  아쉬웠던 점: We were given two rooms - one on the tenth floor, one on the 4th on the opposite sides of the building. This was an inconvenience since we are family with children

  Great staff and location for a weekend in London

  아쉬웠던 점: No coffee shops or restaurants close to the hotel

  Great hotel, great location, great staff. The rooms need freshening up with a good clean.

  좋았던 점: Staff were great. Reception area was impressive. Facilities on offer were great value. Gym and sauna great.

  아쉬웠던 점: Room cleanliness - the room seemed worn around the edges. Paint on the furniture was scruffy. Grime around the toilet and shower floors. The pool booking system prohibited us swimming with kids the first full day we were there as all booked up and couldn’t book ahead. Children’s bed wasn’t made up on arrival and then subsequently when we returned in the evening. Had to ask for staff to setup up.

  좋았던 점: I have stayed here a few times previously. Always happy to come back. Good location. Reasonable for London I guess. Smart and clean. Good food. First time my friends had stayed there and they were happy with location and facilities.

  아쉬웠던 점: My friend didn't find the sofa bed very comfy. Friend group meet up, so we did a three in one room. A little cramped for three adults, but it was our choice to keep costs down and it was fun being altogether and as we had things scheduled we weren't in the hotel that much on this trip.

  아쉬웠던 점: la cama que hicieron de un sofacama destartalado que estaba fatal, fue horrible, pedi habitacion para 4 y en vez de dos camas doble me han puesto una cama doble y un sofa cama que estaba practicamente roto y se hundia, imposible dormir en el, no hemos pedido el cambio solo porque eran 3 dias lo que al segundo ya salimos del hotel

  Отлично впечатление

  좋았던 점: Остались очень довольны проживанием! Ещё при бронировании гостиница произвела на меня впечатление, но я, как всегда, переживала, всё ли будет работать и не окажется ли что-то не так. В итоге всё было отлично, даже лучше, чем ожидала! Гостиница прекрасная, в самом центре Лондона, до Биг-Бена около 15 минут пешком. Мы пришли на ресепшен немного раньше времени заселения и спросили, можно ли заехать пораньше. Персонал был очень любезен, предложили заселиться сразу, но предупредили, что номер будет на более низком этаже. Поскольку мне хотелось повыше, мы ещё немного погуляли, и в итоге получили именно тот номер, который хотели. Номер просторный, с огромной кроватью, всё чистенько, есть и душ, и ванна. Персонал очень приветливый, все улыбаются, всегда приятно обратиться с любым вопросом. Отдельно понравился ресторан и завтрак «шведский стол», всё вкусно, большой выбор, можно брать сколько хочешь. Ну и, конечно, бассейн: всё работало отлично, никаких неприятных сюрпризов! В общем, остались очень довольны. С удовольствием остановились бы здесь ещё раз и смело могу рекомендовать гостиницу другим!

  Tolles Hotel und Lage für ein langes Wochenende als Familie in London

  좋았던 점: Sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Allerdings für einen Erwachsenen mit 2 Kindern (12 und 15 Jahre) etwas kleiner Raum mit Zustellbett aber okay. Lage ist super. Das Frühstücksbuffet im Familienbereich war sehr lecker mit großer Auswahl. Personal war sehr freundlich!

  Amazing experience; worth the stay.

  좋았던 점: We had such a good time during our stay. We were able to check in early with a free upgraded room and free access to the Executive Lounge by the kind receptionist, Virginia. Our room has a great bathroom with good privacy, comfortable beds and a sofa, a beautiful TV with amazing movies and channels, and multiple charging ports including international ones. The breakfast/restaurant is definitely worth going to. The hotel as a whole has great hospitality and a nice setting with great access to public transport to take you anywhere in London.overall the staff are very attentive definitely recommend and will book this hotel again and again

  좋았던 점: We booked a queen bed but they gave us a room with two “jointed” twin beds. I asked to change but they sad they were full. Very good breakfast but always too crowded. We tried different times during our 3 days stay and it was always like that.

  Disappointed and felt very unclean - all show down the bottom but actual rooms are not acceptable

  좋았던 점: The staff are nice but if feels they’ve spent all their money making the lobby flashy and no money actually making the rooms okay. Weirdly a lot of cleaners but no cleaning

  아쉬웠던 점: Extremely unclean, felt dirty - we never complain and actually had to ask them to come back up and clean it because we felt uncomfortable - they did but genuinely didn’t notice a difference. Ripped towels, stains all over the walls (especially the bathroom). Lots of mould too

  Poor after sales service when trying to resolve double charge, 3 weeks and counting!

  좋았던 점: Fantastic hotel and great facilities, I would have scored higher if the hotel didn’t double charge me for the room. After 3 weeks this still hasn’t been resolved.

  아쉬웠던 점: That the hotel double charged me for the room, when checking out I did mention about a pending transaction that would result in a double charge. I was told that there was no pending payment. However, 1 day later the full amount for our stay was taken from my account again.
