Was ok. Probably won’t book this again.

Pluspunten: Location was good. Next to Eiffel Tower. Hotel was ok.

Minpunten: Bathroom and toilet doors don’t lock. Evening staff was sort of rude/ aloof.

All in all, it was very nice.

Pluspunten: I liked the breakfast and sitting outside. The staff who work the front desk were excellent!! Very personable staff who were very accommodating. It was Melany and the younger gentleman who worked in the morning but forgot his name. Those 2 people were fantastic!!

Minpunten: The rooms are extremely small.

Pleasant and cozy.

Pluspunten: The decor was beautiful. Excellent location. Delicious breakfast.

Minpunten: Half the reason I booked this location was for the spa. Upon arrival I was informed it was out of service for the foreseeable future. Would’ve been nice to know ahead of time so that I could book a hotel with a functioning spa.

It was a lovely place and very clean.

Pluspunten: near the metro and Eiffel tower

Minpunten: I was expecting views of the Eiffel tower but I was given a room in the first floor where the trees block the view. make sure to request 3rd or 4th floor if you want the good view. Also I tried to bring breakfast to the bedroom from the lobby and I was told that “hot food” is not permitted in the bedrooms.

Great location and clean rooms

Pluspunten: It was very good and close to the Eiffel Tower, staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good.

Wonderful family break ❤️

Pluspunten: Great location to Eiffel tower, around 15 minute walk with surrounding cafes, shops and restaurants. Rooms and hotel were beautifully decorated and clean, bed was very comfortable and had a cute view out onto a lovely area. Service was wonderful, all staff were so helpful and friendly, would definitely stay again, thank you 😊

Beoordeling van gasten 8Hela

Overall, the stay was very nice and comfortable.

Pluspunten: The property location is excellent, near all the main attractions and a lot of cafes. The view and the room are very nice. The bed was comfortable. The lady and the man during the day shift were very friendly and helpful. The welcoming pastries were such a nice addition.

Minpunten: The toilet was not very clean and the towel was tarnished with something. Also, during the night shift the receptionist was rude and hang up the phone on my sister when she wanted to turn off the AC and needed help with instructions then she had to go downstairs and ask directly for help.

Pluspunten: The hospitality of the staff was great. The hotel decor overall and the aesthetics of the room were amazing. Its close to a lot of the restaurants and walking distance to the Eiffel tower. It was really hot in Paris during our stay, so the A/C in the room really helped! Great place to stay and highly recommend.

Mooie rustige locatie.

Amazing hotel, and amazing customer service

Pluspunten: This was our second stay at Hotel Duquesne, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. Check-in was quick and smooth, and our room was clean, cozy, and offered a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is in a great location, with everything you need just a short walk away. If you need recommendations for restaurants, attractions, or anything else, don’t hesitate to ask Islem. He is incredibly helpful and will do everything he can to make your stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Islem, Drichelle, and Melanie for their outstanding service and warm hospitality. The reception is available 24/7, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, the air conditioning was excellent, the minibar was well stocked, and the breakfast was amazing. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back again. Highly recommended!

Okay overall, walking distance to many things, but staff aren’t terribly helpful.

Pluspunten: The room was very cute and the view of the top of the Eiffel Tower was a great addition.

Minpunten: The staff were not very helpful. We ran out of shampoo in the room and we let them know and asked for a replacement. They ignored our request so we had to go down and ask again that night. The man at the desk acted very inconvenienced and he gave us hand soap to wash our hair with (not the same).

Dream views for Bastille day in great clean hotel :)

Pluspunten: The location is absolutely stunning. I booked the room with Eiffel Tower view and it was even better than I expected. I went to Paris for Bastille day and wanted to watch the fireworks from my room. It exceeded my expectations, view was amazing, and balcony was just the right size. Also view from balcony is amazing as you got Ecole Militaire literally down the street and opposite the hotel is this beautiful Parisian building. Location and views from this hotel are just great. Room was nice, cozy, bed was fine, AIR CON was a dream as it was really hot. There was a massive mirror on top of the bed which can be really....cool if you get me :) Generally really cozy great room with amazing views. If you go to Paris on 14th Juillet and want to watch Eiffel Tower fireworks I recommend you book this place :)

Minpunten: For the standard of this hotel and a price I paid I would expect to have a bathtub not just shower corner. I seen the pictures of the room before I booked it so I knew what I'm getting but I do think bathtub would be more appropriate for such a room. And I had some sort of free offer for spa but no one ever mentioned it to me and I forgot about it so I didn't use it. Again I should have known and remember but it would be nice to be given some sort of reminder or leaflet.

Overall a decent experience because the a/c worked at a time when it was 103 outside and many places didn’t have it.

Pluspunten: It was quaint.

Minpunten: It was TINY. Barely enough room to squeeze between the foot of the bed and the wall.

Beoordeling van gasten 7Cody

Pluspunten: Fantastic location, close to everything you need to see and close to metro access points. Very clean and staff were lovely.

Minpunten: Rooms are extremely small, they’re okay for a short stay but as we came from Australia for a month our suitcases took up any floor space and became cramped very quickly. The air con in our room also didn’t work very well but was enough to take the edge off.
