  Un réel palace

  좋았던 점: Séjour incroyable !!! Le palace est superbe, les employés adorables et aux petits soins avec les clients, le service est impeccable et le petit déjeuner époustouflant !!! Idéalement situé en centre ville, près de la gare, des commerces, des restaurants et des monuments. Je recommande cet établissement à tous. Je reviendrai les yeux fermés dès que j'en aurai l'occasion.

  좋았던 점: Gute Lage, es war sauber und das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker, zudem war das Personal super freundlich

  아쉬웠던 점: Ich habe nicht das Zimmer erhalten, was ich angegeben hatte. Es war schwierig zu zweit im Bett zu schlafen, da sich die Matratzen auseinander geschoben hatten; Zimmer wirkte sehr düster ; es hat sehr lange gedauert bis das Wasser warm wurde und Duschkopf hatte zu wenig Druck ; sehr schlechte Aussicht bis gar noxjt ; Zimmer sehr hellhörig ; kein kostenloses Wasser; es hatte eher was von einem 3 Sterne Hotel

  Struttura assolutamente consigliata

  좋았던 점: La cortesia del personale, molto disponibile nei confronti dei clienti, la pulizia di tutti gli ambienti,. Colazione varia e di ottima qualità. Ottima la possibilità di check out fino alle 12, cosa che accade raramente. Da provare i materassi massaggianti, molto confortevoli. Comoda la posizione vicinissima alla stazione e alle fermate di autobus e metropolitana, oltre che dei taxi, che permette di raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città agevolmente. Zona ricca di bar e ristoranti, oltre che di negozi.

  좋았던 점: letto perfetto, posizione ideale perché vicino alla Stazione ferroviaria. Quando vengo a Roma è ormai un mio riferimento fisso.

  좋았던 점: The greatest advantage is the location and classic style of the hotel. We picked a small double room, which despite being really small, had most facilities we would need for this short 3 nights stay. The bathroom was clean and good size. Water pressure was great and other bathroom utilities were provided. The room has a safe, mini fridge and TV, phone which all was good. Bed had an integrated massager which was a pleasant surprise

  아쉬웠던 점: No water kettle and coffee/tea. Cleanness could be improved a bit and bathroom facilities updated, I didn't like the visible stain on the sink under the surface. The small double room was really small and there was no vacancy for upgrade.

  Augusta Lucilla Palace offers a clean and friendly environment , at a convenient location and a reasonable price!

  좋았던 점: Earlier in the week, we were booked at another location. Our last night, before heading to Florence, fell through and we needed to find another place to stay. I found Augusta Lucilla Palace at a very good price and was the perfect location to get walk to tbe train station! We were so happy with our stay that on our way back from Florence, we canceled our last two nights that we had originally booked to stay at the ALP instead!

  좋았던 점: Segunda vez en el hotel y muy contenta con la estancia. Habitación y camas muy cómodas. Muy limpio. Desayuno buffet variado. En medio de zona de restauración. Al lado de la estación de tren y metro. Cerca de las zonas mas turísticas dando un paseo caminando, pero fuera del bullicio. Es ideal para conocer Roma.

  The bathroom is completely covered in mold.

  아쉬웠던 점: I stayed one night at this hotel. The morning before I left, I discovered that all the bathrooms were covered in mold. Given that I have breathing problems, this is completely unacceptable. Since the rooms are cleaned daily, the staff should have marked the room as unavailable for guests. Mold particles easily spread throughout the room. Room 111.

  Perfekte Lage - leider sehr lautes Badezimmer

  좋았던 점: Die Lage für eine Rom Besichtigung ist wirklich top! Personal sehr freundlich! Bett verstellbar, leider 2 Einzelbetten zusammen geschoben. Das rutscht dann natürlich auseinander. Restaurants rund um das Hotel sehr nett. Ruhige Gegend trotz Bahnhofsnähe.

  아쉬웠던 점: Gefühlt war das Zimmer kleiner als in der Reservierung angegeben. Badezimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Toilette sehr laut und läuft fast durchgehend. Umluft im Bad mit Licht verbunden und extrem laut. Dusche nicht dicht.

  We love the hotel and breakfast.

  좋았던 점: The only reason I gave 9 vs a 10 was a staff member gave wrong information to a location and it cost us 20 Euros. We could have walked 2 or 3 blocks. Everything else was Excellent!

  좋았던 점: Vi havde et rigtig dejligt ophold hos Stefano og Sergio i Tivoli. Værelset var både hyggeligt, meget rent og velholdt, og beliggenheden midt i den historiske bydel var perfekt til at opleve Tivoli til fods. Stefano og Sergio er utrolige venlige og imødekommende værter, som gjorde meget for, at vi skulle føle os godt tilpas. De gav os gode råd og tips til byen, som var en stor hjælp, når man kun har kort tid i Tivoli. Morgenmaden var virkelig skøn, frisk frugt, lækkert brød, brioche og en fantastisk hjemmelavet chokoladekage. Det var tydeligt, at Sergio gør sig umage og går op i, at hans gæster får en god oplevelse. Vi nød vores ophold og kan varmt anbefale Catillo. Hvis vi kommer tilbage til Tivoli, vil vi bestemt gerne bo hos Stefano og Sergio igen. 🇮🇹😊

  Good stay in very good location.

  좋았던 점: The breakfast was ok but nothing special compare with other hotels. I would say the 15 euro is a little bit too much. I would pay 10 euro.

  아쉬웠던 점: I stay on the top floor and the noise from air-conditioning units place on the roof disturb my sleep, but it wasnt too bad.

  Great located hotel

  좋았던 점: Stayed at this hotel twice before, hotel in good location in easy walking distance to most sights and close by metro for further away ones. Also train station in walking distance as well as many restaurants etc. Staff very helpful, rooms clean and good breakfast.

  아쉬웠던 점: Allot of services seem to be getting relocated at there sister hotel The Hive. Bar rarely in use, Lights no longer turned on for people to sit on roof top garden at night. When asked about this was told to make use of roof garden at Hive hotel. Don't see why a simple light could not be turned on. However despite this would still recommend and will happily use again if in Rome.
