Great stay!

Very good hotel, new, large rooms and bath, great breakfast, next to train and bus stations, 20 min to city center by train, all very convenient, polite and helpful staff. Defintely a great stay in London!

The price is a bit high but London is expensive.

Nice hotel, would come stay again

Very posh and clean

Had to wait quite a while to check in and was already running late for a dinner reservation. Lady on the desk when checking in and checking out seemed very miserable and not approachable

Very good, but reception queues let it down

Location, room, vibe, restaurant food good and not over-priced

Long queues often at reception often - 20 minutes to pay the bill before checkout is not ok. More staff needed. Only one coffee machine at breakfast!?!

Lovely hotel, great location

Clean, modern hotel. Very comfortable large room, beds and lovely bathroom. Good location for ABBA Voyage show and very convenient back into centre of London, 7 mins on the train.

Little bit more tea/coffee/milk in the room, not enough for 2. No problem getting it from reception though

Friendly, clean and comfortable

Staff were friendly. Hotel was stylish, clean and bed was comfortable. Food was nice and it has a nice coffee shop too. Good value for money. It’s easy to get to via 1 train stop from St Pancras station and a short taxi ride to Abba Voyage arena.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property

5 star. Extra large bathroom. Close to shopping and train. Very accommodating in changing dates.

Lots of choice at breakfast with very good quality food. The reception staff were extremely helpful and facilitated a late check out with no extra charge.

Disappointing

We have stayed a number of times and the standard is definitely slipping. We like the overall feel of the place and the location.

Unfortunately we were given a disabled room which was not suitable as it only catered for one occupant and we do not like the bathroom arrangement. There was only one bottle of water (not replaced for our second night), one packet of biscuits. There was no bedside table (so not enough drawers) and no foldable luggage rack for suitcase. The wardrobe door did not close properly which meant the internal light would have stayed on all night had we not jammed the ironing board up against the door to close it. Only small things but so different to when the hotel originally opened and we first stayed in approx. 2022/23.

Very welcoming staff. Room was very clean and well presented. The breakfast was plentiful and varied.

We had a quiet room. And it was quiet. Very good nights sleep.

Perfect position for visiting Stratford

The hotel was conveniently located & was clean. I felt the decor was lacking in warmth . The foyer was looking quite tired, in need of refurbishing and the food smells upon entering the foyer were not inviting . The room was a good size with a comfortable bed but it’s a shame that there was no opening window to allow for fresh air.

Amazing staff

I booked this hotel as a birthday surprise with my partner. There was possibilities of a birthday package which i paid for in advance. We arrived pretty late around 23:00 and when i asked the staff if everything was arranged for the surprise, it seemed that they forgot to do so :( Manish was very helpful and quickly set everything up so we could still enjoy the weekend! With a complimentary upgrade to the suite as apologies and with the surprise birthday package, our stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed our weekend! The check-in went very smoothly with help of Tayyab. Very nice guy! Breakfast was also pretty great.

Even though the birthday package wasn’t set up, the staff had great problem-solving skills and did everything they could to make sure our stay still went smoothly despite the circumstances. We really appreciated their effort and dedication, especially Manish! Thank you :)

Great! And value for money

Good clean property, brand new rooms and spotless, location is right next to Stratford international station and the mall. Connecting to central London (Covent garden, etc) is easy - by tube & Elizabeth line. Ofcourse if the tube is not working on the day, you’ve got to find alternatives like bus or uber. Very good aircon, comfy bed - they even provided a fan when I wanted some additional air circulation in the room. Room service and front desk were so responsive - all requests addressed within Minutes.

Nothing really, everything was good!

Buena elección

Buena elección

Quietly different than normal city hotels

Few more tweaks needed before perfection.

Spacious room with plenty of added extras such as an iron and ironing board, towelling robes and slippers. Nespresso coffee machine in room but only two pods. Well appointed hotel. Nice coffee shop (Union Social) - staff there were very pleasant and keen to please.

Breakfast wasn't included but that hadn't been clear from the booking.com info. Once that was established on arrival at Reception we weren't asked if we'd like to book (and pay) for breakfast as an add-on - which we would have done. Would have liked more pillows as the ones on offer were very squishy and ended up using the cushion from the sofa in the room. Not enough tea, coffee, milk supplies - had one cup each and that was it!

It was modern

For the price we paid, it was seriously disappointing and lacking. There was no bottles of water in the room, not even 1. We was woken up by housekeeping banging on the door asking what time we planned on checking out when check out was at 12.

Exceptional staff, facilities and hotel that exceeded all our expectations.

The staff were excellent from the front desk staff, to the resteraunt staff, bar tenders and everyone in between. The rooms were lush, very, very well maintained and the cleanliness was 5 star. It very much felt like 5 star servcie for a hotel that doesn't claim 5 star status. We will deffienetely be coming back with our children and had such a wonderful experience we have fallen in love with this hotel. Our favourite in the UK.

Nothing could have been better, we were very well looked after and made to feel comfortable and at ease.

Amazing hotel!

The beds were SO COMFY! Amazing facilities, a huge shower, coffee machine and biscuits and a fridge were so handy! The staff were amazing especially a lady Irmak I think her name was. She was on the reception desk and was lovely, kind and chatty. There was another man on reception who was also great! But sadly didn't catch his name. I would definitely stay here again, the location is great for shopping!

Nice room but rooftop needs to be acessable and bar needs to be open for residents

Nice room with lovely bathroom. Location was good

Not being able to get to the rooftop bar… there was a private party on and the next day it didn’t open until3 pm, we couldn’t even look at it. The bar was also closed to residents at 11 pm so we had to walk to another hotel to get a night cap.
