  Good but expect more of a 4 Star Hotel.

  Liked: Very good location and friendly staff. Clean bed sheets and towels.

  Disliked: Both pools closed all the time. At the one on top they said “go to the pool in the 3rd floor, this one is under construction”, went there just to see that it’s closed all the time. Elevators taking ages until they come and when they come, if you are not running inside, the door closes and leaves without you.

  A brilliant short stay!

  Liked: The bed was very large and comfy. There was an extra square pillow, which was nice. Complimentary drinks in the fridge and tea/coffee facilities were excellent quality. There was a nice note from a cleaner on the entrance. We liked the design and fish of the room and bathroom. No mouldy spots or so. We wanted to stay longer and the staff were accommodating. Check in and out smooth. There was a baggage safe room after or before check in. We liked breakfast, lots of choice and great quality of food in a lovely spacious room.

  Disliked: It was a bit pricey as for our liking and we were charged more than 50% more for staying till 6 pm on the check out. The pool area is quite small as for such a large hotel. The bins have different colours- for recycling purposes but there was no info what should go to which bin so it is a bit counterproductive, we thought.

  Disliked: Booked a room with working table, was provided without it - no room change option was provided even asked. Problem with draining systems caused a lot of problems and inconvenience. And the last - sheet on blankets instead of the opposite.

  Liked: - Kleine Minibar wurde tgl. mit Wasser befüllt - Geräumiges Zimmer - Umfangreiches Frühstück, es ist alles da was das Herz begehrt - schöner Ausblick auf die Stadt - Alle Verkehrsmittel fußläufig zu erreichen - Strandnähe

  Disliked: - Es war an den Gängen zu den Zimmern sehr runtergekühlt, auch der Frühstücksraum - Das Zimmer war nicht vollständig für 2 Leute vorbereitet - Keine Toilettbürste (auch nicht auf Anfrage) - Keine ---möglichkeit Badetücher - Keine Information an der Rezeption (in welchem Geschoss was zu finden ist) - Im Zimmer keine Informationsmappe (Klima, TV - auf diesem ist die Information zum Hotel) - schlechte TV Verbindung

  Disliked: the room did not have a full view of the sea, although it was selected in the booking options, instead a room with a balcony and a side view was waiting for us, as we only stayed for 3 days, we did not file a complaint

  Liked: Vicinanza alla metro e al mare.

  Disliked: Al nostro arrivo ci è stata assegnata una camera al 22° piano, con un forte odore di umidità e di fogna e una perdita d’acqua dal soffitto dovuta a un tubo rotto. Anziché proporci subito un cambio di stanza, è stato inviato un tecnico, il cui intervento non era sufficiente a risolvere la situazione. Solo dopo esserci recati personalmente alla reception abbiamo ottenuto un’altra camera, sempre sullo stesso piano. Anche la seconda stanza presentava criticità: rigonfiamenti sul soffitto e distacchi di intonaco in corrispondenza degli sportelli di ispezione nella doccia e sopra il letto. La pulizia era molto buona, ma da sola non può compensare problemi di manutenzione di questa entità. A rendere il tutto ancora più deludente è il fatto che, a quanto risulta, l’albergo sarebbe stato ristrutturato nel 2025: le condizioni riscontrate fanno però dubitare della completezza degli interventi. Una situazione inaccettabile per una struttura a quattro stelle, soprattutto in rapporto al prezzo pagato.

  Großartiges Hotel, Personal, Lage.

  Liked: Tolle Lage. U-Bahn und Hop on Bus direkt vor der Tür. Super nettes Personal in allen Bereichen. Sehr sauber. Tolles Zimmer sogar mit Meerblick. Roomservice grandios. Ich hatte Geburtstag und habe vom Hotel eine Karte, Kuchen mit Kerze und eine Flasche Sekt aufs Zimmer gestellt bekommen. Ganz toller Aufenthalt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

  Liked: Excellent personnel, lovely views and very clean. We were surprised by the personnel with a compliment for my wife birthday by the hotel - champagne and a cake.

  Disliked: It was on ~30 min from the main streets, but next to the hotel there was a metro station, bus station and a tram which leaded to the centre.

  Tolles Hotel für alle Anlässe

  Liked: Mein Mann und ich hatten unseren Sohn und seiner Frau die Auszeit in Barcelona zur Hochzeit geschenkt. Wir selber waren schon in dem Hotel und hatten es in guter Erinnerung. Die beiden waren rundum zufrieden und haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die schöne, vorab mit dem Hotel arrangierte, Überraschung auf dem Zimmer war geglückt und das erhöhte noch einmal den Wohlfühlaspekt. Das Hotel ist auch nach dieser Erfahrung von uns uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen und wir freuen uns, dort auch mal wieder eine paar Tage zu verbringen. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Nah am Strand und gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln angebunden. Besser geht es nicht.

  Disliked: The breakfast wasn't great. There was plenty of choice but all the hot food was cold. They seem to run out of things but it was a busy time.

  Disliked: When it was raining, the whole floor on the glass bridge was wet and dangerous. We have been woken up by an emergency alarm, it wasn’t an emergency and the staff couldn’t turn it off for one hour. The building itself is newer but already needs to be renovated

  Disliked: Servizio non troppo preciso, pulizia delle camere eccessivamente superficiale. Vetri di tutta la struttura molto sporchi ed é un peccato perché penalizza la vista di cui puoi godere.
