  좋았던 점: The interior architecture was thoughtful, unique and it was a full experience. Food and entertainment was available within hotel and also across midtown.

  아쉬웠던 점: There was little to dislike. What I hope is that they are able to keep and maintain an awesome looking robotic arm that can handle guest luggage.

  좋았던 점: We kregen eerst een verschrikkelijk gehorige kamer, die werd erna wel vervangen gelukkig voor een prachtige kamer.

  아쉬웠던 점: Bagage kan je bij het hotel laten, maar kost je wel 3 dollar per item! Service… ook die mannen kon geen sprankeltje vrolijkheid vanaf.

  아쉬웠던 점: The room, the bed the bathroom. Television, safe and bathroom tap were broken. Very noisy air con. Tiny concierge desk considering the number of guests, I was unable to contact staff to fix issues.

  아쉬웠던 점: Self check in did not work and long queues at reception. One of our rooms was over an hour late in being ready and repeated issues with access to the foyer door to access conjoined rooms

  좋았던 점: La habitación es más pequeña de lo que esperábamos, y la cama se dobla para entrar en el espacio pero sorprendentemente es muy cómoda para dormir. Tiene TV y luces de colores que entretiene en la noche. Los productos de baño están muy bien

  아쉬웠던 점: La habitación se siente vieja, el baño es muy pequeño y lastimosamente se escucha cada sonido que hagas, no tiene muy buena ventilación la habitación, es incómodo si llegas con malestas grandes porque no hay espacio. El servicio de limpieza me parece muy bueno

  Reservation was canceled by the hotel

  좋았던 점: Unfortunately, there isn't much positive to say about this hotel.

  아쉬웠던 점: When we arrived at the hotel, the self-check-in kiosk wasn't working, so we had to go to the front desk. Since it seems like every other self-check-in attempt fails, the line was very long. We were told that our reservation had been canceled because it hadn’t been paid for. After a long search, they finally realized that the reservation had actually been paid for. Since our rooms had been given to other guests in the meantime, we first had to stay in a lower-quality room and were able to move into the rooms we’d booked the next day. By that point, no one had apologized for the mistake. The next day, we cleared all our luggage out of the rooms to store it and move into the new rooms later. We were then informed that we had to pay a fee to store our belongings in the rooms. When I asked why we now had to pay these fees for their mistake, we were told: “Those are the rules.” I find it absolutely outrageous that a mistake clearly made by the hotel is now being treated as my problem. No one has ever apologized for the mistake, and it seems like everything revolves around their procedures rather than the guests. I spent some time at the front desk and witnessed several cases similar to ours during that time. The staff even lie to guests, saying, “We never cancel a reservation,” and send people away. This happens especially when people don't speak English very well. If you book a room at this hotel, I would recommend printing out all your receipts and bringing them with you in English. This is especially important if you book through Booking.com, as there seem to be a growing number of issues there. The refund for the first night is still pending. However, I expect there will be problems with this as well. The rooms are OK. Unfortunately, they show clear signs of wear and tear, and they aren't particularly clean either. There was hair on the shower wall, and the bed linens had stains.

  Güzel bir konsept

  좋았던 점: Ulaşımı kolay, compact bir odaydı. Her şeyi vardı ama tabi küçük bir alana yerleştirilmiş

  아쉬웠던 점: Benden önceki müşteri safebox’ı kapalı bırakmış. Resepsiyona iki akşam konuyu ilettim, birini göndereceğiz dediler ama iki akşam da kimse gelmedi. Ben de bir daha iletmedim.

  좋았던 점: Posizione. Solo una persona gentile al front Office. Le signore delle pulizie anche molto gentili.

  아쉬웠던 점: Accoglienza all’hotel. Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura anni fa prima che fosse Hilton ed era molto efficiente. Inoltre c’era la possibilità di fare il check in autonomia. Questa volta non solo non era disponibile ma hanno rallentato il processo in maniera incredibile. Nella prenotazione ogni stanza era a nome delle persone ma io che ero il mandante della prenotazione non ero ancora presente perché sarei arrivato il giorno dopo. Hanno fatto attendere due bambini di 6 è 8 anni dopo un volo di 8 ore è attesa infinita ai passaporti dicendogli che non era competenza della reception riportare i nomi della prenotazione da Booking. Che erano nella prenotazione perché una volta chiamato il numero di assistenza hanno confermato l’errore della struttura.Assolutamente nessuna empatia. La ragazza Receptionist con i capelli neri all’indietro e gli occhiali con il suo collega ci ha anche risposto male. Non ci sono state delle scuse e nessun tipo di amenities. Di 4 stanze ci è stato regalato 2 bottiglie di acqua. In 9 persone, 2 bottigliette. Inoltre polvere nelle stanze in tutti i ventilatori. È nella cassa vicino al comodino del letto. Polvere presente da mesi.

  Da die Lage perfekt war und das Personal freundlich, könnte man das Hotel trotzdem empfehlen.

  좋았던 점: Die Lage war perfekt, sehr zentral. Den Central Park, den Times Square, den Madisson Square Garden, den Grand Central Terminal, die Public Library waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Betten waren sauber und sehr weich. wir hatten pro Person 2 Kissen und nur eine Dekce für 2. Wir hatten um eine zweite Decke gebeten, diese aber nicht bekommen. Die vorhandene Decke war aber ausreichend. Die Rooftop Terasse ist sehr schön.

  아쉬웠던 점: Die Sauberkeit. Das Zimmer ist sehr abgewohnt. (schimmeliger Duschvorhang, abgebrochene Duschhalterung, dreckige Wände). Keine isolierten Fenster. Den Verkehr konnte man deutlich hören.

  좋았던 점: Lokalizacja i widok z okna na 24 piętrze. Dodatkowo pokój nie był wcale taki mały , w zupełności zapewniał komfort i wypoczynek na odpowiednim poziomie

  아쉬웠던 점: Sam proces meldowania trwał bardzo długo , dodatkowo nałożyły się problemy z brakiem działania karty do otwarcia pokoju . Każda próba zgłoszenia kończyła się staniem w długiej kolejce do 2 wind i trwalo to ok 1,5 godziny . Panowie z recepcji mieli problem w rozwiązaniu , zapewniali że wyślą personel ,który otworzy pokój . Tak się jednak nie stało . Osoba z recepcji stwierdziła , że nie widzi problemu a ja nie potrafię słuchać 🤦🏻‍♀️

  아쉬웠던 점: Un hotel muy grande y despersonalizado, muchísima gente, el servicio de atención en recepción muy seco y escueto. La iluminación de la habitación, es muy mala, 2 opciones, un encendido que te deslumbra, y otro que no se ve casi nada. Te ofrecen custodia de maletas desde que haces el check out hasta que te marchas de la ciudad, pero te cobran 3 dólares por bulto. Con lo que cuesta la noche de hotel 480 dólares, creo que este servicio debería de estar más que incluido, al igual que el desayuno. Hemos estado en 2 hoteles en nuestra semana de vacaciones , este no lo recomiendo

  对希尔顿这个品牌很失望。

  좋았던 점: 位置。

  아쉬웠던 점: 设施和服务。作为希尔顿旗下的酒店，入住前几个小时寄存一下行李就收费3美元/件。房间出奇的小，需要把床折叠起来才能转开身，没有冰箱没有一瓶水。餐饮区找点儿开水都没有，所有东西都另外收费。从来没有住过这么差的四星酒店，居然收费近四百美元。

  좋았던 점: This is the second time we have stayed here. It’s central location. Room is ok.

  아쉬웠던 점: Upon check in we confirmed that we need an invoice for our stay. The receptionist on duty at that time confirmed that yes upon check out you will receive it, business name no issue. Upon check out there was a complete argument over the policy of getting an invoice by the 2 receptionist on duty. I explained that as a hotel owner myself I know how it works. Back and forth they made me feel like I was completely insane and would not call the manager. Gave me his email, and then I showed them where it says on this platform that invoices are issued by the property. They finally gave me the invoice without even an apology. Allowing me to leave without acknowledging they made the mistake of not knowing their jobs. Respect your guests! Rude and disrespectful!

  For 1 night it is passable, for longer stays I would not take it.

  좋았던 점: The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a luggage storage, but this was chargeable.

  아쉬웠던 점: The check in took a very long time, we have approx. Waited 1 hour. The check-in at the machine did not work. First the key cards did not work so that we had to queue again at the reception. Overall, the reception staff seemed poorly trained and overwhelmed. The shower was completely calcified and the shower head was partly broken so the water ran out on the side.

  좋았던 점: Location is very good and not too busy. Room actually nice and ok but too small for two people, same with bed. They have breakfast, so good when in a hurry. Nice view. And I liked the layout.

  아쉬웠던 점: Breakfast was very unhealthy, very american. No food allergies were accounted for, at all. Being a 'easy access' hotel means no real front desk or not really people to help you. I expect more friendlyness, forthcoming, helpfullness. There was only one guy who was really kind and helpful, he was their repair-handy-everything guy! Everything costed extra on top, water coffee, and even the suitcases in the safe.

  Pay more money for a better place.

  좋았던 점: For $500/night on a week night this place was exceptionally over priced. The room was not clean. My "Premium City View" was a 90% view of another building, 10% view of the street. The bed had dirty fingerprints on it. The head of the bed looked like a dog had chewed it. When I asked to be moved they said they could move me the next day, but that they were out that day. I moved the next day to the view I was expecting and a few more inches of space.

  아쉬웠던 점: Cleanliness, space.
