Foram dias muito agradaveis e felizes! E esse hotel ajudou a completar nossa satisfação e a tornar nossa viagem inesquec

Liked: Localização perfeita! Bem proximo a Penn Station.

Disliked: Nada a reclamar!

Spent the day at the AMNH then Broadway show with my daughter

Liked: Location. Staff were well trained and knew their job very well

Disliked: Price but I get it, it's NYC

Highly recommend

Liked: Situated in a bustling part of town close to Madison Square Gardens, subway and walking distance to Times Square and other great attractions. Our room was small but had everything we needed including a kitchenette with fridge, freezer, microwave, stove top etc. Bed was very comfortable. Room was quiet - no street noise. Very clean. Breakfast was included and free tea/coffee station in foyer which was also lovely to sit in with the gas fire and seating areas. Staff were all friendly and helpful, particularly Jorje from the restaurant.

Disliked: Shower pressure was very low but this wouldn't put me off staying again.

New York’a tekrar gelirsek kesinlikle yeniden tercih edeceğimiz bir otel.

ottimo hotel in posizione strategica

Liked: posizione fantastica, con Penn station a 5 minuti a piedi. Tutte le attrazioni sono raggiungibili a piedi. Camera molto bella e pulita, colazione ricca e abbondante

On paye surtout l'emplacement.

Liked: Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Great location...close enough to main areas but far enough not to be too busy/noisy. Breakfast was included which was a big bonus.

Disliked: Nothing I didn't like.

Liked: La ubicación es bastante práctica. La calidad del hotel en general

Would stay there again

Liked: Very clean and comfortable. Walkable to almost everything. Subway nearby. Great staff. Decent breakfast

Disliked: Not a dislike, but, typical of ny hotels, small space for kitchen facilities.

Guest rating 8Nancy

Pretty good, I'd recommend it or stay again.

Liked: Great breakfast, good location. Love the kitchen and room.

Disliked: decent room but kitchen faucet was loose. Noisy hallways so can hear it from the rooms. Lobby was too tiny and no room by the elevators.

Perfect stay for New York.

Liked: The front desk people, they are wonderful Every single one of them.

Disliked: The fact that they don't clean the rooms every day.

Un eu déçu

Liked: Emplacement parfait, literie parfaite

Guest rating 9Marie

Liked: Great location. Easy access to subway and walking distance to other sites.

Guest rating 9MARIA DEL PILAR

Disliked: Que eu lembre nada.

Guest rating 7SHLOMIT

Liked: La struttura è moderna e abbastanza curata, posizione comoda vicino Times Square. Colazione poco varia, ma disponibile 24h caffè, latte, acqua e tisane

Soggiorno pratico e comodo

Colazione migliorabile.

Good value for price

Liked: Location was close to all the tourist things you’d want to see - times square is around the corner. Central Park, 5th avenue etc was all close by. The room was spacious and had everything we need. The breakfast was decent.

Disliked: OUR pillows had a bad smell. Although the bedding was spotless the pillows had a soaked in smell of cooking or something that I smelled every time I moved around. Also the towels had a strong chemical smell. (Only some) .
