappointment with so many people, and travel companions all waiting in line and blocking the small lobby with baggage. Should organize the check-out with only one person per room to be in line.

Die erste Reise nach Japan

O check in e check out foram bem práticos e fáceis de fazer.

Great hotel in Shinjuku, small rooms but efficient use of space

Great hotel, super clean. Rooms are small but arranged in a way that makes storing your bags away efficient - good use of the space. I also liked that they only clean your room every 3 days - but give you fresh towels and change your trash every day.

Little further from the main station than it appears on the map. And tattoos aren’t allowed in the onsen :(

Very convenient hotel with affordable prices. Rooms are quite small, but have everything you need. This hotel also has laundry services, breakfast etc.

There were just 2 laundry machines, so the queue was quite big. I needed to use one outside (1 min away from the hotel). Which is not a problem, but you need to plan ahead

The views! Helpful staff.

The laundry mat. It takes 30 minutes to wash clothes and an hour to dry. And there's only 3 of each. It took about 4 hours to do clothes while waiting for people to finish.

A comfortable and convenient stay.

The room was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was small but comfortable. Check-out was quick and easy, and the location was fairly convenient.

The breakfast did not meet my expectations. The breakfast room was too small for the number of guests the hotel accommodates, and there weren't enough fresh options, particularly fruits and vegetables. Check-in is handled through automated machines, which actually makes the process quite slow, leaving several people waiting in line. While I understand machines are meant to speed things up, when you stay at a hotel, you expect personal service from staff rather than having to do shadow work yourself.
