  Liked: The hotel is very well located, easy access to the city and Narita airport. The rooms with Skytree views are really fantastic. Breakfast is reach, offering English, Asian and Japanese type of breakfast. There is no specific contineal offerings like salami, cheeses etc. Hotel also provides free of charge scale for weighing the luggage. Everyday free bottles of water are given

  Great location.

  Liked: location of the hotel. at the back of the train/metro station has many eateries and also nearby the hotel with many shopping centres. Self service launderette within walking distance 5 mins walk. breakfast was great except can be very crowded.

  Disliked: there were 3 of us. with the extra sofa bed. it was terribly hard. you can feel the metal.

  Amazing and Convenient

  Liked: The rooms were spacious and the staff were very helpful. Most spoke English which was very helpful. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of variety. Would definitely recommend staying here. The train station was a short 5 minute walk and had a 7 eleven and Lawson straight across the road.

  Liked: Our room has this nice view of the Tokyo Skytree. Very convenient location - has shopping mall right next to the hotel. Plenty of food options around. Kinshicho Station is a few steps away. Quad room is quite spacious. We were able to spread our luggage with no issues. Shuttle to Disneyland is a nice bonus. There are also bus shuttles to airports but we were not able to use them.

  Disliked: Bathtub is a bit dated. It is more like a business hotel - no free toiletries on the lobby.

  Liked: The location is great because it is close to Kinshicho train station and also to the bus stops. There are many restaurants and shopping stores nearby. The free shuttle bus to Disney. The convenience of the airport limousine bus pick up and delivery service.

  Liked: The staff were wonderful- exceptional experience.room.servuce was amazing, the clothes cleaning service was especially good.

  Disliked: There was a bit of mould in the bathroom, but everything else was really clean. The hallway had a few noticeable stains.

  Liked: We really loved our stay at Tobu Levant! The staff were amazing! Everyone was very helpful, kind, and patient. We had an issue with the luggage delivery to our next hotel, and the woman at reception who assisted us was wonderful. She was incredibly patient and kind, and helped us sort everything out quickly. We really appreciated her help! The rooms were very comfortable, quite spacious, well-maintained, and clean. Even though the hotel is close to the train station, it was surprisingly quiet, and we had no trouble getting a good night's sleep. The hotel also offers plenty of services and facilities, although we didn't get the chance to try them all during our stay. The location was perfect! Kinshicho Station is just a short walk away, making it very convenient to get around Tokyo. There are several konbini nearby, plenty of shops, a Don Quijote, and lots of really good restaurants. The neighbourhood is lovely and has pretty much everything you might need. Tokyo Skytree is also nearby, and you can catch glimpses of it while walking through the streets. We'd also warmly recommend a few places in the neighbourhood: Mellow Bites, right across the street from the hotel, Nekozuki Pancakes, Soumen Kinshichou ten for ramen and Coffee Elementary School. All three are worth a visit! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. We'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo!

  Disliked: 入住期間剛好沒法洗衣服(整修)，還好附近有自助洗衣店可以洗衣服。

  Liked: This hotel is located near the Tokyo Sky Tree and our room had wonderful views. The staff was great, the room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is in walking distance of many things.

  Disliked: Un prix excessif au regard des tarifs pratiqués dans les hôtels de Kyoto, Osaka et Hiroshima. La chambre est minuscule et vétuste. L'hotel est un peu vieillot. Un rapport qualité-prix décevant, dommage !

  Liked: Friendly staff. Great location only a 5 min walk to the nearest station. Breakfast was fabulous! Bed was comfy. Shower had good water pressure.

  Liked: How the rooms were nice, clean and tidy. The staff were super helpful and so friendly also couldn’t believe they had a smoking room for the smokers/vapers lol! It was close to convenient stores such as Seven Eleven, Lawsons, Family Mart,train stations and Starbucks - was in a prime location

  Liked: 步行5min可到JR錦糸町站、步行6min可達東京地下鐵半藏門線錦糸町站。 錦糸町站附近北口（近飯店這側）有：ARCAKIT、JR站內二側的TERMINA 2，南口則有：TERMINA、0101（丸井）、PARCO。 步行12min還有Olinas。 不管是用餐還是購物都相當方便，品牌也蠻齊全的。 2F連通道可直接到ARCAKIT，在營業時間內都可從這裡進出很方便。 這裡也有一家FAMI MART，店員都親切有禮。 這次入住的房型是：Casual Twin，大小為19㎡。 知道東京黎凡特東武是老牌飯店，也看得出歲月的痕跡，但整體清潔度還算蠻不錯的。 無需插房卡啟動房內電源，故每個開關面板＆電器都需要自行開關（床頭板有電源按鍵＆插座），非中央空調可自行調節溫度。 check-in後在檢查房間設備時發現空氣清淨加濕機的插座鬆脫了？！，但當天晚上行程很滿所以就先把插頭拔掉暫不使用就先睡了。 隔日跟櫃檯人員反應後對應很快，當日晚上回房就維修好了。 客房每天清潔有提供瓶裝水，亦有提供UCC咖啡濾掛包＆茶の伎的煎茶包。 沐浴用品是ペリカン石鹸的PROVINSCIA系列，吹風機是Panasonic ionity EH-NE7M，風力蠻大的不用吹到手痠。 床墊、枕頭個人覺得稍微偏軟一些，睡了半個月下來還能接受沒有腰痠背痛。 櫃台跟餐廳的服務人員們國籍眾多，大多數都很親切有禮，都會打招呼，特別是餐廳的廚師們都很有熱忱跟禮貌。 早餐會場在2F的Super Dining Verdure，吃了半個月，大致上都很滿意。 有廚師現作的歐姆蛋（可自行選擇配料），以及太陽蛋、烤魚、無糖優格……等優質蛋白質。沙拉吧的生菜也都很新鮮（餐廳內有展示一區生菜種植架）哈密瓜很好吃，有看到的話一定會夾。 飲品也算蠻豐富的，含糖／無糖的選擇都有。 總結，交通便利不管是機場往返或是到東京各區都很方便。生活、採買機能也很好。 另外，東京黎凡特東武為迪士尼好鄰居飯店成員，住客可搭乘免費的直達接駁車往返東京迪士尼樂園或迪士尼海洋（需先至飯店官網預約，每日有二個時段） 而往返成田機場或羽田機場皆有利木津巴士直達飯店1F，免去帶著大行李轉乘地鐵上上下下的痛苦。 （需自行至利木津巴士官網購票） 推薦給喜歡感受東京在地生活氛圍，想要輕鬆來回機場或有去迪士尼樂園需求的人。 如果有較大量洗衣需求的話可以步行4min有間24HR營業的自助洗衣店：クリーンランドリー錦糸町店，洗脫烘一次8kg／50min ¥1300 或 15kg／60min ¥1400 。 住宿日期：2026.09.30～10.15

  Disliked: 1、房間被安排在13F，面向錦糸町站側。因為靠鐵軌，所以如果是比較淺眠、對聲音比較敏銳的人可能要訂晴空塔側的房型（價位較高一些）或是自備耳塞。（個人是非常好睡的那種，但是室友隔天受不了就跑去買了耳塞） 2、只是可能因為浴室的抽風機過於微弱所以浴簾有些許味道還有空調出風口的清潔力度可以再加強外其它都還蠻滿意的。 3、個人覺得比較不行的是麵包的水準，只有鄉村麵包還可以，其它不管是可頌、丹麥類還是餐包都偏廉價感。

  Disliked: Ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen , eine Renovierung ist nötig. Badezimmer sehr alt und nicht gut gereinigt. Mitarbeiter scheinen etwas überfordert und zu sehr routiniert statt einem Fokus auf die Gäste. Frühstück überschaubar und Nichtstun empfehlen. Auch hier Mitstreiter überfordert und scheinbar nicht gut organisiert. Fühlt sich wie bei einer Massen-Abfertigung an. Anwesende Manager schauen nur.

  Disliked: Stayed on floor 20 and the room wasn't as nice as our previous stay on floor 21 a few weeks ago. There was some peeling wallpaper and mold in the bathroom, seemed in need of a refurbishment.

  Liked: Hotel měl skvělou lokalitu. Navíc se nám moc líbil výhled na Sky tree, lepší než z placených míst a navíc ho máte pro sebe 24/7. Pokoj byl trošku menší, ale bylo to vlastně v pohodě. Personál i jídlo bylo skvělé a vše udržovali v čistotě. Lokalita plná restaurací a obchodů. Za nás super místo od hlavního Tokia, ale zároveň na dobré lince dostupné na různá místa.

  Great location and view

  Liked: The view was stunning. It was close to transport and conveniently located near food outlets.

  Disliked: The sofa bed was rock hard. There is no laundry facility at this hotel. There are coin laundry’s a short walk away but was inconvenient to use. If you are going to use the bus to Disneyland and Disneysea, book days in advance. We went to book and they told me I could get there but not back on the bus. There is a bus that leaves from the local station that takes you there but cost money. And if you get this bus back - you could end up sitting in the isle way. If you need to be at the airport before 7am you will not be able to use the free bus either. On a positive note- the Buffett breakfast is amazing. Lots of variety.

  Liked: Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel mit wunderbarem Blick auf den Sky Tree (Aufpreis). Auf Grund der Größe des Hotels geht es hier eher geschäftlich zu, die japanische Ruhe ist nicht zu erwarten. Sowohl die Anbindung an den JR, die U- Bahn als auch die fussläufige Möglichkeiten den Sky Tree zu erreichen, sind allerdings sehr angenehm. Das Hotel bietet ansonsten eher wenig.

  Très bon hôtel sans petit déjeuner continental décevant

  Liked: La vue exceptionnelle, la proximité de la gare et du centre commercial, la facilité d’accès de l’aéroport Narita avec un train direct, le quartier vivant et peu assailli par les touristes par rapport aux autres quartiers de Tokyo, le confort de la chambre.

  Disliked: Le manque de choix pour le petit déjeuner continental qui est vraiment très minimaliste et restreint pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Une seule et unique machine à griller les toasts très lente. Café passable.

  Liked: The hotel lobby felt pleasant upon entering. Floors 1–4 and 24 are reasonably comfortable. and it also exists externally

  Disliked: The hotel room is quite uncomfortable. The amenities are rather old, which detracts from the guest's comfort. The plumbing fixtures in the room are broken or malfunctioning. The carpets in both the room and the hallway are very dusty. The cleaning service is poor. Another issue is that I stay at your hotel for more than a week. The breakfast selection is limited, and the menu does not change throughout the week. There is also a lack of nutritious food options.

  Liked: Sky tree view was worth the extra money. Awesome view. Comfortable and clean rooms. Location was perfect, right next to train station, shopping centre and loads of excellent restaurants all around.

  Great spot to stay. Everything at doorstep and more.

  Liked: Location was great with shops and station a 2min walk away. Close to skytree and temples etc. Shuttle stop for airport transfers and they also have shuttle for theme parks which came in super handy.

  Disliked: Room decor was dated with the 4 single beds. Good for short stays or younger kids.

  Liked: Excellent service, cleanliness. Close to metro (Hanzomon line) and train station. Close to Sky Tree Tower and shops. Excellent coffee shops nearby. Great bar at the 24th floor and exquisite Sakura cocktail.

  Disliked: I would have liked them to issue my company receipt. Booking.com was rubbish about it and the hotel didn’t provide it for me.

  Great and Convenient Location

  Liked: Great location very close to the station, with several convenience stores, malls, donki, and a coin laundry within throwing distance. Staff can speak English, and were very nice and helpful with check-in, future bookings, and luggage storage and forwarding. Airport shuttle directly to and from the hotel is also convenient. Rooms are cleaned daily. View is great if you get a room with the Skytree view.

  Disliked: Rooms are on the small side. Normal for Tokyo, but still something worth keeping in mind. To nitpick a bit, there also wasn't much seating available in the lobby.
