좋았던 점: Really great customer service. We had some changes in our arrival schedule, but the reception team was super helpful and made sure our rooms were ready and waiting for us when we got there. The place is very clean and the location is super convenient. Definitely a smooth and pleasant stay.

아쉬웠던 점: Nothing to complain about, everything was good.

좋았던 점: El desayuno y la comodidad de la habitación. El personal tanto de recepción como del bar/restaurante muy amable.

아쉬웠던 점: La ubicación alejada del centro

좋았던 점: Hangulatos, jó állapotú és tiszta. A tetőterasz nagyon kellemes és jó a kilátás (nyáron biztos még jobb). Az elhelyezkedés megfelelő, sok vásárlási és étkezési lehetőség a környéken. A reggelinél jó választék. Készséges személyzet.

아쉬웠던 점: A szobában nem volt kávéfőző és vízmelegítő. Bár ez utóbbit tudtam kérni a recepción és egyszer csináltak is kávét, de lehetne legalább lent kirakva kávéfőző. A reggelinél a melegételek íze és hőmérséklete nem volt jó (egy közös mikró is segíthetne ezen), illetve túl erős volt a légkondi. A szobában nem lehetett megfelelően állítani a szellőztetést/légkondit. A bár lehetne hosszabban is nyitva.

좋았던 점: Смачний сніданок з великим вибором страв, окремо про каву - дуже смачно. Басейн на даху додає відпочинку додаткового вайбу.

아쉬웠던 점: Не дуже зручні матраси. Кондиціонер у номері дуже гучний і не регулюється, за потужністтю обдуву. В номері не має чайника.

Expensive and basic amenities.

좋았던 점: Quiet neighbourhood, nice restaurants and bakery’s nearby. The staff was very polite and available.

아쉬웠던 점: Is too expensive for what is offered. Would be nice if they had some sort of disposable cover for the remote control, because it wasn’t the cleanest. No slippers were offered, no coffee, no kettle… for the price you pay you kinda expect some sort of treat. I don’t have a proper critic to make, it’s just the fact that is overpriced for what was offered.

Absolute Empfehlung!

좋았던 점: Ruhige Lage nähe der Rambla del Poblenou. Moderne, saubere Zimmer. Sehr bequeme Betten. Obere Stockwerke mit toller Aussicht. Dazu diese tolle Dachterrasse mit Musik, Bar und Pool. Sonnenuntergänge inklusive! Fünf Minuten zur Metro. Fussläufig zu Geschäften und Restaurants. 10 Minuten zum Strand. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut, es gibt aber auch viele Cafés in der Nähe. Kostenlose Schließfächer für die Kofferaufbewahrung nach dem Auschecken.

아쉬웠던 점: Da wir sehr kurzfristig gebucht haben, war der Preis ziemlich überzogen. Dennoch hat uns die Lage in Poblenou und die Dachterrasse voll entschädigt.

좋았던 점: Hotel in apropiere de centrul Barcelonei, modern, curat, cu toate facilitatile. Mic dejun bun (nu exceptional). Am primit o camera cu vedere la mare si, totodată, la Sagrada Familia. Recomand.

Tolles Hotel für Städtetrip in Barcelona.

좋았던 점: We spent two nights at Acta Voraport and were very happy with our stay. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable, and the bed was especially cozy. The location is excellent! The beach is just a 10-minute walk away, several bus stops are only 2–3 minutes away, and there's also a metro station nearby. There are plenty of cafés, restaurants and shops in the area. The rooftop terrace offers beautiful views, and there's also a swimming pool, although we didn't use it. Breakfast was generous and varied, with plenty of options to choose from. Unfortunately, early check-in wasn't possible, but the hotel provides very convenient, code-operated luggage lockers. This meant we didn't have to carry our bags around the city, and we could use the lockers again on our departure day.

아쉬웠던 점: The room amenities could be better. It would have been nice to have a kettle, some coffee and tea, tissues, and perhaps a few basic utensils in the room. Also, although the hotel has four elevators, we often had to wait quite a while for one to arrive.

좋았던 점: Çalışanlar güzel ilgiliydi kahvaltısı da güzeldi Türk biri olarak yiyebileceğim şeyler bulmak güzel oldu İspanya’da.

아쉬웠던 점: Beni tek rahatsız eden şey çarşafların her gün değiştiriilmiyor olması her gün değiştirildi otel benim için çok iğnenin üzerinde olacaktı. Ama değiştirilmesini talep ettiğimde ikiletmediler hiç bu da nazar boncuğu olsun diyorum.

Prima verblijf voor paar dagen Barcelona.

좋았던 점: Vriendelijk personeel, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en rustige ligging met goede bereikbaarheid centrum.

아쉬웠던 점: Vanaf vliegveld naar hotel is het een uurtje OV, dus vooral terugreis is goede planning noodzakelijk. In de omgeving van het hotel is er niet veel te doen/zien.

Összességében nagyon szerettük a hotelt, visszatérünk még.

좋았던 점: A hotel lokációja kiváló. A környék kellemes, kis sétával nagyon sok minden elérhető: jó kávézók, éttermek, boltok. A tengerpart is egészen közel van. A közlekedés nagyon jó a hoteltől. Kellemes meglepetés volt, hogy a tetőterasz és az ott lévő medence októberben is nyitva tart, bár a víz nagyon hideg volt. A reggeli jó minőségű volt, bár a választék lehetne valamivel nagyobb. Személyzet kedves, segítőkész.

아쉬웠던 점: Hosszabb tartózkodás esetén a reggeli választéka hamar unalmassá válhat. Klasszikus ágynemű helyett a paplan két lepedő közé volt hajtogatva, ami nagyon furcsa volt, és gyakran szétesett.

this hotel made our short family reunion so much more enjoyable.

좋았던 점: The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of dishes. The location was close to the Es Poblenou Rambla and a great selection of restaurants and shops as well as the hop on hop off bus route. Would highly recommend this hotel.

아쉬웠던 점: Wasn't knocked out by the dinner menu. Service was great but the standard of food was "hotel" restaurant grade. However, we were tired and nothing was bad, just wished it was better. However, the wine was super.

좋았던 점: Ondanks de drukte verloopt het ontbijt geweldig! Personeel loopt onopvallend en rustig door de ruimte, tafels snel afgeruimd /ingedekt zonder lawaai oid. Ook buffetten werden snel en relaxed bijgevuld.

아쉬웠던 점: Het is erg groot, daar moet je op voorbereid zijn.

좋았던 점: bello il rooftop, meno il bar "sotterraneo" dove si trovano anche area colazione e ristorante. Vicino a piedi alla spiaggia di Bogatell

아쉬웠던 점: Non ho capito bene gli orari del Rooftop cosi come del servizio bar sia per la piscina che il bar principale. Il primo chiude alle sei, cioè prima che inizi il tramonto, scelta che non ho compreso. Il secondo, e principale, bar si trova al paino -1, già questo non ideale, e chiude alle 22 e quindi nell'orario di ritorno degli ospiti.

Boa localização óptimas infraestruturas

좋았던 점: Óptima localização apesar de não ser no centro da cidade. Estação de metro a menos de 10 min a pé. Zona sossegada e tranquila com bastantes restaurantes e mini mercados nas redondezas. A piscina no rooftop incrível. Pequeno almoço bom mas não com muita variedade mas mesmo assim suficiente.

아쉬웠던 점: Sinceramente não tenho nada apontar a não ser alguma falta de sonoridade nos quartos mas apenas quando as portas batiam nada relacionado com o barulho de outros quartos.

좋았던 점: Номер дійсно непоганий, чистий. На даху гарний вид на море. Смачні сніданки. Прибирають кожен день. До центра реально далеко

아쉬웠던 점: Відсутність чайника в номері бачу перший раз. Дуже дивно, але підковдри не було, просто два простирадла, вони завжди плутаються, спадають. Це дуже впливає на комфорт і за це б я ставила дуже великий мінус . Бо ти хочеш вкриватись чистим застеленим ліжком, а не старою ковдрою , бо все спадає
