  Great location and friendly staff.

The location was very convenient and ideal for walking around the city, grabbing coffee, and something to eat. There is an attached restaurant with great evening/night vibes. The bartender is super amicable and makes some killer drinks from scratch. They offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner; we had pretty good appetizers with our drinks at the bar but would not repeat breakfast (it just wasn't good and felt like we were at a Choice Inn). The front desk staff and just about every staff member we encountered were delightful, always greeted us, chatted with us, and made us feel welcome. We used the laundry facility (it is just one washer and one dryer and will cost you $5.00 each). The rooms were super clean! Would recommend the hotel and would use it again.

The room size was exactly what we expected after reading some of the reviews. It is very small and requires one person to navigate the room at a time. We were just 2 people and 2 suitcases, so it was cozy enough. Not a showstopper or a reason to move elsewhere, but worth mentioning.

Walking distamce to Penn station

Very small room, needed extra blankets, dusty, felt clastrophic.

  Central location , perfect

Excellent location, friendly front desk, clean rooms, liked how secure it was- you needed your room key to get in building and to use elevator-

  Ok

Room was clean - beds comfortable

Small cramped lobby. Restroom inconveniently located while waiting for held luggage. Almost missed bus home because of difficulty returning to lobby from restroom due to terrible elevator access.

I liked everything (the room ,the view )

Nao voltaria. Mas no final deu tudo certo.

Only good for one night stays.

Staff was nice. Offered free luggage hold.

Very expensive for a small room and no breakfast included. We were given a handicap room without need for one. Shower curtain was short and allowed water onto the floor. Had to mop it up after every shower.

We arrived earlier than expected. The staff checked us in and give us the room immediately which is a huge bonus as we can immediately get settled in and relax.

Provide Umbrella for the guest that is staying there. It is just a small gesture that can go a long way.

  Funcional, limpio y bien conectado.

The air conditioner was broken and there was an unpleasant odor; the man who came to help didn't speak English and couldn't even unplug the unit. Upon check-in, they tried to charge me again, even though the room had already been paid for via Booking.com (non-refundable rate).
