Die Lage war wirklich super.

E esse hotel ajudou a completar nossa satisfação e a tornar nossa viagem inesquec

Localização perfeita! Bem proximo a Penn Station.

Nada a reclamar!

Spent the day at the AMNH then Broadway show with my daughter

Location. Staff were well trained and knew their job very well

Price but I get it, it's NYC

  Highly recommend

Situated in a bustling part of town close to Madison Square Gardens, subway and walking distance to Times Square and other great attractions. Our room was small but had everything we needed including a kitchenette with fridge, freezer, microwave, stove top etc. Bed was very comfortable. Room was quiet - no street noise. Very clean. Breakfast was included and free tea/coffee station in foyer which was also lovely to sit in with the gas fire and seating areas. Staff were all friendly and helpful, particularly Jorje from the restaurant.

Shower pressure was very low but this wouldn't put me off staying again.

New York’a tekrar gelirsek kesinlikle yeniden tercih edeceğimiz bir otel.

מה אהבו: Hôtel proche de tous les lieux touristiques phares. Très bien desservi par les transports. Bel hôtel, studio bien aménagé, lit confortable. Très propre. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Personnel charmant et attentif. Terrasse roof top superbe!

  ottimo hotel in posizione strategica

מה אהבו: posizione fantastica, con Penn station a 5 minuti a piedi. Tutte le attrazioni sono raggiungibili a piedi. Camera molto bella e pulita, colazione ricca e abbondante

Location, room

The breakfast lacks variety.

Chambre cosy hyper centrée dans New-York

מה אהבו: Superbe emplacement en plein coeur de New-York.

On paye surtout l'emplacement.

  5 night couples visit

Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Great location...close enough to main areas but far enough not to be too busy/noisy. Breakfast was included which was a big bonus.

Nothing I didn't like.

8maria emilia

La ubicación es bastante práctica. La calidad del hotel en general

  Très bien.

  Would stay there again

Very clean and comfortable. Walkable to almost everything. Subway nearby. Great staff. Decent breakfast

Not a dislike, but, typical of ny hotels, small space for kitchen facilities.

Pretty good, I'd recommend it or stay again.

Great breakfast, good location. Love the kitchen and room.

מה פחות אהבו: decent room but kitchen faucet was loose. Noisy hallways so can hear it from the rooms. Lobby was too tiny and no room by the elevators.

  Perfect stay for New York.

The front desk people, they are wonderful Every single one of them.

The fact that they don't clean the rooms every day.

  Un eu déçu

Emplacement parfait, literie parfaite

  Would stay there again.

Good variety, more than adequate. Was impressed with kitchenette in the room. The staff was quick to respond to my needs. Very friendly.

  No hacía falta más.

La ubicación y comodidad de la cama.

Nada

5Ali Güral

Great location. Easy access to subway and walking distance to other sites.

10Willians Artur

Que eu lembre nada.

  Bel soggiorno vicino Times Square

La struttura è moderna e abbastanza curata, posizione comoda vicino Times Square. Colazione poco varia, ma disponibile 24h caffè, latte, acqua e tisane

Great stay. Great location.Loved the rooftop area to take your own food and drinks.

Great location. Walk everywhere and close to Times Square and Penn St subway stations.

Breakfast queues ….and lack of seating

  Soggiorno pratico e comodo

Posizione, disponibilità di acqua filtrata ( cosa molto importante a NY visto i costi delle bottigliette d’acqua)

Colazione migliorabile.

I was disrespected and fell like will not go there.

The customer desk representative was rude and unwelcoming. So disappointed.

  Good value for price

Location was close to all the tourist things you’d want to see - times square is around the corner. Central Park, 5th avenue etc was all close by. The room was spacious and had everything we need. The breakfast was decent.

OUR pillows had a bad smell. Although the bedding was spotless the pillows had a soaked in smell of cooking or something that I smelled every time I moved around. Also the towels had a strong chemical smell. (Only some) .

Only thing at this visit our Dr appointment was earlier then normal. And Breakfast didnt start to 7. But they did have coffee. But that's minor
