  아쉬웠던 점: Chambre 3314 - fuite d'eau dans la salle de bains, électricité défaillante- encoignures noires (humidité ? Crasse?). Problèmes signalés, tentative de remédiation par le personnel mais pas de résultat positif... Dans la chambre entrebailleur de porte à moitié arraché. Prises électriques et interrupteurs d'une autre époque et oeu pratiques Dans le couloir tapis déchiré et usé..., Ces petites choses montrent que l' hôtel vieillit avec un entretien insuffisant pour la catégorie revendiquée. C'est dommage.

  Need to stress out the allergy concern for buffet in breaskfast fr the waiter/waitress till the chef behind the line

  좋았던 점: The housekeeping is top notch

  아쉬웠던 점: the staff-in buffet breakfast (waitresses, waiter ) dont even know the product been serve in buffet, Example (the dairy free yogurt that available by request, when guest asking instead of get inside the kitchen they show a REGULAR DAIRY PLAIN YOGURT...... which is serious allergy can be happened if the guest eating that one they show wrongly.

  좋았던 점: Angefangen beim zügigen Einchecken, der perfekte Mitarbeiter (kompetent und zuvorkommend), das Angebot in der Lounge, das gute Spa Angebot (Khun Tanya ist sehr empfehlenswert), das 25° rund um die Uhr, aber ganz besonders die vielen freundlich Mitarbeiter.

  좋았던 점: Muy bonitas las vistas y buena ubicación, pero no considero que esté equilibrada la relación calidad - precio, no es un hotel que realmente consideraría como 5 estrellas, ya que sus instalaciones están deterioradas y no se ve muy cuidado, la verdad que me decepcionó cuando llegué.

  Club lounge……well worth it!!

  좋았던 점: I treated myself to a club room with lounge facilities and this was well worth it. Afternoon tea was very good and the evening cocktail period was excellent, glass refilled regularly and snacks were very good. Breakfast in the lounge was very relaxing, chilled and unhurried. The room was very comfortable, the shower was good and bath robe was super soft. Staff throughout were very attentive and good.

  아쉬웠던 점: The volume on the TV was limited to a very low level.

  좋았던 점: My stay in the Club Rooms had some initial hiccups—a broken outlet, missing toiletries at the bath, and slightly imperfect service from housekeeping and the Executive Lounge. However, the hotel's location in the central business district is absolutely perfect for both work and relaxation.What made this stay truly exceptional was the management's reaction to my internal feedback:Immediate response: They immediately addressed the technical issues and showed a strong commitment to improvement.Proactive training: They took my feedback about managing disruptive guest behavior seriously and are implementing extra staff training.Professional standard: In line with top-tier business hotel expectations, they immediately arranged to provide standard English newspapers in the lounge.The personalized attention completely restored my experience. I highly recommend sharing feedback constructively with this team—they handle it with the best intentions and treat guests incredibly well. A great stay thanks to their proactive mindset!

  아쉬웠던 점: I think they have one request when hiring people. You have the worst attitude in the planet great, hop in welcome on board. It’s not on the really bad attitude from everyone Bill boy up till the manager. The whole Hotel is old and crumbly. I think there is a sewage by broke in the lobby bathroom and they’ve never fixed it therefore the lobby smell like sewage at all time. Every time I pass by the lobby, I gag. Save your money stay elsewhere.

  RAPPORTO QUALITÀ PREZZO DA RIVEDERE

  좋았던 점: Buona posizione, struttura carina, qualità prezzo così così.

  아쉬웠던 점: Rooftop piscina bruttino, soltanto al 5 piano quindi niente di che. Non per fare polemica ma un hotel a 5 stelle che non ha le prese vicino al letto non l’ho trovato per niente comodo anzi. Detto ciò si trova di meglio a quel prezzo.

  Hotel zum Wohlfühlen

  좋았던 점: Das freundliche Personal, von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise. Der Check in in der Lounge (entsprechend der gebuchten Kategorie). Das gute Angebot in der Lounge, vom Kaffee mit Gebäck bis zur Abend Variante, mit guter Auswahl. Lage ist ebenfalls gut, wenige Minuten bis zum Skytrain, Nähe zum Nachtmarkt. Auch erwähnenswert ist das Restaurant mit 24 Stunden Service neben dem Eingang. Spa in der 4 Etage ist sehr zu empfehlen.

  아쉬웠던 점: Sowohl am Abend in der Lounge, als auch beim Frühstück in der 2.Etage war es sehr voll. Personal ist aber sehr hilfsbereit.

  아쉬웠던 점: Besoin de gros travaux de rénovation … les chambres présentaient des meubles à la peinture écaillée, traces d’usure importante sur le sol .. douche passant de chaud à froid en permanence … partir piscine necessite également de la rénovation, meubles rouillés peinture écaillé etc de plus l’hôtel m’a facturé deux fois le prix de la chambre et ne sera en mesure de me rembourser qu’un mois plus tard.. indigne d’un 5 étoile.

This hotel is advertised as a five-star property, but in my opinion, it falls far below that standard. The building, rooms, and furniture are clearly outdated and show significant signs of wear. The rooms feel old, tired, and in need of a complete renovation. It certainly does not provide the luxury experience I expected. The service was even more disappointing. Upon arrival, I was carrying my own luggage while the bellman stood nearby watching without offering any assistance. This was a very poor first impression and not what anyone expects from a luxury hotel. The check-in experience was equally unpleasant. The receptionist came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming. When I politely asked whether Club Lounge guests should check in at the reception or elsewhere, the response I received was simply, “Where else?” The tone felt dismissive and unprofessional instead of helpful. The Club Lounge was another major disappointment. I had to ask three separate times for a glass of Prosecco. First, the staff didn’t seem to understand what I was asking for. Then I explained that I meant sparkling wine, but there was still confusion. Eventually, I was handed a drinks menu and asked to point it out myself. For a hotel that claims to offer five-star service, this level of product knowledge and communication is simply unacceptable. Throughout my stay, I rarely felt genuinely welcomed or valued as a guest. Professional hospitality is about anticipating guests’ needs, showing attention to detail, and making people feel comfortable. Sadly, that was missing here. I travel frequently and have stayed in many luxury hotels around the world. This experience was nowhere near five-star standards. I sincerely hope the management invests in staff training and renovates the property, because in its current condition I cannot recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.

  좋았던 점: Having stayed here a couple of times pre covid and had always great stays, thus decided to stay here again. I was truly pleased with the hospitality from all staff I came across with. I loved my G Suite white room, the 24 hour gym, the steam and sauna facilities, breakfast spread at the main resto, a la carte breakfast at the Executive Lounge, afternoon tea and evening drinks at the Executive Lounge. 💙💙💙 All staff work very hard to make sure guest satisfaction is met seamlessly. Thank you so much Khun Guitar and Khun Pleng for your hospitality. Hope to see you again soon.

  아쉬웠던 점: I was not informed about the deposit at check in, and when I inquired about it by messaging the property on booking.com I was told that if Im not comfortable leaving a deposit I can talk to the reception. However, when I told him about it (Alect was the receptionist) he told me that it was hotel policy and showed me the sign in front. I could not find this policy even on their website. I hated the fact that the mandatory deposit was a surprise to us

  아쉬웠던 점: Very old furniture, stretched floor, rundown hotel, With family it's was a suprise to arrive to a GAY flagged entrance ...it's a gay hotel basically which is ok, just very loudly showing it's gay friendly.
