מה אהבו: The friendly atmosphere by the staff and the views from TP

Perfect, keep up the good work

מה אהבו: Everything about this property is excellent. I didn’t want to get out of the shower, the water was hot and the shower was so so clean. I cannot fault this hotel. The bed was so comfortable and really clean.

מה פחות אהבו: My only comments is the high windows in the foyer downstairs could do with a really good clean, as this is the first thing you see when you come in from parking the car. Oh and the air conditioning in the rooms was a bit hot for me.

This was the perfect place to stay for a short time before international flights.

מה אהבו: Location near the airport was well rested before international flights

מה פחות אהבו: Car park pressure pads didn’t work properly so it took ages to leave the carpark

The location was good, but it needs some maintenance done

מה אהבו: The location to the domestic airport was good. The room was comfortable.

מה פחות אהבו: Our room could do with some maintenance. One power point was very loose on the wall & I’m not entirely sure it was safe to use & another the switch needs replacing as it wouldn’t stay on.

Would book if $200-220 a night but otherwise, consider elsewhere.

מה אהבו: The rooftop / penthouse space is great to hang out in. Loved that I was offered a late checkout which was very greatly appreciated. The bed was super comfy and the showers nice and hot. It was also very clean.

מה פחות אהבו: Even though it appears super close to the airport, by the time you walk to the shuttle bus area and then spend 15-20 mins on the bus, you may as well get an Uber / Taxi or walk from domestic terminal. Also, I'm not sure if something has changed operationally for Citadines but this was not the level of accommodation I;d had in the past. It was more like an Ibis or Travelodge but with a slightly more styled common / reception area. It felt like it was once amazing but. now stripped of all the things that made it feel just that little more homely. I normally stay at Moxy but tried Citadines thinking it was slightly more premium but can confirm, Moxy is way better.

דירוג אורחים 10Terence

Convenient, comfortable no frills accomodation.

מה אהבו: The positives were the bed was clean and super comfortable, super aircon, fantastic location with mascot train station and Woolworths a short stroll away. Buses to airport and Bondi junction at door step. Macdonalds, kfc and Krispy Kreme donuts across the road. Super easy for uber pick ups and plenty of parking both onsite and street parking available as well as long term airport parking across the street. And I’m not 100% positive but they are advertised as pet friendly but better enquire to be sure.

מה פחות אהבו: The room was very small, the one window in our room was dirty with finger marks all over it from past guests children it was so bad we kept the curtain drawn. No bin liners in any of the bins in the room. Only 2 small instant coffee satchels and 1 small milk, no glasses for water. No hand soap for the bathroom basin to wash your hands with. No bath mat for the shower to stop the spa designed shower drain leaking water out onto the floor. Also channel 7 mate was not tuned in so couldn’t watch channel.

Great hotel! And super close to the airport!

מה אהבו: The location was so convenient as it’s just a short walk from the domestic terminal at Sydney Airport. The room itself felt spacious and was soundproofed from the aircraft noise. The bed was comfy and shower pressure was excellent. Reception was located on the top level but was not an issue and the staff were friendly.

מה פחות אהבו: It’s currently next to a construction site that started at around 7.45am. Also our key didn’t work the 2nd day. Luckily a staff member was entering the lift at the same time and took us back to reception to sort out the issue.
