  Vriendelijk personeel en goed ontbijt. Kamer deed wat gedateerd aan, met name de badkamer

  Liked: Het ontbijt was heel goed, veel aanbod en lekkere dingen. Personeel was 24/7 beschikbaar, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Locatie is voor een stedentrip een goede optie, slechts 7 minuten lopen van het station en een prima verbinding

  Disliked: Het zwembad was dicht, dat was voor de kids een teleurstelling! werd pas gemeld na het boeken. Het sanitair viel ook tegen. Douche bleef niet lekker hangen en er loopt veel water de badkamer in. Het ziet er allemaal wat versleten uit. Een handdoekrek boven een bidet is ook niet handig!

  Liked: We were flying out the next morning, it was very close to airport and they have shuttle service which is very convenient. The breakfast was very good had lots of variety. I was there also last year and went back this year. I totally would go back.

  Liked: Sehr gut, einfach toll. Angestellte professionell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hotel allgemein sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet.

  The stay was very comfortable. We really liked the hotel it was the nicest holiday inn we stayed at.

  Liked: We loved the property and hope our points transfer over for honors program. Bar tender was friendly, customer service was helpful and ordered us a taxi daily.

  Disliked: We didn’t realize it until after we got there that it was far from all the attractions and events.

  Liked: The room was huge, very clean, and comfortable. The pool was pleasant and inviting. The breakfast was delicious.

  Disliked: Dinner at the restaurant was slightly disappointing due to the service, and at breakfast, it took the staff a long time to replenish items that had run out

  Excellent Service, but the Rooms Need Renovation

  Liked: The staff at check-in, as well as at the restaurant and bar, were amazing and made us feel very welcome. The restaurant selection was excellent, and we really enjoyed the food, drinks, and breakfast. Having the option to dine on-site without going out was a great convenience, especially after travelling. The location is also very convenient, close to the airport. Plenty of comfortable, inviting areas to relax and lounge made the whole stay enjoyable.

  Disliked: Although the room was spacious, it definitely needs updating. The corridors and rooms have old carpets that make the property feel dated, and it smelled odd. The mattresses, pillows, and bed linen also need a serious upgrade, as does the bathroom. Overall, the room and its furnishings feel like they haven't been updated in at least 20 years. With some modernisation and refurbishment, the property could be much more comfortable and appealing.

  Over all was good , room checks was not carried out before we arrived.

  Liked: Bardzo miły i otwarty personel. Smaczne i bogate i na bieżąco uzupełnianie śniadanie. Spore pokoje z wygodnymi łóżkami i klimatyzacją. Duży basen. Hotel daleko od miasta, ale wiadomo - t było przedstawione w ofercie i na to się zgodziłem. Darmowy autobus z lotniska fiumicino. Niedaleko stacja kolejowa do centrum Rzymu lub na lotnisko Fiumicino. Do kompleksów hotelowych jeździ także autobus 771. Bardzo serdecznie polecam

  Disliked: The 50th anniversary celebration they had the last night of our stay. We were right above the pool and I got one hour of sleep due to the VERY LOUD MUSIC . Think we should have been notified of this large event because we would not have booked our stay.
