  Für unseren Kurztrip ein toller Aufenthalt!

  좋았던 점: Moderne Unterkunft. Außenbereich läd zum chillen ein. Viele Ladeplätze für Elektroautos vorhanden. Zimmer sind recht „stylisch“. Licht kann farbig eingestellt werden. Bett kann elektrisch verstellt werden.

  아쉬웠던 점: Die Zimmereinrichtung hat leider wenig Stauraum und wenig Ablageplätze. Die Ladeplätze sind meistens durch Verbrenner belegt.

  좋았던 점: O hotel fica no bairro Nord, ou seja, nao fica na area central e voce precisa pegar uma balsa para chegar ate o centro. Como fornecem aluguel de bicicletas, tudo fica mais facil e o fator distancia acaba nao sendo nada absurdo, pois ela diminui para cinco minutos de bike e você ja esta na estacao central. Quartos novos e confortaveis. Estrutura excelente.

  Ausstattung, Frühstück und Lage sowie freundliches Personal haben uns total überzeugt!

  좋았던 점: Tolle Lage, mit der Fähre über den IJ ist man schnell in der City. Super Frühstück. Nachhaltigkeit wird belohnt mit „purple goes Green“

  아쉬웠던 점: Viele digitale Angebote funktionierten nicht korrekt (Zugang über Schranke zum Parkhaus und digitaler checkin/checkout) - alles sollte vermeintlich benutzerfreundlich und weniger personalintensiv sein- das ist es aber nur, wenn es auch funktioniert

  좋았던 점: The staff were amazing and the location was very convenient to move around. The hotel in general was always kept clean

  아쉬웠던 점: ik had late checkout zodat ik uit kon slapen, er is drie keer aangeklopt door de schoonmaakster en ik heb het uit proberen te leggen ook in het engels. daarna was het "call reception call reception out out" daarna ging de telefoon maar toen ik opnam geen gehoor en daarna weer die schoonmaakster. de rest was echt top maar ik zou wel graag mijn geld van de late checkout terug willen.

  좋았던 점: Check in , super einfach und kontaktlos. Lage war okay .. zu Fuß in die Stadt ca. 10-15 Minuten. Parkplätze vor Ort 15€ pro Tag.

  좋았던 점: Very modern and clean, we really enjoyed the addition of the LED lights around the tv and you can see the colours on the side of the building. Good price for a good location and in a quiet area. Very easy self check in and check out. Definitely would stay again

  Nice, clean hotel, but a bit far from the city center

  좋았던 점: The hotel itself is nice, clean, and quiet, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. I didn’t hear any annoying noises during our stay. They also offer bike and umbrella rentals, and the staff was friendly and

  아쉬웠던 점: Unfortunately, the location is not the most convenient. Amsterdam was a last-minute addition to our itinerary, so the more centrally located hotels were either too expensive or already fully booked. To get to the city center, you need to take the ferry, which is free and only takes around 10–15 minutes. However, getting to the ferry from the hotel requires a bit of a walk. While the ferry ride itself is quick and easy, the extra walking and transportation made getting around a little less convenient, and I feel like we ended up spending more time and money on transportation overall. Overall, it’s a nice option if you don’t mind staying a bit outside the city center, but I would recommend considering the location when booking.

  좋았던 점: Muy limpio, gente muy amable, estacionamiento para bicicletas, camas cómodas. Si te salteas el housekeping te dan un voucher de 5 euros para usar en el restaurante.

  아쉬웠던 점: La habitación es muy pequeña y la separación del baño no es de material sino de vidrio esmerilado no permitiendo privacidad con respecto a ruidos u olores. La habitación no tiene elementos para calentar agua y venden café que para mi opinión es muy caro. El desayuno es muy caro (20 euros por día por persona) El deck es hermoso pero no podes utilizarlo a menos que consumas del restaurante. Queda a 15 minutos a pie del ferry para ir al centro de Amsterdam. El ferry es gratuito.

  Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war sehr ausgiebig!

  좋았던 점: Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Sitzgelegenheiten in der Lobby waren sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind funktional eingerichtet.

  아쉬웠던 점: Die Zimmer dürften ein wenig größer sein. Eine Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer wäre gut. Der Preis ist etwas zu hoch!

  Bad service totally disappointed!dont check in yourself in reception check room first!!!

  아쉬웠던 점: First of all doesnt worth the price you are paying they give you sofa which can become bed not even bed i had 4 nights booked dont be fooled doing your own check in they just trap you!! Cause after entering shit room if you dont like it they dont refund your money you get stuck in that shithole!room doesnt even have proper bed,nothing for clothes very small 2 people cant walk next to each other,AC doesnt stop working,you make it off wake up with AC cold 😂,phone doesnt work to call reception you go down yourself,no toothbrush is paid,no water is paid i dont know why i paid 200 euro per night for this shit service once i entered room came back reception immediately saying i wanna cancel the rest charge me one day i go another hotel they insisted furst to call booking.com to fix this i called they told them they wont refund money in general im the one scammed i couldnt even stay in that place last day left to another hotel just paid for nothing i blame booking for cooperation with these type of hotel no customers satisfaction 0 service!ha you carry your own luggage from car to hotel room 😂😂omg first time in my life i see a hotel like this!

  아쉬웠던 점: The shower and toilet in our room had slightly frosted glass backing directly to the bedroom, allowing visibility and sound very easily. Slightly uncomfortable between a group of friends. The room was also quite small and crammed at times, room slept 3 but did not have enough floor space for 3 bags. The location is also a fair bit of a walk to the main town centre, you can however hire bikes from the hotel

  Very modern hotel!

  좋았던 점: The location was excellent, outside the main centre of Amsterdam, in the beautiful north, close to cafes and restaurants and only a short walk to the ferry that will take you across the river to the central station. The room was very spacious. The bathroom had a floor to ceiling window, which was a nice touch and provided excellent views over the surrounding area. I particularly liked the bed, rather like one you get in a hospital, sitting you up and laying you down just at the touch of a button, but it was an unexpected pleasant surprise!

  아쉬웠던 점: There is a "grab and go" shop with snacks and drinks, the variety could have been better. The nearest supermarket was closed when we arrived so it would have been useful to have stocked some essentials rather than just treats, but then it's difficult to know what is an "essential" for every traveller (FYI, we wanted milk!).

  아쉬웠던 점: Cashless hotel I didn’t realise- I hate that. Also the rooms are so odd there is no bathroom door it’s just a door on the shower and toilet haha so every time I showered the water went all over the floor near the bed - weird set up 😂

  Sag niemals nie (wieder)- es war ein schöner Urlaub.

  좋았던 점: Die ruhige Lage. Die Fahrräder die man im Hotel ausleihen kann-eine Tour nach Zaanse Schans ist machbar und würden wir empfehlen. Die Innenstadt mit dem Rad zu erkunden, würde man aber nur "Selbstmördern" raten. Die Erreichbarkeit mit dem Auto ist gut. Das Haus ist neu und modern und in einem aufstrebenden Viertel. Das Zentrum und der Bahnhof sind noch zu Fuß erreichbar, man muss nur für ein paar Minuten die kostenlose Fähre benutzen.

  아쉬웠던 점: Das "Einchecken", nur noch schlimmer wenn es zudem bei der Anreise auch noch regnet. Das Frühstück im Vergleich mit anderen Hotels ist eher überschaubar und spätestens am fünften Tag schon langweilig. Wenn man sich Fahrräder für 19 Euro ausleiht, dass diese kaum Luft im Reifen haben. Es keinen Schrank im Zimmer gibt. Das die (neue) Brücke neben dem Hotel noch nicht fertig war. Es sehr kompliziert bei Abreise war, das Parken am Terminal zu bezahlen, man schon ausgecheckt hat und gestresst am Schranken steht und die Zahlung per Karte nicht funktioniert- man drei Meter retour fährt wie gefordert und es immer noch nicht funkt. Die Rezeption war sehr bemüht, mehr auch nicht. Diese Art von Hotel ist nicht für jedermann.
