  Good location but a bit dated and absolutely NO kitchen cutlery or plates.

  좋았던 점: Very good location handy to Times Square, Central Park, Theatre District. Close to a supermarket and the subway.

  아쉬웠던 점: Hotel is dated. Lifts can be slow. Worst thing is there was absolutely NO kitchen cutlery or plates.

  I recommend this hotel for cleanliness and nice staff. It's a convenient location all around.

  좋았던 점: The hotel is very clean. Our room was very clean. All staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Anytime we needed anything, everyone was accommodating. The woman who works at the coffee stand in the morning is very nice and attentive as well. If you like staying near a bit noisier area (a few blocks from Time Square), then this is a convenient spot. There are a lot of great spots on 8th Ave - Pret a Manger, Whole Foods, and lots more. We were on the 10th floor, so it was pretty quiet so we could sleep.

  아쉬웠던 점: There isn't much that I can say that I did not like. The only noticeable items were the sheer inner horizontal curtain in our room was broken and could use being replaced. My son had to get something that fell behind the nightstand, and he said it was very dirty behind/under it.

  Excellent séjour grâce à un temps superbe et à un hôtel confortable bien situé.

  좋았던 점: Les réponses aux questions précédentes et l'excellent emplacement pour faciliter les déplacements : à pieds ou par le métro. La proximité de Times Square avec ses restaurants et ses salles de spectacles.

  아쉬웠던 점: Peut-être qu'une chambre dans les étages élevés nous aurait permis de voir la ville. Rien de particulier.

  좋았던 점: La ubicación es excelente, todo cerca y se puede regresar de noche caminando, la zona es segura. La limpieza muy bien. La cama excelente, la iluminación justa, pero zafa. En general muy bien, volvería.

  아쉬웠던 점: Había café gratis en la PB pero solo de 8 a 10 hs, no me refiero a desayuno que directamente no hay, solo a café. Pedimos una pava en la habitación y compramos café nosotras y lo resolvimos. El aire acondicionado es ruidoso, nuestra habitación daba a un edificio del que podías ver a las personas, por lo que debíamos cerrar siempre las cortinas. La recepción está siempre ocupada y hay que hacer cola en los asensores, por lo que no hay que estar nunca apurado

  The Belvedere is a well-maintained hotel in an excellent location for easy exploration of Manhattan.

  좋았던 점: The room was extremely quiet, which was very important. The staff, in particular the maids who cleaned the rooms each day, were cheerful and helpful in every sense. The people at the front desk were also quite pleasant and efficient. I'll note that the air conditioning/heating works well and that there is a fast and seemingly never-ending supply of hot water. The plumbing fixtures in the bathroom work as one would hope - and in some hotels that hope is not met, but at the Belvedere, things are obviously well maintained. My experience tells me that the guests at the Belvedere are courteous and ready to greet their fellow travelers with a smile. Overall, an enjoyable experience.

  아쉬웠던 점: Our room was ok but the bathroom could do with a bit more cleaning (hairs on the side and sink when we checked in.) The room lighting was poor and mirrors not placed in the right location. The key failure for me was the kitchenette no cups , plates or spoons. You had to ask in reception for paper cups etc. Could not really see the value of the space. The fridge froze the milk we bought with us. To get tea or coffee in the morning you had to join a queue downstairs off the lobby as no facilities in the bedroom

  좋았던 점: Location, staff, rooms were all excellent. I loved having a tub and shower after a lot of walking.

  아쉬웠던 점: The carpet in the room seemed old and dirty compared to the beautiful marble and chandelier. The air conditioner worked great and sounded powerful (a little loud) when it came on.

  아쉬웠던 점: Bedroom set up could be improved. Had 2 beds one nightstand pugs were on the side not where nightstand was. Had usb ports but they didn’t work. Toilet paper was really far hard to access. The offering of coffee and snack in morning. Consisted of a machine of hot water with flavor and granola bars the tiny ones. No muffins no juice. Omg could you invest in a bunn machine. Tiny bath towels only one for a two bedroom. The view not so much

  좋았던 점: For a NYC hotel room it was spacious. Room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our stay.

  Great location, unpleasant staff

  좋았던 점: The hotel’s location was fantastic! It was very central, making it easy and convenient to get everywhere. That was definitely what I loved most about my stay.

  아쉬웠던 점: Normally, the first impression of a hotel, whether positive or negative, is shaped by the staff who welcome you at reception. Unfortunately, at this hotel, I encountered some of the rudest and most unpleasant staff I have ever experienced. After a 13-hour flight followed by two hours in traffic, we finally arrived at the hotel in the late afternoon, completely exhausted. As I always do, I handed over all three passports for our family. However, the receptionist practically threw them back at me and rudely demanded, "Just give me the passport of the person whose name is on the reservation." There were countless more polite and professional ways to communicate such a simple request, so I found this attitude quite shocking. The situation continued when we discussed our room. The receptionist explained that the room we were asking about belonged to a different category and could only be provided if available. However, instead of offering any assistance or alternatives, the response was simply, "I can't give you that room." I explained that my daughter had a broken foot and was using crutches, so we genuinely needed to find a practical solution. Only after I insisted did the receptionist call the manager, who thankfully helped resolve the situation. Throughout our one-week stay, the reception staff displayed absolutely no warmth, empathy, or even the slightest smile. On the other hand, I must say that the housekeeping staff were genuinely kind, friendly, and welcoming. Unfortunately, our departure brought another unpleasant experience. When leaving our luggage with the concierge, I simply counted our bags and mentioned how many large and small suitcases we had. The staff member responded with an incredibly arrogant remark: "This isn't my first time doing this. I've been doing this job for ten years." I found this response completely unnecessary, disrespectful, and unprofessional.

  좋았던 점: Location was amazing. On a quiet street just off Times Square. Theatres within walking distance. Penn Station 20 mins walk away. The room was large by NY standards with a tiny kitchenette and fridge. The bathroom had a bath/shower and water pressure was great. The free tea/coffee and small breakfast bar in the morning just off the lobby was great. It was great to be able to leave the luggage safely just off reception both before check in and after check out. The guys manning this station were very friendly. We had a great room on 9th floor facing the front across from the beautiful School of Performing Arts building.

  아쉬웠던 점: The shampoo/conditioner dispensers were almost empty and the body lotion was completely empty. There was no hairdryer. There should be 3/4 staff on the desk during busy times. The check in line was long and took ages. The decor is a little dated. There are no tea/coffee facilities in the room. The fridge made noise.

  Reception staff are not great, otherwise great location, rooms and housekeeping staff.

  좋았던 점: The room was nice, we were on the 15th floor and had a nice view. The location is great, just out of the busy part of the city but close enough to walk in a couple of minutes. About 3 minutes walk to Time Square. The subway is a short walk to get anywhere in the city. The free morning coffee was a nice bonus, really great. The cleaners and the coffee lady were all very polite, friendly and helpful.

  아쉬웠던 점: The reception staff are not friendly or polite. They are short with answers, could learn to smile and be welcoming with guests. The door staff are there but seem to do nothing that value adds to a guest experience.

  좋았던 점: Location is very good. We asked for a superior double which was updated. I think some of the other parts of the hotel are not. The guy who stored our luggage was really nice.

  아쉬웠던 점: The front desk staff is not the friendliest. Somewhere okay one lady was not nice at all. The elevators are very slow and very small.

  좋았던 점: I loved the location 3 minutes from the Duemo. The building is new and has a security guard, and the room is spacious, with a kitchenette and coffee facilities.

  아쉬웠던 점: The main drawbacks were the smart lighting system, which was difficult to figure out, as we struggled to operate the switches, and the shower, which was also not very easy or straightforward

  Surpresa positiva com ótima localização em Manhattan.

  좋았던 점: Apesar de ser um hotel antigo, as instalações são ótimas, bem conservadas. Eu e minha amiga reservamos um apartamento amplo, com duas camas de casal e cozinha compacta com pia, frigobar e microondas. De manhã até 10 horas o hotel disponibiliza café, leite, chá, chocolate e barras de cereal sem custo numa sala confortável. Tem também máquina para abastecer com água e com gelo. Foram rápidos para esclarecer nossas dúvidas antes da hospedagem - foi possível guardar as malas antes e depois da hospedagem, em função dos horários dos vôos; foi possível acrescentar mais uma hóspede nossa amiga com conforto e preço justo. Chegamos no JFK e fomos de metrô para o hotel.

  Hotel was enkel interessant wegens de goede ligging. Verouderd en dringend aan een opknapbeurt toe!

  아쉬웠던 점: Wij reisden met onze twee kinderen en sliepen met 4 op de kamer. Echter kregen we maar voor 2 personen de nodige handdoeken. Dit ben ik gaan melden en toen kreeg ik extra handdoeken. De volgende dag was het gewoon terug dezelfde miserie. Dit betekend dat de communicatie onder de medewerkers beter kan. Zoiets kan voorkomen, maar dit moet zodanig aan iedereen gecommuniceerd worden dat het probleem zich niet herhaald. Ook de liften waren een probleem. Soms ging deze tot drie keer toe terug open en toe vooraleer we konden vertrekken.
