  좋았던 점: Great location, 2 min walk from train station. Regular standard hotel. Having restaurants and shops on lower floors is a plus.

  아쉬웠던 점: The carpet was really dirty. I usually don't mind that much, but there were big stains, gum, etc. And a weird old carpet smell.

  Fantastic location. Older hotel but has all the conveniences you need for your stay.

  좋았던 점: This hotel is older but the convenience can't be beat. It's right across Shinagawa station which is a major hub. 7-11 is basically part of the hotel. There's a bowling alley for the kids when they get tired of sightseeing. They do a great job of storing luggage while you wait for check-in or after check out.

  아쉬웠던 점: The in room thermostat doesn't seem to do anything. I was fine but my wife was a little warm. Also the self-check in terminals always give me problems but there is a staff there to assist.

  아쉬웠던 점: 最初頂いたルームは15階でエレベーターからかなり歩いて ルームを開けるととっても嫌な匂いがしました なのでルームを変えて頂く羽目になりました 後で頂いたルームは6階でエレベーターから近かったので良かったです ありがとう御座いました

  아쉬웠던 점: Since the location is so great, there were huge crowds staying at the hotel. The staff is minimal and hotel room is extra small.

  아쉬웠던 점: Massive labyrinthine hotel; bedrooms were small, dated & tired, single beds, expensive.

  좋았던 점: 品川駅から徒歩で10分かからないくらいですので、一時帰国で大荷物を持ってる時は利用させていただいてます。チェックイン前、チェックイン後当日限りですが荷物を預かってもらえるシステムもとてもありがたいです。

  좋았던 점: Propreté, bonne prise en charge. Proche de l'aéroport Haneda, pratique si on a un vol matinal.

  아쉬웠던 점: Hôtel énorme, OK pour congrès, mais un peu impersonnel pour un voyage privé.

  No place more convenient if your flying in and then taking the Shinkansen after

  좋았던 점: My next destination was by Shinkansen. There’s no hotel more conveniently located to stay and hop onto the train the next day. The staff were great and readily available the moment we walked in.

  아쉬웠던 점: The annex tower was a bit confusing to find after a long day travelling and being unfamiliar with the area.

  結婚式だったので交通アクセスの良さが🙆‍♂️

  좋았던 점: 品川駅前で交通アクセスは最高。

  아쉬웠던 점: アメニティが無いのは不便さを感じた。

  Check in was very very slow. massive queues and the self check in machines are also slow. Lack of staff was the issue.

  It was very close to the Shinagawa Eki which made it very convenient. Lots of eating and shopping.

  좋았던 점: Hapuna breakfast was awesome. We loved the selection of Japanese food. The luggage service to hold our luggage for no charge until later in the day was excellent. The gym was great and lots of eating places and 7-11 nearby was so good!

  아쉬웠던 점: There was no onsen on the property. We were really looking forward to having an onsen.

  I would look for something cheaper in the same area next time.

  좋았던 점: The proximity to Hanada airport is great.

  아쉬웠던 점: Expensive for amenities and location. Fixtures in the room were old and dated. Self check-in was TERRIBLE. AC was weak. Check-in staff were stressed/busy helping everyone fighting the self check-in system. Terrible first impression.

  Not worth the money.

  아쉬웠던 점: Tired decor, needed a freshen up. Toilet was stained. Old fashioned shower difficult to control pressure, flooded the bathroom. Very thin duvet so we were cold. Could have extra blanket in wardrobe.

  Overall we enjoyed very much our three night stay in the Annex Tower, but the state of the lobby lounge on occasions was

  좋았던 점: We loved the centrality and modernity of this hotel, including its proximity to Shinagawa railway station and shopping centers.

  아쉬웠던 점: We were disappointed by the state of the Annex Tower lobby seating on the 7th floor, which was soiled and aged, obviously from extensive use by customers, but there were empty cans, coffee paper cups, bottles and a wide range of litter on the coffee tables for hours in the morning and evening, which took away some of the gloss of our stay and showed disrespect by a number of customers adding to cleaning staff duties.

  you get whats expected - great location, big hotel efficiency but not alot of character

  좋았던 점: great location with direct access to key Tokyo sites and quick walk to trains including Shinkanzen. very large, efficient hotel.

  아쉬웠던 점: having to queue for 30+ minutes for breakfast at 6:30am is frustrating, and staff are sometimes less friendly than smaller hotels.

  Really not worth the money.

  좋았던 점: The bathroom products included were nice and the partial view of Tokyo Tower was a lovely surprise

  아쉬웠던 점: It was a rabbits warren to find your room. We had to go up two separate elevators, into 3 different “towers”. It took 10 mins to vacate the hotel. The on site laundry was a 7 minute was and two elevators away so really inconvenient. The pool was a $40 charge to use on top of the high room fees. The room was dated as were the halls and shared spaces.

  Excellent location and breakfast buffet is amazing!

  좋았던 점: The facility is right across the street from Shinagawa station. It is very convenient. The gift store is very nice. They had a lot of souvenirs that I had been looking for all over Japan. The best part about staying here is the buffet breakfast. Highly recommend you include that in your booking. It is well worth it.

  謝謝王子大飯店。每次來都很快樂，充滿對東京愉快的回憶。

  좋았던 점: 地點非常的好，環境也很乾淨。洗衣機足夠多，電梯也非常的迅速，幾乎都不用等太久。 隔壁棟的二樓有適合小朋友跟大人一起用餐的美食區，不遠處也有 7-11 （同樓層，很大間）。 一樓有販售伴手禮的商店跟免稅藥局，也非常方便，可以要離開的時候再直接在旅館購買放入行李！ 我的兩個小孩都非常喜歡鐵路跟電車，我們住的房間樓層以及方位恰好可以看見品川站的這些風景。每天都在落地窗前晨昏定省的欣賞晝夜不同風貌的品川風景。 在我還是自己出遊的時候，是非常喜歡像是 APA 這種連鎖旅館的。但有了自己的家庭後，我必須說還是要選像是王子大飯店這種老派的旅館，才是足夠的，小朋友的需求也會真正的被照顧到。 真心的推薦王子大飯店給全家出遊的家庭。 這已經是我們家第二次選擇品川王子大飯店當成我們在東京旅遊的住宿，此次我們甚至辦了 SEIBU PRINCE 的會員，下次還會再來（我們每年都要來東京）。

  아쉬웠던 점: 我們住的 Main Tower 床的旁邊沒有直接充電的地方，在梳妝台的抽屜裡有轉接頭，很貼心，但我們是快要離開才發現。😅
