  Discrimination

  좋았던 점: Nothing

아쉬웠던 점: THE FACT IT DIDN'T HAVE STAIRS ACCESS TO AVOID USING LIFTS, MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME WHO HAS BAD CLAUSTROPHOBIA TO ATTEND TO HOTEL. BOOKING.COM SHOULD ALSO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY

  좋았던 점: No good

  Perfecto y cercano al aeropuerto

좋았던 점: La cama y el desayuno

  아쉬웠던 점: Todo bien

• 투숙객 평점 8Paula

• 투숙객 평점 7ktdyr

  Yeah, nah!

좋았던 점: It is close to the airport.

아쉬웠던 점: Our room was supposed to be spacious, by square footage, however the origami shapes to the room rendered available floor space barely usable. We were hardput to find space to open our suitcases.

• 투숙객 평점 7Mike

Was OK, better than others we have stayed in this area, would consider booking again.

좋았던 점: Breakfast, coffee average, location close to airport as selected and was able to walk to nearby shopping mall. Single beds provided as requested.

아쉬웠던 점: Hotel looking a little tired in places.

Good enough to sleep and eat all the breakfast

좋았던 점: We really liked the buffet breakfast, delicious eggs and roasted tomato's. Simple food but done well. Although it was a very busy Sunday breakfast, we managed to get our table and food pretty quickly. Thank you to a staff member Maria who was super helpful and fast at cleaning tables. She was super efficient. The location of the hotel was near the airport but slightly further away of walk to Mascot Station in comparison to other hotels. Room size was decent and was comfortable. Great shower and lotions.

아쉬웠던 점: We had to ask for new pillows because one set that we had was stinky (unfortunately smelled of a stinky person). Thank you to the staff who bought us the new pillows and extra towels to help cover the pillows. The sheet also smelled like sour laundry (like when a batch of laundry wasn't perfectly dried before it was ironed and folded). It's the first time we ever had issues with the bedding which was unfortunate. We had stayed in other airport hotels in Mascot and from our room we can hear the sounds of planes landing. Other hotels have better soundproofing, if this is a concern.

Okay for the night but likely won’t be back

좋았던 점: Convenient location, close to airport. We checked in early and they had a room available. Offered breakfast upon checkin

아쉬웠던 점: Fungus Gnats in bathroom and room. Doesn’t look as though the floors in the room or hallways have been vacuumed for quite some time.

• 투숙객 평점 9Christine

좋았던 점: Clean rooms friendly staff

• 투숙객 평점 10Caznpete

좋았던 점: Don't rely on google maps as it's 20 metres from CNR not 200 as it told us when in car

• 투숙객 평점 5Tracey

  좋았던 점: Clean and tidy.

아쉬웠던 점: Beds were very uncomfortable and didn't offer much on the restaurant menu.

• 투숙객 평점 5Kenneth Alejandro

  좋았던 점: Great customer service

아쉬웠던 점: Cleaning could have been better had to swap rooms due to this but attended to quickly

• 투숙객 평점 9worboys

  Had a nice stay

좋았던 점: Too early for breakfast, received a breakfast pack

아쉬웠던 점: No one on counter when we left, wanted to advise that hand basin in 210, water very slow to drain.

• 투숙객 평점 7sati

  좋았던 점: Location

아쉬웠던 점: Limited breakfast options, uncomfy pillows, not enough toiletries

• 투숙객 평점 9Kath

  좋았던 점: Close to airport

아쉬웠던 점: Room was very small

• 투숙객 평점 10Prue

  Great spot for early flights

좋았던 점: Queen beds were comfortable, long term parking close by and full breakfast included made it an easy start to the holiday International shuttle bus available for transfer to airport

  아쉬웠던 점: No complaints

• 투숙객 평점 9Vindya Shirley

Great hotel in a convenient location.

좋았던 점: Walking distance from the domestic terminal, modern, comfortable bed and breakfast was continental plus more.

• 투숙객 평점 8Susan

I had a pleasant stay and certainly can recommend the hotel for an overnight stay near the airport.

좋았던 점: Lots of choice for breakfast. All the food looked good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was good and I didn't hear any noise from other rooms. It was close to the airport which I needed.

아쉬웠던 점: The bed was a little firm for my liking. It was OK for one night but I couldn't stay for more nights with a firm bed. If the bed had been different (softer) I would happily stay longer if I ever needed to.

  아쉬웠던 점: Nothing

• 투숙객 평점 8David

  Ideal overnighter between flights

좋았던 점: Due to my early departure didn't have breakfast but was given a breakfast box. Room ideal for one night between flights due to proximity of airport. Reception staff friendly and helpful

  아쉬웠던 점: No complaints

• 투숙객 평점 8Julie

  Convenient

좋았던 점: Location to the International airport. Easy transfer to the International terminal. Shower was excellent.

아쉬웠던 점: Even the firm pillows were soft

• 투숙객 평점 8Ana Paula Pardini

Boa opção para poucas horas de transição

좋았던 점: Localização ótima. Da para ir a pé do terminal doméstico. Para o internacional tem que pegar táxi. Bom café da manhã.

아쉬웠던 점: O banheiro é uma divisória de vidro jateado com o quarto. A iluminação quando alguém usa o banheiro incomoda bastante.

• 투숙객 평점 7Gurren

Way less expensive than airport,a nice place for overnight stay

좋았던 점: Good location near the airport, way cheaper than right at the airport, breakfast was quite good and shuttle bus on time.we actually got a quiet room as we'd requested

아쉬웠던 점: It's a bit trickier than it looks to find by car, you have to be in the kerb lane at the lights as it's just right on the corner. The bathroom isn't the best for privacy, but these are minor concerns really

• 투숙객 평점 7Michelle

  Comfortable for a nights stay

좋았던 점: Convenient to the airport.

• 투숙객 평점 8Anne

  Very quick but comfortable.

좋았던 점: It is close to the airport however getting to the shuttle is a nightmare from Terminal 3. A long walk particularly with lots of luggage.

  아쉬웠던 점: The breakfast

• 투숙객 평점 7Kelly

  좋았던 점: Dichtbij luchthaven

아쉬웠던 점: Ontbijt zeer beperkt en laten mensen niet zitten om ontbijt af te ronden

• 투숙객 평점 8Satu

  좋았던 점: Kuntosali 👌

아쉬웠던 점: Siisteys ei hyvä. Kylpyhuone pieni

• 투숙객 평점 8Sarah

Would stay again, and probably would even consider staying here vs. somewhere in the CBD since it was only a ten minute

좋았던 점: Walking distance to domestic terminal, walking distance to light rail and train stations (one train and you’re in Central Quay). It was clean and quiet.

아쉬웠던 점: The bathroom was odd - fully glassed in, and while the glass was frosted, shadows were fully visible from the shower to the rest of the room, which our teenaged sons did not like.
