  Excellent overall from the reception team, cleaning and friendly staff overall

  좋았던 점: The hotel is very flexible towards loyal customers. My family has been booking this hotel multiple times a year for the past 9 years. The sales manager (both previous and current) truly cares about loyal customers.   아쉬웠던 점: On the fifth floor, there was always a cigarette smoke smell that was very annoying. The housekeeping on the fifth floor was not satisfactory in the beginning but it became better at the end. However, everything on the third floor was different. The housekeeping was premium and there was not any cigarette smoke.

They were incredibly friendly, professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile.   좋았던 점: The hotel has the best location, a huge bed, and very spacious rooms. The staff are good, and we never lacked water or coffee amenities.

  아쉬웠던 점: We decided not to extend our stay and moved to a different property because of the only room facilities that were highly disappointing. The television is an old analog model—it is not a smart TV, has no YouTube or Netflix, and cannot connect to any external devices. My girlfriend loves watching shows, but we were completely bored in the room. After we complained, they sent a technician who simply came and confirmed that the TVs are not smart TVs and cannot stream anything.   Perfect hotel to stay!

  좋았던 점: Check-In and Check-Out was very quick. We have found that hotel staffs was very cooperative. There are multiple restaurants nearby. One of the biggest mall is just 5 minutes drive away.

  아쉬웠던 점: Room cleanness needs some more attention.

  Не возвращают деньги, скам!

  좋았던 점: После чекин сразу оплатил, и потом пошел в номер. В номере Не открывались окна. Был влажный воздух, замаскированный бытовыми средствами. Голова разболелась, окна не проветрить! Ужас! Отвратительный воздух, на этажах ремонт. Деньги не вернули! Скам!
