Bed was a little hard

Discrimination

Nothing

THE FACT IT DIDN'T HAVE STAIRS ACCESS TO AVOID USING LIFTS, MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME WHO HAS BAD CLAUSTROPHOBIA TO ATTEND TO HOTEL. BOOKING.COM SHOULD ALSO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY

Not a good place to stay.

No good

They didn’t refund when I booked Sydney and I was in Melbourne. I booked same hotel in Melbourne as they both were IHG group. I paid both hotels that costed me $259 for Sydney and $231 for Melbourne.

Perfecto y cercano al aeropuerto

La cama y el desayuno

Todo bien

Yeah, nah!

It is close to the airport.

Our room was supposed to be spacious, by square footage, however the origami shapes to the room rendered available floor space barely usable. We were hardput to find space to open our suitcases.

Was OK, better than others we have stayed in this area, would consider booking again.

Breakfast, coffee average, location close to airport as selected and was able to walk to nearby shopping mall. Single beds provided as requested.

Hotel looking a little tired in places.

Good enough to sleep and eat all the breakfast

We really liked the buffet breakfast, delicious eggs and roasted tomato's. Simple food but done well. Although it was a very busy Sunday breakfast, we managed to get our table and food pretty quickly. Thank you to a staff member Maria who was super helpful and fast at cleaning tables. She was super efficient. The location of the hotel was near the airport but slightly further away of walk to Mascot Station in comparison to other hotels. Room size was decent and was comfortable. Great shower and lotions.

We had to ask for new pillows because one set that we had was stinky (unfortunately smelled of a stinky person). Thank you to the staff who bought us the new pillows and extra towels to help cover the pillows. The sheet also smelled like sour laundry (like when a batch of laundry wasn't perfectly dried before it was ironed and folded). It's the first time we ever had issues with the bedding which was unfortunate. We had stayed in other airport hotels in Mascot and from our room we can hear the sounds of planes landing. Other hotels have better soundproofing, if this is a concern.

Okay for the night but likely won’t be back

Convenient location, close to airport. We checked in early and they had a room available. Offered breakfast upon checkin

Fungus Gnats in bathroom and room. Doesn’t look as though the floors in the room or hallways have been vacuumed for quite some time.

Clean rooms friendly staff

Don't rely on google maps as it's 20 metres from CNR not 200 as it told us when in car

Clean and tidy.

Beds were very uncomfortable and didn't offer much on the restaurant menu.

5Kenneth Alejandro

Great customer service

Cleaning could have been better had to swap rooms due to this but attended to quickly

Had a nice stay

Too early for breakfast, received a breakfast pack

No one on counter when we left, wanted to advise that hand basin in 210, water very slow to drain.

Limited breakfast options, uncomfy pillows, not enough toiletries

Close to airport

Room was very small

Great spot for early flights

Queen beds were comfortable, long term parking close by and full breakfast included made it an easy start to the holiday International shuttle bus available for transfer to airport

No complaints

9Vindya Shirley

Great hotel in a convenient location.

Walking distance from the domestic terminal, modern, comfortable bed and breakfast was continental plus more.

Nothing

I had a pleasant stay and certainly can recommend the hotel for an overnight stay near the airport.

Lots of choice for breakfast. All the food looked good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was good and I didn't hear any noise from other rooms. It was close to the airport which I needed.

The bed was a little firm for my liking. It was OK for one night but I couldn't stay for more nights with a firm bed. If the bed had been different (softer) I would happily stay longer if I ever needed to.

Great value, including breakfast

Second time ed we have stayed here, close to airport, beds super comfy, good breakfast, just perfect for catching up on sleep before the last flight home.

Room was comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was sad, very underwhelming.

Great for a stop over between flights

Walking distance to domestic. Easy access by shuttle to International. Comfortable rooms.

Nothing

Ideal overnighter between flights

Due to my early departure didn't have breakfast but was given a breakfast box. Room ideal for one night between flights due to proximity of airport. Reception staff friendly and helpful

No complaints

Convenient

Location to the International airport. Easy transfer to the International terminal. Shower was excellent.

Even the firm pillows were soft

8Ana Paula Pardini

Boa opção para poucas horas de transição

Way less expensive than airport,a nice place for overnight stay

Good location near the airport, way cheaper than right at the airport, breakfast was quite good and shuttle bus on time.we actually got a quiet room as we'd requested

It's a bit trickier than it looks to find by car, you have to be in the kerb lane at the lights as it's just right on the corner. The bathroom isn't the best for privacy, but these are minor concerns really

Comfortable for a nights stay

Convenient to the airport.

Fabulous hotel within walking distance to the airport.

Nice size room with a small couch and desk. Noise levels from the airport were minimal. Good breakfast, very friendly staff, good size bathroom. Easy walk to the airport even with luggage.

Very quick but comfortable.

It is close to the airport however getting to the shuttle is a nightmare from Terminal 3. A long walk particularly with lots of luggage.

Nothing

Kuntosali 👌

Siisteys ei hyvä. Kylpyhuone pieni

Would stay again, and probably would even consider staying here vs. somewhere in the CBD since it was only a ten minute

Walking distance to domestic terminal, walking distance to light rail and train stations (one train and you’re in Central Quay). It was clean and quiet.

The bathroom was odd - fully glassed in, and while the glass was frosted, shadows were fully visible from the shower to the rest of the room, which our teenaged sons did not like.
