  انا زبون قديم ودائم لهذا الفندق منذ اكثر من عشر سنوات ومرتين بالسنه اتمنى من موظفي الاستقبال ان يراعوا هذا الشي على الاق

  아쉬웠던 점: قلتها سابقاً واكرر يفترض من موظفي الاستقبال معاملة الزبون القديم جداً بترقية الغرف مثلاً ولكن بعض موظفي الاستقبال لاينظرون لهذا الشي للأسف

  좋았던 점: Staff extremamente prestativo e atencioso. Preocupação genuína em fazer o hóspede se sentir bem atendido e ao solucionar qualquer dificuldade. Quartos amplos e confortáveis.

  Very nice staff

  좋았던 점: Very good location opposite to creek Good breakfast Very nice staff specially Mr. Pallav he was very helpful in everything and he allowed us late check out. Also the cleaning staff of six floor was very helpful.

  좋았던 점: The team there were exceptional, Helping from minute one until I checked out. And were kind enough to let me stay 2 hours extra for free, as my flight was at night.

  В этот раз не в восторге!

  좋았던 점: Отдыхаем здесь 15 лет, всегда брали номера Royal Club (сейчас называется Lounge Access). Привлекала возможность приватного завтрака и возможность провести вечер за бокалом вина или виски на 10-м этаже с видом на Creek, причем в количестве бокалов и закусок ограничений не было (ну, в разумных пределах). Возможность поехать на пляж в парк Аль Мамзар.

  아쉬웠던 점: Разочаровал доступ в Lounge. Ни приватного завтрака, ни 10-го этажа. One drink. one food в одно культурное лицо в пабе на 2-ом этаже, где даже окон нет... Пришлось менять бронирование!

  We are happy for everything but not happy for the food quality and presentation.

  좋았던 점: Spacious and good price

  아쉬웠던 점: The food buffet not maintained properly the presentation count a-lot but the way they display food is looks messy and not appealing i suggest they should work on it and keep the area clean. Fruit cutting is also very messy .

  A great place to stay to relax, fantastic professional staff that really cared for you.

  좋았던 점: Staff were absolutely outstanding , Not the odd one ! All of the staff at this hotel are super friendly and try to accommodate all quests requests.
