  Had a wonderful stay great customer service from Maria would highly recommend

  좋았던 점: Lovely contemporary interior, good facilities very comfortable room and parking. Loved the option of snacks and drinks at reception self service so very convenient, had the most wonderful customer service particularly from Maria who upgraded us and had an amazing room with a fruit plate and card. Will definitely be back to enjoy the spa and amazing breakfast again !

  UPDATES OF OUR STAY

  좋았던 점: I like the room, very clean. I like the location and the staff were really friendly, kind and helpful.

  아쉬웠던 점: I did not like the breakfast. There were limited option. For example the milk was only simi skinned. The caffee latte was very bitter.. The initial room they gave us was smelly, the carpet was wet. We complained and immediately they staff gave us another room. They gave me a refund of £50.

  좋았던 점: We had such a lovely experience right from the get go! We were checked in by Maria at reception and were made to feel so welcomed and comfortable in a life where "transactions" nowadays are usually very mechanical but Maria was so accommodating and patient with me and my daughter. We'll definitely be staying here again!

  좋았던 점: As always this place does not disappoint, excellent customer care, this time I had a lovely card from reception and it was a nice touch much amd appreciated thank you 😊.

  아쉬웠던 점: I'm not too sure if the breakfast/buffet staff have had a shuffle or maybe was training staff at the time, it didnt feel as organised as before, I had to find my own table, previously was sat down by staff and given cutlery, I had to go and ask for my own. The staff there was trying their hardest to accommodate everyone however lack of training and organisation was noticed. I didnt have the opportunity to order from the alcarte menu, and they all seemed busy to attend to me, possibly maybe they need more staff this is no criticism to the actual satff however for the price of £25 it didn't feel worth it as the previous times did and I was disappointed unfortunately, it felt like reception staff had a uplift in service and theirs was a downgrade and not what I expected. I hope this feedback is given to support staff during breakfast and also improve the experience for other visitors as it did make a difference to my stay.

  좋았던 점: The venue was spectacular and the view at breakfast of the O2 was amazing, our suite was wonderful with ensuite, staff were great and accommodating

  아쉬웠던 점: During the stay, after the first night we were starting to come up with small bites. After the second night. We were further covered in little bites. Suspecting bed bugs, we quickly reported to the front desk, which was unfortunate cause it was the day of check out. Staff said they would investigate

  Good but watch out for hidden costs

  좋았던 점: Lovely large room and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were lovely.

  아쉬웠던 점: They will take a security deposit on top of your room cost. It takes them 3-5 days to release the funds. Wasn’t informed until we were checking in. Parking location wasn’t clear at all. I was driving round looking for somewhere to park.

  아쉬웠던 점: Only downside was in our room the plug sockets were only on one side of the bed, but the gap was quite far away from the bedside table itself.

  아쉬웠던 점: There was no tea in the room just coffee. It was a bit out of the way. The breakfast was all dried out. A bottle of water costs £4.99!!!

  Staff who know how to make people feel welcome.

  좋았던 점: Staff are phenomenally friendly. I got a suite for a night and it was enormous!

  아쉬웠던 점: Nothing serious but it’s a bit dated. Clean but a bit dated.

  Brilliant, food was amazing, staff are very friendly and accommodating

  좋았던 점: I loved the fact that they were able to sort out a room that had two beds and this was with short notice too as they don’t need to do that but they went above and beyond! Breakfast was to die for, scrambled eggs were a 10/10 and everything else. Very pleased with everything

  아쉬웠던 점: Location was a bit out of the way but that’s just one of those things, nothing on the property very small inconvenience but other than that there wasn’t anything else

  Visited for a concert, but would absolutely come back again!

  좋았던 점: The room was lovely and welcoming with a gorgeous view. The bathroom was very spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel has a gorgeous view across the Thames directly looking at the O2 arena. The staff were extremely welcoming and generous as well as extremely helpful when asked any questions regarding parking or any on site facilities.

  아쉬웠던 점: Only issue we had initially was parking as there are only a few spaces available, but that's not the hotel or staff's fault.

  Hotel definitely didn't live up the expectations of a 4* hotel.

  좋았던 점: Room was big. Bed was comfortable and AC was working well. Location as well was convenient for travelling.

  아쉬웠던 점: Cleanliness of the room was appalling. Room was full of dust. Even the shower had dust. There were urine marks on the toilet and bed had lots of crumbs and hairs left.

  Excellent hotel. Total lack of engagement from reception staff on arrival and departure.

  좋았던 점: Clean and warm. Comfy bed. Tea and coffee making facilities.

  아쉬웠던 점: Pillows not comfy. Disappointed with the reception staff. We arrived at 10:00pm and didn’t even get a smile.

  Super clean and lovely staff

  좋았던 점: The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and I was fortunate enough to receive a complimentary upgrade. As someone with OCD, I often spend a considerable amount of time organising and adjusting my surroundings to ensure everything is just the way I like it. However, everything was already so well presented that I barely needed to make any adjustments, allowing me to relax and enjoy my stay with minimal fuss. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent service.

  좋았던 점: The room was very large, clean and the bed was very comfortable The location was great for our leisure trip, particularly as it was only a short Uber ride to the O2 for our show. The staff at reception and in the hotel bar were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming throughout our visit.

  아쉬웠던 점: The lighting in the room at night was quite dim The distance to the nearest tube station was quite far to walk.

  A great night with great friends but customer service is appalling.

  좋았던 점: It had good facilities and was clean and in a good location

  아쉬웠던 점: It was perfectly nice. But the staff were very unpleasant when they were called to task over giving us a king sized bed and a camp bed when we had requested a twin room. When I called down thinking there might have been a mistake, they told me that despite us arriving at 10am this morning and being told there would be a twin room for us but that we had to check in at 3 and not earlier, which we were fine with, that twin rooms were on a first come first serve and that the camp bed was perfectly comfortable and that that was the best they could do. We weren’t happy with that response as they never advised us of this at the desk and we had been told we would have a twin when we’d arrived at 10am that morning. Apparently they were all sold out of twins… we went downstairs and were greeted very rudely but when we said we wouldn’t move until they resolved the issue they suddenly were able to magic up a twin room for us. Simon the end we were ok but they were unpleasant with us for the rest of our stay. We still had a good time but a disappointing experience with the staff
