  좋았던 점: Locatio is great and close to Eiffel tower.good gym. Fair swimming pool.great hyper market around the hotel. Walk to restaurants and coffe shops.

  좋았던 점: Un accueil exemplaire et un hôtel magnifique ! Arrivés au dernier moment suite à un souci de réservation, nous avons été sauvés par une équipe d'une efficacité et d'une amabilité incroyables. La réceptionniste a été d'une aide précieuse et d'un dévouement exceptionnel pour nous installer sereinement. Le cadre est superbe, l'emplacement est parfait pour visiter les environs, et le petit-déjeuner est délicieux et très complet. Rien à redire, tout était parfait du début à la fin. Merci encore à tout le personnel pour ce merveilleux moment !

  아쉬웠던 점: Это хороший отель 2 звезды! Это не 4 звезды совсем! Все старое, в номере стойкий запах табака! В коридорах запах старого алкоголя. Это будто богом забытое казино . Нет ремонта. Нет ни тапочек, ни халата . Ни кофе, не посуды . Ничего вообще кроме мыла и шампунь . Я заплатила 1300 евро за 3 ночи ; и это у меня было улучшенный номер !)

  아쉬웠던 점: Når man tænker på hvordan hotellet er ratet levede det absolut ikke op til forventningerne. badeværelset havde en meget ubehagelig lugt af SVED. Og det var alle dagene vi var der.

  아쉬웠던 점: Otelde tuvalet ve banyo ayrı yerlerde ve birbirine uzak. Tuvalet çok küçük ve eski. Banyo yaptığımız duşa kabin müthiş küçük, sular devamlı dışarı taşıyor. Aksesuar olarak hiçbirşey yok. (Pamuk, terlik, diş macunu,bone, bardak) Buzdolabında 1 adet bile su yoktu. Çeşmeden için demişler. Yatak yaylı yatak ve gıcır gıcır ötüyordu. Bir daha asla gitmem ve tavsiye etmem

  아쉬웠던 점: My stay at Novotel Paris was extremely disappointing and far below my expectations, especially considering the high price. Room Cleanliness and Comfort: The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The bedding did not feel properly clean, and the bathroom had a very unpleasant smell. The situation was so bad that I had to buy Dettol and clean the bathroom myself. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel of this price and standard. The air conditioning was another major issue. We left it running for an entire day, hoping the room would cool down, but it did not work properly. There was also no proper ventilation through the window, making the room uncomfortable. Service and Staff: The service was another major disappointment. I was shocked to be told that I had to pay an additional fee just to have my luggage brought to my room. I have never expected this level of service from a hotel of this category. Additionally, when we called room service from our room, nobody answered. This made the overall experience even more frustrating. Value for Money: The price was extremely high compared to the quality of the room, cleanliness, and service provided. The experience did not justify the cost at all. I cannot comment on the other facilities, as I did not use them during my stay. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, and customer service should be the minimum expectation at any hotel, especially one charging such high rates. I would not choose to stay here again, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues.

  좋았던 점: Es el mejor hotel de la zona. Checking later hasta las 13 h gratis. Te guardan maletas. Sales y ves la torre eiffel todo el rato a 15 min caminando. Hablan español. Ascensores supee modernos. Rituals en el baño.

  아쉬웠던 점: Nearby, not so many cafe, restaurant ambience looks like a simple and normal street cafe not like a novotel style. No hand wash option inside the washroom and you need to go again to shower area to wash hands

  아쉬웠던 점: Je trouve que le rapport qualité prix n'est pas vraiment justifié. J'étais au 6ieme côté cours.chambre 625. Et l'emplacement n'était pas très agréable.

  좋았던 점: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Paris! We stayed in an Executive Room, which was very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is excellent, less than a 10-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, making it very convenient for exploring the city. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris. Thank you to the staff for their kindness and hospitality!

  아쉬웠던 점: The only downside was the toilet being in a separate room without a washbasin. This meant having to go to the other bathroom to wash our hands and continue with our other bathroom routines, which was a little inconvenient.

  좋았던 점: The first night safety box was destroyed and I called to reception and was without any result! But this hotel completely is good and location and shopping is fantastic .

  좋았던 점: The location is perfect for convenience! You’ve got a shopping mall, restaurants and shops by the door step. Boat views right outside 10 mins walk away from the Eiffel Tower. The hotel has a pool, gym and classes which were convenient.

  아쉬웠던 점: The cleanliness the cleaners were good but there’s ants running around the interior looks outdated compared to a few other Novotel which I’ve stayed at. But the bed is comfortable

  좋았던 점: Der Ausblick war super. Die Lobby auch. Zimmer Service top. Frühstück war lecker. Viel Auswahl. Frisches Obst, Salat, Müsli, mehrere Kaffeemaschinen, Croissants usw. Wasserkocher, Tee, Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

  아쉬웠던 점: Wasserhahn im Zimmer abgebrochen aber funktioniert. Nur optisch nicht schön. Keine Klobürste am Klo. Wackelige Ablage in der Dusche. Dusche allgemein katastrophal. Leicht schimmel. Wasser beim Duschen ausgelaufen. Bad unter Wasser. Teppich war dreckig. Frühstück lief immer chaotisch ab. Ewige Schlange für Rührei. Das Bett für die Kids, war eine klapprige Couch und unbequem.

  Flatters to deceive, very poor.

  아쉬웠던 점: Very poor shower, unable to adjust height only angle so very poor for anyone over 6 foot. Water pressure awful. A real struggle to source an iron. Rooftop pool? It’s on the 4th floor with a window and you have to book despite the pool being empty! Maybe due the fact you have to wear a swim hat? We were a party of 50 people. Bar was closed at 12pm when we returned and was told room service was not available anymore?
