  Great hotel, great value and great location.

  Liked: The breakfast was great. Loved the fresh waffles. Rooms were spacious and the location was right by the Mall of the Emirates for Ski Dubai. Massage was great at the spa. Staff were all helpful.

  Disliked: There was not much sun or space at the pool area

  Excellent stay and very professional staff.

  Liked: Its location and very sumptuous breakfast menu. Excellent staff who were always very courteous and responsive to anything needed.

  Disliked: Don’t think I can find anything significant which I did not like.

  Disliked: I stayed in this hotel twice, I had a bad experience with receptionist in the first time . However, the two other receptionist were very friendly in the next time I stayed in the same hotel.

  Liked: location isn't too far from metro, walkable but the Dubai heat is to blame for that. Room was big, great, and great for a solo female traveler as well. Breakfast was really, really good. Only thing I'd improve is perhaps a better selection/more variety of fruits, but that can be a problem for the region itself, availability and all. Great hospitality, great food, great staff, great room!

  مناسب للعائلات او بغرض التسوق في المول نظرا لقربه منه

  Liked: موقع الفندق ممتاز جدا محيط الفندق جيد جيدا لسفره عائليه لتوفر جميع احتياجاتك (اكثر من سوير ماركت - صيدليه - مطاعم- مكاتب تاجير سيارات) مول الامارات اذا كان الجو مناسب ممكن الذهاب مشي للمول او المطاعم المحيطه خارج المول حوض السباحه جيد وحجمه مناسب

  Liked: Мне понравилось в такой жаркой стране - бонус вода , чай, кофе, уборка ежедневно. Номера чистые , современные .Внимание менеджеров. Приятный бонус тренажерного зала.. Бассейн . Питание хотелось бы , чтоб соответствовало не выше цен рядом пищевой ресторанной сети.

  Liked: Pleasant and friendly staff especially the Egyptian guy at concierge and the check in guys (the short guy is exceptionally helpful, sorry I forgot the name). Location is 5 min walk from mall of the Emirates.

  Disliked: No valet and parking entrance is very tight for a large car. Pool closes early

  Liked: This hotel is walking distance to Emirates Mall, a few minutes to Marina beach and almost thirty minutes to airport......excellent location. Very clean, very comfortable, and the front desk was so helpful. Breakfast was good. Will definitely stay here next time.
