מה אהבו: The hotel is very flexible towards loyal customers. My family has been booking this hotel multiple times a year for the past 9 years. The sales manager (both previous and current) truly cares about loyal customers. I want to thank all the staff who are respectful, helpful, supportive, and kind towards loyal customers. 1) Jessica 2) Ayoub 3) Maria 4) Sahel 5) Jillian 6) Jenny 7) Taher 8) Wasim (Sale Manager)

מה פחות אהבו: On the fifth floor, there was always a cigarette smoke smell that was very annoying. The housekeeping on the fifth floor was not satisfactory in the beginning but it became better at the end. However, everything on the third floor was different. The housekeeping was premium and there was not any cigarette smoke.

מה אהבו: The hotel has the best location, a huge bed, and very spacious rooms. The staff are good, and we never lacked water or coffee amenities.

מה פחות אהבו: We decided not to extend our stay and moved to a different property because of the only room facilities that were highly disappointing. The television is an old analog model—it is not a smart TV, has no YouTube or Netflix, and cannot connect to any external devices. My girlfriend loves watching shows, but we were completely bored in the room. After we complained, they sent a technician who simply came and confirmed that the TVs are not smart TVs and cannot stream anything. Additionally, the toilet (WC) is installed way too high and is not a normal, comfortable size. Additionally, the toilet (WC) is installed way too high and is not a normal, comfortable size.
