  좋았던 점: The location was good. The staff at the reception was polite and made sure that we were comfortable

  아쉬웠던 점: The allotted room was quite small and bidet was not there. It wasn't the one we saw through booking.com. Then we requested for another room with a bidet in toilet. It was comparatively better. But we had to carry all the baggages to reception then again to take to another room. As it was their fault, they could have helped us in carrying them. The lift was too small.

  The accommodation is suitable for short stays of around two night.

  좋았던 점: The buffet breakfast was fine, with a satisfactory selection of food. The staff were polite and actively replenished the food and cleared the dishes.

  아쉬웠던 점: The room was incredibly small (even though we were told we had been given a larger one), certainly inadequate for an 8‑night stay. We had to keep our suitcases on the floor and constantly bump into them, which also made thorough cleaning impossible.

  좋았던 점: Le service était très bien. L'hôtel est proche de la station de métro et d'une station de bus ce qui est très pratique. Nous avons bien apprécié le service de bagagerie offert. Je recommande à 100%.

  Kicsit távolabb esik a belvárostól, de éppen ezért csendesebb a környék. Mindenkinek ajánlom.

  좋았던 점: A szobák kényelmesek, tiszták. A személyzet nagyon kedves, udvarias, segítőkész. A reggeli bőséges. A szobában üdvözlő víz, csokoládé, búcsú ajándék bekészítés van. Nappal ingyen fogyasztható víz, üdítő, kávé, a reggelinél megmaradt sütemény. A szobához jár üdvözlő alkoholos ital is a bárból. A szállás metróval jól megközelíthető. Amúgy csendes, a fő forgalomtól távolabb található.

  아쉬웠던 점: Sajnos a környék elég szemetes, nagyon sok a kutya kaki, eldobott cigaretta csikk.

  아쉬웠던 점: When I booked the room, it was clearly stated that city taxes were included! Yet, I was still charged a city tax of 7.50 Euros. Furthermore, charging 300 Euros per night for a room—without breakfast—is completely excessive for a hotel like this.

  좋았던 점: Mi a placut totul, absolut totul! Si ca sa zic e usor sa gasesti raul in orice dar aici am gasit super oameni! - personal de nota 10, amabili, bun simt, ajutatori, saritori, explica, atenti - micul de jun bogat si delicios. - bauturi de welcome, fain tare, rar se mai ofera asa ceva. - atentia unei scrisori frumos lasate alaturi de o sticla de apa, prajiturele ciocolatele, foarte dragut gestu - multumesc pentru punga de paste lasata in ultima seara, extordinar gest. - curatenia in camere, minibar full cu preturi bune - pat confortabil - presiune buna la dus, apa fierbinte - gel de dus sampon si absolut toate cele necesare ca la un hotel de 5* (papuci, creme, betisoare de urechi etc) - curatenie zilnica cu schimbat de prosoape - aer conditionat - izolare fonica buna - am comandat taxiu la receptie

  Kleine kamer, te duur voor wat je krijgt

  좋았던 점: De kamer is smaakvol ingericht en met een persoonlijk briefje van het personeel. Ook de tegoed bon voor een drankje is erg vriendelijk.

  아쉬웠던 점: De eenpersoonskamer is heel erg klein en enorm gehorig. Voor wat je krijgt is het gewoon te duur. De douche lekt, niet alle lampen werkten. Ontbijt is heel basic en in een niet zo sfeervolle zaal in de kelder. Locatie was goed voor de meeting die ik had, maar minder gunstig als je de stad wilt bezoeken als toerist.

  Perfect stay for solo female traveller in a modern and comfortable hotel.

  좋았던 점: Lovely hotel. Very comfortable room with the most adorable letter from the staff welcoming me. As a solo female traveller was a great place to stay and will definitely be back.

  아쉬웠던 점: Location isn’t the greatest. It is easy to get to the tourist areas however there’s a 5-10 min walk from the nearest station and it can feel unsafe at night.

  좋았던 점: Que estaba muy cerca del metro.

  아쉬웠던 점: Primero, que nos cobraron 80 euros por adelantar el check in, de lo que estuvimos de acuerdo, pero además, ofrecieron subir la categoría de la habitación, incluyendo el tamaño, sin embargo, cuando llegamos a la pieza, era la que nos tenían asignada desde el principio, pues tenían mi nombre en una tarjeta de bienvenida. En seguida, la cama sonaba muchísimo, atroz. Por otro lado, no tenía muebles para guardar la ropa, sólo una repisas frágiles en las que apenas alcanzó para poner algo de ropa, el resto, lo tuvimos que dejar en las maletas. La televisión no tenía internet, sólo vimos televisión local. El aire acondicionado no funcionó bien

  War in Ordnung.

  좋았던 점: Unsere Unterkunft war für drei Tage in Rom völlig ausreichend. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, allerdings ist eine Metrostation in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotelpersonal war dafür durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – sowohl an der Rezeption als auch die Reinigungskräfte. Besonders positiv ist uns Jhomar aufgefallen, der sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit war. Marta war über Booking relativ schnell erreichbar - auch super Kontakt. Am letzten Tag haben wir auch noch Pasta als Geschenk bekommen, danke dafür :)

  아쉬웠던 점: Für Frauen vielleicht wichtig zu erwähnen: Der Weg von der Metrostation zum Hotel hat sich abends, besonders gegen 22 Uhr, nicht besonders sicher angefühlt. Wir waren zwar zu dritt und es ist nichts passiert, trotzdem hatten wir kein wirklich gutes Gefühl und waren deshalb spätestens gegen 22 Uhr wieder im Hotel. In der Nähe gibt es glaub ich ein Wettbüro. Zumindest waren Abend immer auf der Hauptstraße viele Männer, welche draussen Alkohol getrunken haben. Die Duschkabinen sind wirklich ziemlich klein. ich habe mich als 163 cm kleine Frau ziemlich eingeengt gefühlt.

  좋았던 점: Hospitality of the staff is commendable Location is excellent with perfect access to public transport. Well maintained property. Everything is much professional !! Good spread for breakfast.

  아쉬웠던 점: The carpet on the room floor needs to be replaced as it appears old and dusty.
