  What you see is what you get, nothing more nothing less.

  Liked: The staff were very friendly and everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was also good. It’s in a really convenient location because it’s connected to the mall right next to it and also the MRT train station. It’s just outside the chaos of Siam and Asok (basically the crazy part of Bangkok) so it’s nice and peaceful. The room is nice and spacious though there were some issues I had which were promptly and professionally dealt with thanks to the amazing staff at the hotel.

  Disliked: So there’s somethings that weren’t up to what I had expected from them, however, when I did bring it to their attention they changed my room. So before my room was change the fridge was barely cooling anything in it and the TV was old and was just about functioning now ordinarily I wouldn’t care but this isn’t something I was expecting from a brand like Centara. The new room though was much better but still something’s were the same like the furniture in general was dated and old.

  Excellent service at Suan Bua Thai Restaurant.

  Liked: I attended an activity here, and after the event, I had lunch at Suan Bua Thai Restaurant. I was very impressed with the service and the fantastic taste of the Thai set menu. I also ordered an additional dish from the menu. Khun Eye and Khun Green provided excellent service and paid close attention to my preferences. They kindly recommended the food and made my first experience here very enjoyable. Thank you for the wonderful service and great experience!

  Liked: Staff were friendly and the room was clean. The free WiFi in the room was okay too. The breakfast was fabulous with lots of hot food and varieties. I asked for the iron board and it came promptly.

  Quiet restaurant with delicious food.

  Liked: This restaurant has a very good atmosphere. It is very quiet and clean in a nice location. The food was very good, especially the stir fry pork with pepper. The food came out hot and very quickly. Mod and Plan were very attentive but not distracting during the meal. I recommend coming here if you are in the area.

  Liked: The food was absolutely delicious, the staff provided excellent service, and the atmosphere was wonderful. Khun Pan, Khun Mod, Khun Eye, Khun Green, and Chef Aom were all very attentive and provided outstanding service. We will definitely come back again!

The food and service were excellent, and the lovely birthday surprise with Chinese longevity peach buns made the celebration even more special. A special thank you to A, Ploy, and Pee for their warm, attentive, and friendly service. You truly made our son’s birthday a memorable one. Thank you, Dynasty team. We will definitely be back! ❤️

  Great value, excellent staff, super clean and convenient; how can you go wrong?

  Liked: Friendly staff, clean facilities, amazing breakfast, and an excellent vibe from arrival to departure. Centara is our go-to place to transition into and out of Thailand. Kudos to the staff for making our stay excellent.

  Disliked: Nothing stands out as needing to be changed. Any quirks are really just character marks rather than deficiencies. Obviously, it isn't the cheapest place in town, but it feels like luxury for a lot less money than the same option in the U.S.

  Centara is a great place to transition into and out of Thailand.

  Liked: What is not to like here. Well, the carpets are interesting, but I keep coming back to Centara for several reasons. First, the staff is amazing; everyone is friendly and eager to help as well as observant and ready to jump in as needed. The breakfast, specifically the choices of what to eat, is fabulous. I really like staying here for the first few days and last few days of my Thailand trips.

  Disliked: There isn't really anything I don't like necessarily. The hotel is aging a bit, I suppose, but the staff does a great job of keeping everything clean and tidy. The carpets are a bit psychadelic on the room floors, but that is part of the charm. Anyway, nothing really that I can specifically say needs changed.

Sarat is quite new at Centara Grand but stands out for his gentle nature but with hidden strength, care and attention to what he offers constantly.
