  Good place to stay

  좋았던 점: Some of the stuff are great. They have gluten free options. The space was more than sufficient. The hospitality was amazing in reception and breakfast restaurant

  Modern spacious and comfortable international hotel in a convenient and interesting location

  좋았던 점: We weren't happy with our room initially because there weren't adequate storage facilities - no drawers, though good hanging space. The light in the WC wasn't working when we arrived. BUT the manager Yann put himself out to try and find a solution for us, and sat us in the bar with a glass of champagne while he sorted the room out. The breakfast is varied and excellent, staff are all very helpful, bathroom products are lovely, and we were given very good restaurant recommendations by the concierge who made the bookings for us. As far as the location is concerned, we really liked it. It's well connected for public transport and taxis, and very near the charming Quai St Martin. We usually stay in the Marais, but we wanted a larger room, and modern facilities,.and this was a good 4* combination of comfort, price, location. It's a very busy, professionally run hotel, and we recommend it.

  아쉬웠던 점: We liked it, I don't have any negatives except that for me, there should be a drawer unit in a hotel room.

  아쉬웠던 점: I was surprised at the massive deposit required for this stay. It is not returned immediately which caused a slight strain on the rest of my trip. (Over 1,000 euro for 3 nights)

  좋았던 점: Right in the center and the metro or tube was just opposite connecting the whole of paris. Could not go wrong. There were several Chinese, Indian and Italian restaurants close by. So food was not an issue at all. The breakfast was very good. And the staff polite and brilliant. Would recommend and stay here again. Took the room on the 5th floor so had a good view of the night eiffel tower. Brilliant.

  Hotel in sehr guter Lage um überall in der Stadt herum zu kommen. Personal wirklich zuvorkommend.

  좋았던 점: Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kamen kurz vor Mittag an und waren vorbereitet, die Koffer einzustellen und dann wieder zum Check-In Termin um 16.00 Uhr da zu sein. Wir konnten dann bereits ein Zimmer beziehen und wir erhielten eines unter dem Dach.

  아쉬웠던 점: Ich hatte zwei mal gemeldet dass das Wasser im Badezimmer unter dem Waschbecken sich sammelt sobald der Wasserhahn an ist. Scheint aber wohl eine grössere Sache zu sein, denn man konnte es anscheinend nicht reparieren. Und wenn man die Stelle auf dem Marmorboden sich genauer anschaut ist dies nicht erst seit kurzem so.

  One hotel to be avoided

  좋았던 점: UPDATE: A Crowne Plaza Experience I Would Strongly Recommend Avoiding I have had to update my original Tripadvisor review because the issues with this hotel keep growing. What started as a disappointing stay has now become an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience involving refunds, unexplained charges and, most importantly, a complete failure by the hotel to properly address my concerns. I am a long-standing IHG guest and Platinum Elite Ambassador, and I have stayed at many IHG properties around the world. I therefore have a good understanding of the level of service and customer care I should expect from an IHG hotel. Sadly, my experience at the Crowne Plaza Paris – République has been very different. I originally booked four nights for my son. Unfortunately, due to a family illness, he had to cut his trip short and return to Australia. He gave the hotel 24 hours’ notice that he needed to leave. Despite this, the hotel only refunded one night and charged for the other. I have repeatedly asked the hotel to explain why I was charged for a cancellation night when 24 hours’ notice was provided, but I have still not received a satisfactory explanation. The hotel also cancelled the entire booking rather than simply adjusting it, meaning that the associated IHG points and qualifying night credit were lost. My son also sent me photographs of stained towels in the room. This is certainly not what I would expect from a Crowne Plaza hotel. Unfortunately, the situation has now become even more concerning. The hotel has subsequently charged my credit card a further €283 without my authorisation. I have no idea how they got my credit card details. When I challenged this, Mr Le Boulaire told me that the hotel had already refunded me twice. This is simply not correct. I have checked my credit card account carefully and it shows only one refund. I have made this clear to the hotel, yet Mr Le Boulaire has failed to properly address this issue or the other concerns I have raised. I therefore expected the General Manager, Christophe Charolles, to personally intervene and resolve the matter. Unfortunately, I have also found the response from management extremely disappointing. My concerns remain unanswered and avoided. Not what I would expect from senior management of an international hotel. At this point, my concerns include the unexplained cancellation charge, the incomplete refund, the unauthorised €283 credit-card charge, the incorrect claim that I have received two refunds, the cancellation of the entire booking, the loss of IHG points and qualifying night credit, the condition of the room, and the hotel’s continued failure to properly address my complaint. I have had to update this review because, rather than the situation being resolved, the problems have continued to grow. I have given the hotel every opportunity to resolve this privately and reasonably. Instead, I continue to receive responses that fail to address the substance of my concerns, while further charges have appeared on my credit card. I believe it’s important that future guests are aware of the standards of this hotel. As an experienced IHG guest, I find the way this entire matter has been handled extremely disappointing. The issue is now about much more than the money. It is about accountability, communication and basic customer service. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that other IHG members think very carefully before booking this hotel. In fact, based on the way my complaint has been handled from the initial booking issue through to the latest unauthorised credit-card charge, this is one IHG hotel that I would strongly recommend avoiding. I sincerely hope that senior management eventually takes responsibility for reviewing the complete history of this matter and addresses every concern I have raised. I will continue to update this review should further issues arise or, hopefully, if the hotel finally provides a satisfactory resolution.

  아쉬웠던 점: تحتاج الى استخدام المترو او التاكسي اوبر لكي تصل لمعالم المدينه والفندق في موقع مزدحم وامامه ساحه كبيرة يتجمع بها الناس والمظاهرات . الغرف بالصباح مزعجه بسبب الهاوس كيبنق .. واغلاق الابواب مزعج عدا ذلك اذا كنت لا تمانع من استخدام المترو فهو خيار جيد جداً

  아쉬웠던 점: Extremely disappointing stay at Crowne Plaza Paris République. The Wi-Fi was completely unusable during the 10 days I stayed there. It was connected but wouldn't load anything - no Instagram, no Netflix, not even WhatsApp messages. For a hotel this expensive, not having reliable internet is inconceivable. Overpriced for what is offered.

  Great Location and safe

  좋았던 점: On each visit to Paris, we make it a point to select a new neighborhood or district for our accommodation, allowing us to discover fresh experiences. This time, we chose The Crown Plaza in the 11th district. We were pleasantly surprised by the abundance of restaurants within walking distance, offering a wide variety of dining options. The hotel itself is welcoming and well-maintained, with our bedsheets being changed daily, which is a delightful, albeit unexpected, touch. The service is excellent, and the hotel's location feels very secure. We truly value the convenience of nearby amenities such as Starbucks, a pharmacy, and a grocery store, where we can easily purchase fruits and snacks for our room. This marks our second stay at this hotel; we were here just three weeks ago and thoroughly enjoyed our visit, prompting us to rebook. We highly recommend it.

  좋았던 점: We enjoyed our stay Crowne Plaza Republique. It is located in a central spot right next to the busy Place de la Republique, which is busy and bustling with lots of people. There is very quick access to restaurants and Metro. The Room is newly renovated and has air conditioning. There ares two levels. Bedroom on the bottom with another bedroom (pullout bed) and small living room upstairs. It's a little tricky to get to, but accessible by lift. It is relatively quiet, private and has nice views of the Eiffel Tower and Sacré-Cœur. Bathroom is brand new as well. Breakfast is included and it is great with a wide variety of food, including made-to-order omelets/eggs. Staff were courteous and kind.

  아쉬웠던 점: The bed was a little bit too firm for our taste. There are many homeless people around the hotel. However, they didn't bother anyone.

  Stunning, comfortable and well-located hotel, great food - shame about the wifi

  좋았던 점: This hotel is stunning and has a great vibe. Really liked the lobby/ informal/ cafe area. Brilliant breakfast and make sure you check out the courtyard - the highlight. Our room which was at the top floor (in the mansard roof) was clean and comfortable, modern etc. The concierge and staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the wifi was very poor. This affected the TV and our devices. Great area - right in front of the Republique.

  A GREAT HOTEL FOR TOUR GROUPS AND MEETINGS, AMAZING STAFF

  좋았던 점: I hosted a tour group so the location is great for walkability to hundreds of shops, restaurants, and Metro subway system. However, it is directly in front of Republique Square and the noise level can be overwhelming at times.. What was most impressive to me and my group are the Front & Concierge desks. They are welcoming and so willing to please their guests. I observed firsthand the pressure they are under and will do whatever they can to assist. I took the names of the most outstanding but unfortunately misplaced the list. A special callout to Nam who seemed to be there day and night. The lobby aesthetics creates the atmosphere of a 5 star hotel, however the rooms are clean but dated. I am travel designer and viewed a number of them. The Standard rooms are quite small and various views from facing another building to ones that felt like an attic with none. The main complaints for me is lack of storage especially if there are 2 people. The bathrooms were a point of conversation with my group especially the bathtubs. They are a hazard getting in and out due to the height and slant at the rear. The shower door is partial resulting in water all over the floor. Anyone who has any mobility challenges whatsoever should not book these rooms and request a walk-in shower which are very limited in numbers. The courtyard is very nice, quiet, and great gathering spot. In conclusion I would stay there again. However, the noise level and crowded streets might not be a good fit for guests who need a quieter environment.

  좋았던 점: A good corporate style hotel - reliable service, comfortable room, clean, and well equipped. My booking - standard twin room. Good space, no coffee machine, comes with fridge, safe, kettle, teas and coffee, iron and ironing board, flat screen tv, etc. Bathroom has a small bath and glazed shower screen. Small but sufficient. Only issues were that the bath plug did not open and close properly and the water temperature was a bit inconsistent. Breakfast buffet has a good range and there’s an egg cooking station offering omelettes, fried and poached eggs. Coffee is filter coffee only. Has a nice terrestrial/courtyard with games including chess and table tennis. Good location for multiple metro lines.

  Great team, ideal location

  좋았던 점: We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The location is absolutely excellent, making it incredibly easy to get around. A huge thank you to the reception staff, who were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was also a great highlight, especially the lovely, fresh croissants! While the French cheeses offered were excellent in quality, it would have been a wonderful bonus to see a slightly wider variety of them to choose from. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would highly recommend it!

  Central location, friendly staff

  좋았던 점: The hotel is in a central location, which makes it very convenient. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Bed linen is clean and fresh, beds are comfortable, and breakfast is good. However, the hotel's facilities are clearly outdated. Even the tableware in the restaurant looks old. The air-conditioning system is noisy and appears to be past its prime. There is a noticeable smell of frying from the kitchen in the elevators and hallways. The carpets in both the rooms and corridors are worn and torn in places, and the Wi-Fi connection is poor. It is obvious that the hotel has not been renovated for many years. In my opinion, this hotel does not meet the standards of a 4-star property. It feels more like a standard 3-star hotel, making it overpriced for what it offers.

  Basic Hotel close to Republique metro

  좋았던 점: This is a typical hotel with small/mid sized rooms in a crowded Republique area with good connectivity. Road facing rooms get quite noisy throughout the day and toll late night. Hamayra at the front desk is awesome and very helpful. However, this hotel has one of the worst concierge desks. I suggest you not rely or use the concierge for anything.

  좋았던 점: The list of negatives about this hotel are too long to detail here. Do yourself a favour and spend your money on a nice 4 star boutique hotel. IHG should be ashamed. This place is worn, and grubby. Terrible and at times rude service (apart from my check-in in guy / you were great). Everything from pillows, sheets, room furniture and fittings were worn, broken and just nasty (holes in curtains). Zero attention to detail. Food was an abomination. Non existent WIFI. I just can’t…as I said there’s just too much.
