  Très bon emplacement pour visiter manathan, déçu pour le petit déjeuner.

  아쉬웠던 점: C'est un peu bruyant on va dire normal en plein manathan.. Par contre le petit déjeuner ne vaut pas le coup, c'est 15 dollars par personne, et vous n'avez rien vous avez meilleur temps d'aller juste en bas dans la rue

  A very enjoyable stay with very friendly staff!

  좋았던 점: Great staff. Great lounge. Great coffee. The room was really nice and well decorated. It was nice to have a mini fridge for snacks. The room was cozy and comfortable.

  Construction makes a stay here unbearable

  좋았던 점: there was renovations being made at the hotel, but they didn't inform me until after you paid and check in. The work woke me up at 9am. Not much of a vacation. They never respond to your emails request an adjustment due to this.

  Super séjour à NY et chouette hotel

  좋았던 점: Hotel magnifique. Déco et ambiance au top. Chambre spacieuse, grands lits confortables. Hall et salle de détentes parfaites pour se poser (on peut meme y manger ce qu'on a acheté en dehors de l'hotel), playlist dans ce hall de bon gout. Personnel toujours souriant. Et emplacement proche de tout (metro, central park, time square, restos,...). Il y a bien un frigo dans la chambre (pas annoncé sur le site). Hotel à taille humaine par rapport à d'autres dans la ville. Hotel très chaleureux.

  아쉬웠던 점: Chambre coté cour au 6eme étage. Gros bruit (pour moi, par pour ma femme et notre fille) de ventilation (CTA, groupe clim,...) toute la journée et la nuit. Bruit sourd/grave embêtant nécessitant des bouchons d'oreille. Limite j'aurais préféré une chambre coté avenue. J'ai pas demandé une autre chambre car hotel plein à première vue et les filles ne voulaient pas trop. Aussi, télé inutilisable car seuls les boutons power et volume de la télécommande fonctionnaient, mais on ne va pas à NY pour regarder la TV (on a demander réparation mais je pense qu'en y allant ils ont juste vérifié si ca s'allumait et n'ont pas compris le pb). Travaux sur les façades de l'hotel avec bruit au marteau piqueur à partir de 9h du matin mais pas dérangeant car déjà au petit dej vers cette heure là et l'hotel a bien prévenu à notre arrivée. Manque peut-être petite cafetière dans la chambre.

  좋았던 점: Прекрасное расположение, станция метро в двух шагах, много кафе и ресторанов рядом. Комната большая, удобная кровать.

  아쉬웠던 점: В номере не было ни халатов, ни тапочек, никаких гигиенических наборов, никаких чашек - только одноразовые бумажные стаканы. Для четырехзвездочного отеля это очень странно. Душ прикручен к стене - впрочем, это повсеместно в Америке, что тоже очень неудобно. Но самая большая проблема - это ремонт фасада здания, о котором нас предупредили, как только мы въехали. Но это не отменяет неудобства, которые мы испытвали - каждый будний день в 9 утра нас будил шум дрели и качающаяся за окном люлька с рабочими. Когда мы попросили на ресепшене решить проблему, нам предложили сделать чек аут в 11 часов, оставить весь багаж у них, а в 16 часов снова заселиться в другой номер. Этот вариант нам не подошел, почему мы должны 5 часов быть без номера? Я считаю, что за 400 долларов за ночь гости могут рассчитывать на спокойное и комфортное пребывание, но оказалось, что в этом отеле это не так.

  Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel moderne, très joliment décoré et très bien situé.

  A beautiful hotel with great potential, but service consistency needs improvement to match its luxury standard.

  좋았던 점: The hotel clearly has a lot of potential, and I have no doubt that it could eventually achieve a five-star standard if it continues to improve. There is already a lot to like: * Beautiful interior design: The hotel is very stylish and has a genuinely luxurious feel. Importantly, it looks just as good in person as it does in the photographs advertised online. * Superb location: The location is excellent, very well connected, convenient, and easy to get to. * Excellent soundproofing: The room was impressively well soundproofed. We could not hear guests in neighbouring rooms, which made the stay feel private and peaceful. * Comfortable bed: The bed was very comfortable and contributed to a good night’s sleep. * Attractive communal spaces: The cafe, lounge areas, and piano bar are beautifully designed and create a pleasant, upscale atmosphere. * Safe and comfortable environment: The hotel and its surroundings felt safe, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. Overall, the hotel already has many of the physical qualities of a luxury property. With greater consistency in service and attention to some of the operational details, I think it has the potential to become an excellent hotel.

  아쉬웠던 점: * Consistency of room cleaning: The main area for improvement is the inconsistency in housekeeping. It may be helpful for housekeeping staff to use a standard checklist to ensure that all essential tasks are completed during each service. For example, on some occasions bed linen was not changed, body wash was left empty for several days and only refilled after we raised it, and drinking cups were sometimes not replaced. * Housekeeping processes and staff support: More broadly, some aspects of our stay gave us the impression that housekeeping staff may be working under considerable pressure or may not have sufficiently consistent processes and support. For example, when we requested a refill of the empty body wash, a new bottle was also left on the room counter rather than being installed in the wall-mounted dispenser. Together with the inconsistencies in routine room servicing, this suggested that the issue may be related to systems, workload, training, or staffing rather than simply individual performance. It may be worth reviewing whether housekeeping teams have sufficient time, resources, and clear processes to consistently deliver the standard expected. * Luggage storage and tipping: We were also uncomfortable when, on requesting luggage storage, staff explicitly asked for tips both when leaving and collecting our luggage. We are happy to tip for particularly good service, but luggage storage is a standard service that I would expect a hotel at this level to provide without guests feeling that a tip is being solicited. This interaction made the experience feel less professional and raised further questions for us about whether staff are adequately supported and remunerated. * Drinking cups: I would suggest replacing the disposable cups with proper glassware. This would be more environmentally friendly and would also provide a more premium experience that better reflects the standard and price of the hotel.

Nous avons été obligés chaque matin de sortir dans le quartier la situation était inconfortable pour tout le séjour. Tarif 433 euros la.nuit et même pas une machine à cafe dans la chambre . Les salles de bains sont minuscules si porte ouverte on ne peut sortir de la baignoire avec pommeau fixe. C'est dommage car la décoration est soignée

  아쉬웠던 점: Le petit déjeuner, on avait réservé sur booking une chambre petit déjeuner inclus, et le petit déjeuner se résumé juste à une boisson et à une viennoiserie quand il en restait. Tout les matins après avoir pris notre boisson chaude, on devait sortir pour prendre un petit déjeuner complet. Le bruit de la climatisation dans la chambre. C'était soit pas de climatisation, soit un bruit qui vous empêcher de dormir

  Eine Empfehlung für NYC-Besuch

  좋았던 점: Sehr gute Lage um NY zu erkunden, sehr gut mit U-Bahn erschlossen, auch zu Fuß sehr viel möglich. Ausgesprochen nettes Personal an der Rezeption und an der Frühstücksbar! Sehr gute Betten, Matratzen und Bettwäsche. Der besondere Style des Hotels hat uns sehr angesprochen. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel!

  아쉬웠던 점: Schon öfters wurde über die laute Klimaanlage geschrieben, dies trifft leider zu! Wir haben sie mit Badetüchern angehängt als Geräuschfilter, dann ging’s halbwegs bzw. man gewöhnt sich rasch.

  좋았던 점: Excellent staff, the rooms are spacious and surprisingly quiet, given the noisy location (8th Avenue close to Times Square) and the number of guests, designers have managed to keep the character of the historic property, which gives it a lot of charm, location is interesting and close to theaters and restaurants.

  아쉬웠던 점: Hôtel sans charme. Le petit-déjeuner était inclus dans le prix de la chambre. Comme petit-déjeuner il y avait un café et un croissant sans confiture, sans beurre. Rien de plus. Un matin il n'y avait plus rien à manger à 9h30. J'ai réclamé et ils m'ont remboursé 30 USD pour 2 personnes.

  아쉬웠던 점: У меня был угловой номер на 2 этаже с видом на город, и это был вид на автостоянку. В номере очень был сильный затхлый запах. На 9 этаже жила моя племянница в стандартном номере. он был абсолютно такой же, как и наш номер, но наш номер стоил дороже. У нее был прекрасный вид из номера и никакого запаха. Не переплачивайте за угловые номера!

  Huge, Quiet Rooms in a perfect location!

  좋았던 점: What a treat to have such a huge room in a NY hotel! The bed was easily one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in, and I was amazed at how quiet it was, given the location on 8th Avenue. Easy access to the subway too. I also loved that you could login to so many streaming services on the tv. All around, an excellent stay!

  아쉬웠던 점: A coffee/tea maker in the room would have been great, but the staff did provide a hot water kettle, which was great for my needs.

  좋았던 점: We zijn 5 dagen geweest . Het hotel was erg centraal, erg schoon, de lobby was erg ontspannend en continu schoongemaakt en opgeruimd. De kamers waren erg groot, zeer schoon gehouden, badkamer langs de kleine kant.

  좋았던 점: Excellent for walking all over town.: musings, Cientral Park, west side park way, broadway, hells kitchen. Inviting professional front desk. Helpful concierge. 24_7 reception. The hotel prides itself on contributing to the neighborhood. Árt in hallways ands rooms was great.

  VERY DISAPOINTING!

  좋았던 점: The hotel is clean and in a great location.

  아쉬웠던 점: Our room was located next to the elevator, and the constant noise from the elevator machinery made it impossible to sleep. The noise was completely unacceptable and significantly affected our stay. I contacted the front desk and requested a room change, but was told that no other rooms were available until the following day. We were then expected to pack all our belongings, store our luggage in the luggage room, and wait until the evening to move to another room. This was extremely inconvenient and an unfair solution to a problem that was not our fault. We should not have had to endure such noise or spend valuable time packing and moving because of the hotel's room assignment. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The noise seriously affected our ability to rest, and the hotel's response did not meet our expectations for basic comfort and customer service.

  좋았던 점: Wonderful boutique hotel located in the midtown area. Very comfortable beds, spacious room and friendly staff. We enjoyed also the nice drinks in the hotel bar with live music.   좋았던 점: I have stayed here before and will stay agin. The location seems harsh at first, being right on 8th Ave, but it provides perfect access to the theatre, Central Park and more. I get a corner room on the back side of the hotel, which is both spacious and quiet. The decor of both the rooms and the common areas is design savvy, and I like that all the room lights have dimmers. The housekeeping staff is always friendly and accommodating.

  아쉬웠던 점: For the price point of this hotel, the only things I wish this hotel had was in room coffee, and glasses rather than paper cups

  아쉬웠던 점: Tv didn’t work, and when they sent someone to fix it, we weren’t able to change channels from the main screen. We were mistakenly charged a smoking fee at checkout and the brand new manager said he could only take half of it off even though we didn’t smoke. He said the system did it. We will have to dispute the charge with our credit card since they will not resolve it.

  아쉬웠던 점: Nous étions au premier étage avec vue directe sur les climatiseurs qui étaient très bruyants la nuit.

  Boa localização

  좋았던 점: Localização muito boa se você procura algo próximo a Times Square e Central Park. Quarto confortável e amplo. O café da manhã do hotel é simples, mas bom (opção de pães, muffins e bebidas).

  아쉬웠던 점: O hotel estava passando por uma reforma, que não foi previamente informada - somente no momento do check in. Para piorar, a reforma afetou a parede do quarto em que estávamos. Informamos a recepção do ocorrido e a mesma nos mudou de quarto, mas este novo estava com o ar quebrado. Após informamos, foi reparado. Apesar da recepção ter nos atendido em todo esse tempo, foram questões que nos incomodaram, por não estarem sendo acompanhadas previamente pelo hotel.
