  Great stay!

  좋았던 점: Very good hotel, new, large rooms and bath, great breakfast, next to train and bus stations, 20 min to city center by train, all very convenient, polite and helpful staff. Defintely a great stay in London!

  아쉬웠던 점: The price is a bit high but London is expensive.

  아쉬웠던 점: Long queues often at reception often - 20 minutes to pay the bill before checkout is not ok. More staff needed. Only one coffee machine at breakfast!?!

  Brilliant.

  좋았던 점: Excellent rooms. Staff very friendly and polite. Had to stay an extra night due to bad weather and this was catered for without any problems.

  Lovely hotel, great location

  좋았던 점: Clean, modern hotel. Very comfortable large room, beds and lovely bathroom. Good location for ABBA Voyage show and very convenient back into centre of London, 7 mins on the train.

  아쉬웠던 점: Little bit more tea/coffee/milk in the room, not enough for 2. No problem getting it from reception though

  An experience to behold

  좋았던 점: The layout, facilities very modern excellent views across London. Had cosy amazing time in the bar very friendly staff. Room upgrade was beyond impressive. Definitely be back soon.

  좋았던 점: Staff were friendly. Hotel was stylish, clean and bed was comfortable. Food was nice and it has a nice coffee shop too. Good value for money. It’s easy to get to via 1 train stop from St Pancras station and a short taxi ride to Abba Voyage arena.

  Heerlijke uitvalsbasis voor een stedentrip Londen

  좋았던 점: Ik kom hier al jaren en het is iedere keer weer fijn. Er hangt een aangename sfeer als je al binnenkomt. De kamers zijn prima - neem meestal de luxe kamer - en de bedden en kussens zijn heerlijk. Het is rustig op de gang, je hoort eigenlijk nooit wat en dat is heerlijk na een vermoeiende dag in Londen. Ik kreeg een leuke attentie op de dag van mijn verjaardag, dat waardeerde ik enorm. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en wat leuk is: de chef maakt lekkere omeletjes op aanvraag. Stratford heeft prima verbindingen met St Pancras - snelle trein 7 minuten - en ook andere metrolijnen. Dus je bent binnen no time in Central London of waar je ook wilt zijn. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

  아쉬웠던 점: Ik zou het niet weten. Ja de kamers inclusief ontbijt zijn prijzig maar het is het wel waard.

  아쉬웠던 점: Room was filthy and had blood stains on the sheets, absolutely disgusting. We notified the manager and have yet to receive any sort of follow up.

  Confortable, accessible et accueillant

  좋았던 점: Personnel aimable, matériel neuf et fonctionnel. Très bien placé et quartier très sympathique pas trop chargé.

  아쉬웠던 점: Si je devais mettre un point négatif, je dirais que il y aurait pu avoir légèrement + de choix au petit déjeuner mais c’est un très petit détail car il nous a été très gentiment offert par l’hôtel

  Disappointing

  좋았던 점: We have stayed a number of times and the standard is definitely slipping. We like the overall feel of the place and the location.

  아쉬웠던 점: Unfortunately we were given a disabled room which was not suitable as it only catered for one occupant and we do not like the bathroom arrangement. There was only one bottle of water (not replaced for our second night), one packet of biscuits. There was no bedside table (so not enough drawers) and no foldable luggage rack for suitcase. The wardrobe door did not close properly which meant the internal light would have stayed on all night had we not jammed the ironing board up against the door to close it. Only small things but so different to when the hotel originally opened and we first stayed in approx. 2022/23.

  좋았던 점: Very welcoming staff. Room was very clean and well presented. The breakfast was plentiful and varied.

  아쉬웠던 점: The duvet was very lightweight. There was no toilet cleaning brush in the bathroom. Some of the cooked breakfast items were luke warm at best.

  좋았던 점: The hotel was conveniently located & was clean. I felt the decor was lacking in warmth . The foyer was looking quite tired, in need of refurbishing and the food smells upon entering the foyer were not inviting . The room was a good size with a comfortable bed but it’s a shame that there was no opening window to allow for fresh air.

  Amazing staff

  좋았던 점: I booked this hotel as a birthday surprise with my partner. There was possibilities of a birthday package which i paid for in advance. We arrived pretty late around 23:00 and when i asked the staff if everything was arranged for the surprise, it seemed that they forgot to do so :( Manish was very helpful and quickly set everything up so we could still enjoy the weekend! With a complimentary upgrade to the suite as apologies and with the surprise birthday package, our stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed our weekend! The check-in went very smoothly with help of Tayyab. Very nice guy! Breakfast was also pretty great.

  아쉬웠던 점: Even though the birthday package wasn’t set up, the staff had great problem-solving skills and did everything they could to make sure our stay still went smoothly despite the circumstances. We really appreciated their effort and dedication, especially Manish! Thank you :)

  좋았던 점: Good clean property, brand new rooms and spotless, location is right next to Stratford international station and the mall. Connecting to central London (Covent garden, etc) is easy - by tube & Elizabeth line. Ofcourse if the tube is not working on the day, you’ve got to find alternatives like bus or uber. Very good aircon, comfy bed - they even provided a fan when I wanted some additional air circulation in the room. Room service and front desk were so responsive - all requests addressed within Minutes.

  좋았던 점: La amabilidad de los empleados, la comodidad de las camas y los detalles de la habitación. La cercanía al estadio Olimpico de Londres y la seguridad .

  아쉬웠던 점: El WiFi no me gustó que te tuvieras que registrar en su cadena de hoteles y dieran solo unos días gratis. Por el precio debería ser absolutamente gratis sin hacer un registro.

  Few more tweaks needed before perfection.

  좋았던 점: Spacious room with plenty of added extras such as an iron and ironing board, towelling robes and slippers. Nespresso coffee machine in room but only two pods. Well appointed hotel. Nice coffee shop (Union Social) - staff there were very pleasant and keen to please.

  아쉬웠던 점: Breakfast wasn't included but that hadn't been clear from the booking.com info. Once that was established on arrival at Reception we weren't asked if we'd like to book (and pay) for breakfast as an add-on - which we would have done. Would have liked more pillows as the ones on offer were very squishy and ended up using the cushion from the sofa in the room. Not enough tea, coffee, milk supplies - had one cup each and that was it!

  아쉬웠던 점: For the price we paid, it was seriously disappointing and lacking. There was no bottles of water in the room, not even 1. We was woken up by housekeeping banging on the door asking what time we planned on checking out when check out was at 12.

  Exceptional staff, facilities and hotel that exceeded all our expectations.

  좋았던 점: The staff were excellent from the front desk staff, to the resteraunt staff, bar tenders and everyone in between. The rooms were lush, very, very well maintained and the cleanliness was 5 star. It very much felt like 5 star servcie for a hotel that doesn't claim 5 star status. We will deffienetely be coming back with our children and had such a wonderful experience we have fallen in love with this hotel. Our favourite in the UK.

  Amazing hotel!

  좋았던 점: The beds were SO COMFY! Amazing facilities, a huge shower, coffee machine and biscuits and a fridge were so handy! The staff were amazing especially a lady Irmak I think her name was. She was on the reception desk and was lovely, kind and chatty. There was another man on reception who was also great! But sadly didn't catch his name. I would definitely stay here again, the location is great for shopping!

  Nice room but rooftop needs to be acessable and bar needs to be open for residents

  아쉬웠던 점: Not being able to get to the rooftop bar… there was a private party on and the next day it didn’t open until3 pm, we couldn’t even look at it. The bar was also closed to residents at 11 pm so we had to walk to another hotel to get a night cap.
