  좋았던 점: Frukosten är okej. Fick byta rum på grund av dåligt wifi vilket man inte förväntar sig när man bokat rum i den högre prisklassen på hotellet. . Svårt att hitta på hotellet!? Vissa utgångar stängda. Åren börjar synas rejält.

  Great combination of outstanding service and fine location.

  좋았던 점: The team at the lounge is outstanding. Dean the manager is also very customer focussed. Overall the hotel is great value for money.

  Quality hotel in a great location

  좋았던 점: Lovely presentation and staff were so helpful and happy to help in any way. Location was in a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle. There was also free chocolate hour every day which was great. The hotel offered a free Tuktuk ride every 30 minutes to Terminal 21 shopping centre which is amazing with the cheapest food you could imagine at the food court.

  아쉬웠던 점: We found the beds so cramped being only double beds instead of extra double or queen beds we have experienced in similar hotels of the same or even less standard

  좋았던 점: Extraordinary friendly staff. Especially Dean always helpful and caring. Good pool for swimming, relaxing and even for kids. Train station, shopping, a night market, Korea town all around the corner

  A Memorable Stay with Outstanding Service and a Fantastic Location!

  좋았던 점: I had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Hotel Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok, where the genuine customer-centric approach of the staff really made the experience memorable. The team were attentive, courteous and consistently focused on making the stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. It is this level of service and attention to detail that truly sets a hotel apart. The location is another major advantage, offering convenient access to Bangkok’s metro connections and many of the city’s major attractions and must-visit spots. The complimentary shuttle service between the hotel and Terminal 21 is a particularly welcome touch, making it easy to explore the surrounding area, discover new restaurants and enjoy Bangkok’s fantastic evening dining scene without any hassle. There is also plenty to enjoy within the hotel itself, with its additional bar and recreational spaces providing great options to unwind, socialise or simply enjoy some downtime without needing to venture outside. Overall, Mövenpick Sukhumvit 15 offers an excellent combination of thoughtful service, convenience and on-site amenities. The staff’s commitment to putting the guest first genuinely enhances the experience, while the location and facilities make it a great base for enjoying everything Bangkok has to offer. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok and would certainly look forward to staying here again!

  좋았던 점: I had an amazing stay at Mövenpick Hotel Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. The location was also great, making it easy to explore Bangkok and get around the city. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel and felt very comfortable throughout my stay. It was my first trip to Thailand and I’m so happy I chose this hotel. I would definitely recommend it and I would love to stay here again on my next trip to Bangkok! 🇹🇭❤️

  좋았던 점: Superbe hôtel, avec un accueil au top et un personnel vraiment agréable et attentionné. La localisation est idéale pour profiter de Bangkok, et la piscine est vraiment magnifique, un vrai plus pour se détendre après une journée en ville. Un grand merci à Dean pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Une excellente expérience, je reviendrai, c’est sûr !

  좋았던 점: المكان قريب من المجمعات واماكن التسوق ويصلح لسكن العوائل راقي وكلاسيكي لكن يعتبر الاثاث قديم نوعا ما واعتقد السر ان قطع الاثاث راقيه وذات جوده والفندق ياخذ الطابع الكلاسيكي الموظفين خدومين لاقصى درجه خاصه السيد داني وفر لنا الغرف مع الافطار وترقية الغرف رغم ان الحجز بدون افطار وهو المسؤول عن الضيوف العرب انسان محترم وخدوم جدا بشكل عام ممتازه الاقامه

I personally witnessed how warmly he welcomed and interacted with guests, always showing genuine respect, care, and attention. His professionalism, positive attitude, and excellent customer service truly stood out. He represents the hotel extremely well and is a great example of what outstanding hospitality should look like.
