  Lovely hotel, good location.

  좋았던 점: Central location right beside the Paral-lell metro stop. Lovely breakfast selection. Friendly staff.

  아쉬웠던 점: We had a street facing room. Very noisy at night with passing traffic and emergency services vehicles etc. A pair of ear plugs sorted it out though! I think the hotel is adjacent to the Raval district, a couple of sketchy nearby streets at night time!

  좋았던 점: Uitstekende locatie. Mooi verzorgd ontbijt met een ruime keuze. Goede geluidsisolatie tussen de kamers onderling. Zeer goed en ruim bed voor 2 personen.

  아쉬웠던 점: De waterstraal van de wastafel viel tegen. Tevens vinden we douchen in een bad niet zo aangenaam. Geef ons maar een ruime douche, maar dat is persoonlijk. De liften maakten bij het dichtgaan een hard geluid, wat in de nacht wanneer het stil is luid binnenkwam.

  좋았던 점: The bed was comfortable, the location was very good and the breakfast had a good selection.

  아쉬웠던 점: The room had a slightly unpleasant smell to it, only noticeable as you walked in, you got used to it fairly quickly. At one point one of the staff walked into my room without notice, which I thought was a bit odd, they didn’t seem that bothered.

  좋았던 점: Prima locatie, vlak bij metrostation. Ook zeer goed en uitgebreid ontbijt.

  아쉬웠던 점: Harde bedden en vooral zeer veel lawaai hoorbaar (liftgebruik gedurende de nacht, watergebruik van andere kamers, mensen op de gang,...)

  좋았던 점: Actually, I had an issue with my room. I went to the front desk close to 2:00 am. The staff member was incredible. He handle my issue quietly and quickly. He found another room that I could stay in, by the way, it was a suite. I was told that it was only for tonight while they tried to resolve my problem. The next morning I went to the front desk and spoke to the manager. He was fabulous. He told me to stay right where I was. I told him I was prepared to move to another room. He said absolutely not. The genuine care was so clear. He’s the reason his staff behaves the way the do. It starts from the top. Way to Go team. The breakfast was delightful and the rooftop was my favorite part. ❤️

  좋았던 점: Ligging echt perfect, hadden kamer aan de achterzijde, geen lawaai, maar ook geen raam met daglicht. Wel erg ruim en netjes. Personeel over algemeen heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

  좋았던 점: J'ai aimé l'emplacement, proche de tout et avec le métro en bas. Personnel à l'accueil très sympa

  아쉬웠던 점: vue sur un mur.. je déteste. piscine beaucoup plus petite que j'imaginais. Pas de mouchoirs ou de kit toilette dans la salle de bain, à ce prix-là c'est décevant et surtout... passage des femmes de ménage dès 9h le week-end, j'ai été réveillé par le bruit des aspirateurs qui cognent contre les murs et les portes.., très désagréable

  HOTEL EN EL QUE VALE LA PENA QUEDARSE!!!

  좋았던 점: El personal desde recepción, a restaurantes y bar son encantadores y atentos. La habitación muy buena. La cama enorme y encima la tabla y plancha estaban en la misma habitación: TOP! El desayuno muy rico, y vale mucho la pena. Desde zumos naturales exprimidos a jamón iberico y lacón y platos de pasta caliente y churros!!!!

  아쉬웠던 점: La cena en el restaurante. Carta escasa y no muy apetecible aunque la hamburguesa angus y las croquetas estaban muy ricas!!

  아쉬웠던 점: Nos dieron una habitación sin ventana… no sabía que esto aún existía… de la foto a la realidad hay mucha diferencia.

  좋았던 점: Το προσωπικό ήταν επαγγελματικά φιλικό. Το κρεβάτι μεγάλο και άνετο. Το στρώμα και τα μαξιλάρια τέλεια. Το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο .Η περιοχή κέντρο απόκεντρο. 15 λεπτά περπάτημα από τα κεντρικά σημεία. Το πρωινό πλούσιο και για κάθε γούστο.

  아쉬웠던 점: Πλήρωσα έξτρα δημοτικό φόρο 45 ευρώ . Ο φόρος αυτός έπρεπε να πληρωθεί στο ξενοδοχείο και δεν ήταν σαφές όταν έκανα την κράτηση. Επιπλέον μου ζήτησαν 55 ευρώ εγγύηση για τυχόν κατανάλωση αναψυκτικών από το μίνι μπαρ του δωματίου. Να σημειώσω ότι στο μινι ψυγείο του δωματίου υπήρχαν 3 ή 4 αναψυκτικά μια σοκολάτα και ένα σνακ συνολικής αξίας περίπου 15 ευρώ.

  아쉬웠던 점: A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – AVOID THIS HOTEL! Our stay at Hotel Barcelona Universal was absolutely dreadful. We were assigned a room on the second floor, with windows practically at street/pavement level, exposing us directly to the noise and chaos outside. The windows were so poorly soundproofed that they might as well not have existed. Throughout BOTH nights, groups of young people, beggars and people apparently under the influence of drugs gathered right outside our window, drinking, eating and making noise throughout the night. Getting any decent sleep was simply impossible. We paid for a hotel room, not for a front-row seat to a street party in the middle of the night. After two completely sleepless nights, our entire trip was negatively affected. Rest and basic comfort should be the absolute minimum a hotel provides, yet this property failed miserably on both counts. What makes this experience particularly unacceptable is that guests should not have to endure such conditions after paying for accommodation. A room where you cannot sleep because of constant street noise is simply not fit for purpose. The location may look convenient on paper, but what is the point of a good location if you cannot get a single decent night's sleep? Poor sound insulation and a room exposed directly to street-level disturbances are serious shortcomings that prospective guests deserve to know about. I would absolutely NOT recommend this hotel, especially to families with children or anyone who values a good night's sleep. Based on our experience, I would never stay here again. Management seriously needs to address the noise insulation and the allocation of these street-exposed rooms. Guests pay for accommodation and rest, not two nights of misery. Save your money and choose somewhere else.

  Our stay was excellent.

  좋았던 점: The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and very supportive.Especially Oscar, Hector and the others at the Front Desk were exceptionally great. The breakfast was lovely and the location side of a Netro station so very well located sbd connected.

  좋았던 점: De locatie dicht bij de Metro. Vriendelijk personeel en het was schoon.

  아쉬웠던 점: Eigenlijk niets. Als ik dan toch iets moet zeggen, wat vis bij het ontbijt en de drankjes op de rooftop waren erg prijzig.

  아쉬웠던 점: Extrem unfreundliches Personal. Normale Doppelzimmer sind mit Milchglasfenster zu einem dreckigen Innenhof der wie ein Schacht aussieht (siehe Foto). Sobald man den Vorhang aufmacht, können alle anderen Zimmer reinschauen. Bar und Dachterrasse sind nach 20 Uhr geschlossen. Extrem hellhörig,sodass der Wecker des Nachbarzimmer einen weckt.

  아쉬웠던 점: There weren't any modern outlets for different device cables. The rooms on the main avenue on a lower floor and if you're a light sleeper, you will hear everything until 3:00 a.m. Request an inside room or a high floor for a less noisy night

  좋았던 점: Poloha byla vynikající, přestupní stanice hned u vchodu hotelu, z této stanice se dostanete kamkoliv. Pokoje čisté, udržované. Velmi milý personál.

  아쉬웠던 점: Na 4* bych čekala trochu větší výběr jídla na snídani, ale zase výborný byl fresh džus.

  좋았던 점: Location , there is a metro right next to it . Bid beds, big bathrooms , great staff

  아쉬웠던 점: The room itself did not provide bathroom amenities, the pillows were uncomfortable, the shower valve needs to be adjusted (could not asjust it to warm water ) for breakfast, they should offer fried eggs , and fresh coffe

  Perfecte locatie voor een stedentrip

  좋았던 점: Keurig hotel. Heerlijk ontbijt. Beperkte diner kaart maar net buiten de deur genoeg eet gelegenheden. Net naast het hotel een klein supermarktje. De metrolijn voor de deur. Ramblas op loopafstand. Kortom een hele goede locatie om te verblijven voor een stedentrip. Ik zal dit hotel zeker aanraden met een 9

  아쉬웠던 점: Breakfast was very standard. Fried eggs or omelettes was not possible. No variations. requested a 1hour check-out was not allowed. I requested an invoice to be emailed to me, not received at the time of writing.
