좋았던 점: Buona la posizione, la stanza ben insonorizzata e lo schermo dalle dimensioni extra.

아쉬웠던 점: Nonostante sia comprensibile la dimensione limitata della stanza per essere a Tokyo, questa era al limite della vivibilità. Non c’era lo spazio sufficiente per aprire una valigia e una parte del letto appiccicata alla tenda (sporca) della finestra. Il lavandino del bagno non era comodo.

아쉬웠던 점: Terbiyesiz ve kötü çalışanlar size saygısızca davranır. Havasız ve küçük odalarda nefes alamazsınız. Kötü hijyen sebebiyle hasta olursunuz. Kötü konum sebebiyle taciz edilirsiniz. Rude and unprofessional staff will treat you disrespectfully. You won't be able to breathe in the stuffy and cramped rooms. You'll get sick due to poor hygiene. You'll be harassed because of the poor location. 失礼でプロ意識に欠けるスタッフにぞんざいに扱われます。息苦しく狭い部屋で呼吸もままなりません。劣悪な衛生状態のため、体調を崩すでしょう。立地の悪さから、嫌がらせを受ける可能性もあります。 Грубый и непрофессиональный персонал будет относиться к вам неуважительно. Вам будет трудно дышать в душных и тесных комнатах. Вы заболеете из-за плохой гигиены. Вас будут донимать из-за неудачного расположения.

Enjoyed the onsen on-site.

좋았던 점: Clean, impeccable business hotel. The onsen is located in the main building, but I was initially booked into another APA hotel nearby. The reception kindly moved me into the main building so I would not have to walk in my bathrobe across the Shinjuku area at night. The staff overall was very polite and helpful: my room felt cold, they brought up a blanket and a small heater.

좋았던 점: L’hôtel est à proximité de plusieurs stations qui permettent de facilement atteindre toutes les zones de Tokyo. Les chambres sont bien insonorisées, nous n’avons entendu aucun bruit

아쉬웠던 점: Les chambres sont petites (pas possible de garder 2 valises ouvertes et de circuler dans la chambre) mais bien aménagées. L’hôtel dispose de 3 laves linge et 3 sèches linges, mais souvent occupés

좋았던 점: - Possibilité de laisser les bagages avant le check in - Possibilité de transférer les bagages a un autre hôtel - Check out ultra rapide - Distributeur d'eau - emplacement proche de tout - restaurant, distributeur et spa dans l'hôtel - la taille de la chambre qui était vraiment suffisante (2 grosses valises + 1 valise cabine + 2 sac a dos) - tout était présent (gel douche, shampoing et accessoires pour salle de bain)

Convenient for s short stay

좋았던 점: The hotel is located within walking distance of Shinjuku. The room was clean and well-equipped (e.g., kettle, hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, bathroom accessories, etc.) We stayed just for 1 night, so I cannot say anything about the cleaning service. The onsen was really nice; however, I wish the outdoor one had a fully open window.

아쉬웠던 점: All was meeting the expectations. It is important to remember that the rooms are very small.

아쉬웠던 점: It was a very small room, but I knew about this coming into it so I wasn’t surprised. If there were 2x people in the room it would have been very tricky. Not much room (other than under the bed) to store luggage

아쉬웠던 점: A limpeza é realizada apenas a cada 2 dias, o quarto é bem pequeno e cheio de amenidades, elas acabam atrapalhando um pouco na organização do espaço, seria melhor se fosse possível escolher quais você usará

좋았던 점: Great location, hotel is exactly what is advertised, the rooms are small however everything you need it there and it is clean, tidy and comfortable. Staff always helpful and friendly. Great english.

아쉬웠던 점: Walking around outside the hotel at night can get a little uneasy after 10pm, during the day and evening absolutley fine.

Nice Hotel but small lobby creates huge congestion at checkout.

아쉬웠던 점: No place to sit in the lobby just relax for a few minutes just to chat. Check out is a huge disappointment with so many people, and travel companions all waiting in line and blocking the small lobby with baggage. Should organize the check-out with only one person per room to be in line.

Die erste Reise nach Japan

좋았던 점: Der Service und das Personal waren außergewöhnlich gut. Wenn man wollte, konnte man täglich saubere Tücher und Schlafanzüge erhalten.

아쉬웠던 점: Die Betten und das Bad sind, wie erwartet, etwas klein. Sollte man größer als 190 cm groß sein, wird es knapp. Aber das muss man vorher klären.

Ótimo custo benefício

좋았던 점: Localização muito boa, próximo do metrô,lojas de conveniência, mercado, restaurantes. O bairro é bastante movimentado, mas o quarto tem isolamento de ruído bem eficiente e não se ouve nada das ruas. O quarto é pequeno, conforme descrito no anúncio, mas atendeu bem para mim e meu marido. O check in e check out foram bem práticos e fáceis de fazer.

Great hotel in Shinjuku, small rooms but efficient use of space

좋았던 점: Great hotel, super clean. Rooms are small but arranged in a way that makes storing your bags away efficient - good use of the space. I also liked that they only clean your room every 3 days - but give you fresh towels and change your trash every day.

아쉬웠던 점: Little further from the main station than it appears on the map. And tattoos aren’t allowed in the onsen :(

좋았던 점: Very convenient hotel with affordable prices. Rooms are quite small, but have everything you need. This hotel also has laundry services, breakfast etc.

아쉬웠던 점: There were just 2 laundry machines, so the queue was quite big. I needed to use one outside (1 min away from the hotel). Which is not a problem, but you need to plan ahead

아쉬웠던 점: The laundry mat. It takes 30 minutes to wash clothes and an hour to dry. And there's only 3 of each. It took about 4 hours to do clothes while waiting for people to finish.

A comfortable and convenient stay.

좋았던 점: The room was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was small but comfortable. Check-out was quick and easy, and the location was fairly convenient.

아쉬웠던 점: The breakfast did not meet my expectations. The breakfast room was too small for the number of guests the hotel accommodates, and there weren't enough fresh options, particularly fruits and vegetables. Check-in is handled through automated machines, which actually makes the process quite slow, leaving several people waiting in line. While I understand machines are meant to speed things up, when you stay at a hotel, you expect personal service from staff rather than having to do shadow work yourself.
