Allt annat!

Good but not exceptional

Location was good, nice and clean, breakfast was also not too bad. Very good view from our rooms, 180 degrees view.

The suite wasn’t super clean, the curtains and couch cushions looked like they were not washed or cleaned for a long time. Prob good if you’re not spending too much time in the rooms. They didn’t have hair dryer and I asked them twice but never received it.

The staff very accommodating, enterance very clean.

The location, we had a taxi booked to take us early hours of the morning to the airport, reception arranged the taxi told the driver of our luggage he arrived then had taken off and left us standing in shock bit of a heart starter

Sehr gut

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich super !

מה אהבו: Die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer war Mega schön.

The pool and gym

מה פחות אהבו: the room’s are quite out dated and require some additional upgrades, the lift is very slow

21st birthdaycelebration in a 5.star hotel in Thailand.

City view, rooftop bar, location

Old TV and decorder not working, broken remote, not that clean particularly the bathroom. Visible lack of maintenance for a 5 star hotel.

If you're just looking for a place to sleep and have breakfast, this will serve

Good, tasty breakfasts. A nice pool. A pretty good view of the city from the balcony.

The hotel itself is quite old and run-down. The rooms aren't cleaned well and are dirty (stains on the tables, dust). The room has a kitchen, but there isn’t a single knife, fork, or frying pan - if you’re traveling with a child and want to cook for them yourself, forget about it. The blinds on the windows don’t work. Phone chargers fall out of the outlets because they’re loose.

מה פחות אהבו: Die tägliche Obstauslage könnte abwechslungsreicher sein.

Room is nice with big balcony. I like the living room and dining table

Breakfast was bad. It's not variety and not even serve bacon. It was like 3stars minus breakfast.

A very pleasant stay with a spacious and well furnished apartment, a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The breakfasts were good, the pool was nice, and the Wi-Fi worked well. I also really appreciated the good food market right next to the hotel.

מה פחות אהבו: the sun loungers by the pool were often occupied, and the corridor leading to the pool + pool area could use some improvement. Overall, a good stay, but some details don’t quite match the 5-star standard.

מה פחות אהבו: horrible smell in the room and in the hall

Fue una noche y estuvimos bien

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay again.

Great location and some really helpful team members, for example, the two first aid staff were really kind and helped my son when he needed it.

I’m sure the property was a gem in its heyday - that day has passed. We were on the 30th floor, the apartments are tired and the carpets super old. The presentation of the lobby area vs rooms are worlds apart. It wouldn’t have been so bad if the cleaning was up to scratch but it wasn’t - balconies were never opened for cleaning, rooms were dusty around the tv and table areas, toilets seemed to only get flushed…the cleaning was poor and irregular. We mentioned this to the hotel who changed our cleaners and that improved a bit. It’s sold as an apartment but you have to request a microwave and there’s no cooking facilities.

Stock.

Teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen… Teppich im Zimmer etc

Nice lobby, nice staff, hidden gem food market next door

Amazing view, Amazing price, Amazing bed, Amazing staff (but old hotel)

Comfortable beds in a 120m2 suite at the 33th floor is great

The hotel needs to be repair at some point, like the deck around the pool (dangerous for a baby), and the rooms need a little refreshment.

Soggiorno a Bangkok

Zimmer waren nicht sauber. Kein Besteck in der Unterkunft. Fernbedienung kaputt.

Gerne wieder :-)

sucks

Degoutant

Le personnel était ok

מה פחות אהבו: Pas propre du tout, surtout pour un hôtel 5 étoiles .

Hotel funcional e
