  좋았던 점: I love how clean and spacious the rooms are.

  아쉬웠던 점: The staff, I think staff should at least understand some intermediate English to communicate with guests well. There were a lot of miscommunication and misunderstandings that happened.

  좋았던 점: ホテルも綺麗で、従業員の対応も凄く良かったです！部屋が和室もあって子供もとても気に入っていました！ 連泊すれば良かったと思うくらいでまた来たいです！

  Good to stay if you want a reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the busier areas but still within reach

  좋았던 점: Nice clean and new. Good gateway to Odaiba, easy access to Disneyland, and Shibuya Shinjuku. a nice relaxing area away from the city.

  三世代の楽しかった夏休み

  좋았던 점: 7月、8月、9月と利用しましたが、館内も清潔で快適でした。 9月は和室付きの部屋でさらに リラックスできました。

  아쉬웠던 점: 7月、8月は夏休みもあってか？ 朝食が混雑でした。ざっくり希望時間決められないかな？

  Convenient but impersonal and cramped.

  좋았던 점: It has good proximity for the airport.

  아쉬웠던 점: Checking in was through a machine which didn’t recognise me. There was a staff member to sort it out but it felt very impersonal. The room was very cramped. The bed was so close to the window that I had to scramble over it to get in. Two suitcases on the floor and there was barely room to move. The bar didn’t open until 8.00 and then closed at 9.30. A kettle was provided but tea and coffee had to be collected from the reception area. We didn’t see the coffee.

  좋았던 점: Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr abwechslungsreich und reichhaltig.

  좋았던 점: Het was vrij modern en had direct toegang tot metro’s en een shoppingmal

  아쉬웠던 점: Onze airco was defect gegaan. Dit werd wel direct netjes opgelost door het personeel en we kregen een nieuwe kamer. Dit was het enige minpuntje maar verder een topverblijf

  아쉬웠던 점: The dining area was not hygienic with the cutlery, plates and oota and trays where the food was. Clean spatulas should be changed more often.

  We enjoyed our stay at Villa Fontaine Ariake with such comfort in style, great food and very helpful staff.

  좋았던 점: Ariake area is very convenient in Tokyo, with beautiful new style and excellent service. The buffet dining restaurant is very delicious.

  Es hat an nichts gefehlt…

  좋았던 점: Es war wirklich komfortabel. Sehr zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal, gute Betten und ein reichhaltiges Frühstück. Auch das Abendbuffet lohnt sich mal ausprobieren.

  좋았던 점: 高級感のある内装で、部屋から東京タワーも見えてとても良かった。 ロビーで困っているとすぐにスタッフが声をかけてくれました。

  아쉬웠던 점: 基本的にはない。 贅沢を言えばヘアアイロンとか化粧水とかのスキンケア用品があったらもっといいなーくらいです。

  Excellent service and friendly staff

  좋았던 점: Excellent hotel! Close to a lot of shopping centers and stores and the train station. The staff is extremely friendly and very welcoming. My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Staff was very accommodating. I needed an iron and they quickly brought one up to our room. They also assisted with sending our luggage to our next destination which made it very stress free and easy for us to travel. The hotel also had a complimentary pick up form the airport which was amazing after a long travel day. Over all great hotel, will definitely be staying here next time I visit Tokyo!

  里帰りの初日に最高でした

  좋았던 점: まずチェックインや荷物を預けるシステムが充実していて全てセルフで、もしくは最小限の介助でできたこと。フロントが小さい分ロビーが広大で、宿泊客用のソファーのエリアが３区画もあり、いかにも居心地良くくつろげる空間なこと。あとは、ロケーションがいいなと思いました。駅から近く、バス一本で新橋直通→徒歩で銀座歩きができました。有明の防災公演も徒歩２−3分の位置にあり、散歩やお花の散策に最適。近くにショッピングモールがあり、朝早くから開いていたタリーズコーヒーでのんびり朝ご飯もできました。たった一泊なのに近くの公園から遠くの銀ブラまで楽しめて、お部屋も快適で、文句なしでした。

  아쉬웠던 점: 強いて言えば朝ご飯が高かった。でも近くに上述のカフェがあったので問題なしでした。もう少したくさんチョイスがあると尚よかったけど、それは望みすぎでしょう。あとはホテルの入り口がほんの少しだけわかりにくいかも？？くらいです。

  좋았던 점: The location had great access to two nearby train stations, shopping complex with restaurants and convenience store nearby. Also within walking distance of Tokyo Dream Park.

  아쉬웠던 점: The lighting in the room is not great for applying makeup.

  아쉬웠던 점: No me dejaba utilizar la mitad de las instalaciones porque tengo tatuajes. Las vistas de la habitación daban literalmente a una pared y a la nada. Poco friendly con las escaleras. Mucho personal ni siquiera sabía inglés.

  좋았던 점: 需額外付費的溫泉(泉天空之湯)，有多樣的溫泉種類與休息空間。 飯店旁邊有大型百貨商場，是絕佳的雨天備案。

  아쉬웠던 점: 即使住偏高樓層，房間仍無法看到東京灣，只能看到地鐵、百貨大樓的連接通道等等
