  Minpunten: Fernseher ging nicht. Personal sagt sie kümmern sich drum, nichts passiert, auch nach mehreren Nachfragen. Laut Beschreibung spricht man im Hotel deutsch. Wir haben Niemanden getroffen der deutsch konnte. Leihfahrräder in erbärmlichen Zustand. Eingang des Hotels nicht gut ausgeschildert. Kein Bereich wie bei Hotels üblich zum ankommen und ausladen.

  Lovely view, but..

  Pluspunten: The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, location is great in the quiet and calm neighbourhood yet very convenient with bus and tram stop within short walking distance, also lovely scenic view from the room overlooking the harbour.

  Minpunten: I had a few issues during my stay: 1. quite importantly there was another guest using a different key accessing our room by mistake. We were in the room at the time and that was concerning. Reported to the staff at reception and they've re-activated the card and spoke to the other guest who accidentally entered the room. We were reassured this never happen before and no other incident during our remaining stay, but thats still quite a serious security incident which I would expect more consideration and assurance. 2. We had real issue getting room serviced. During our week long stay we requested room services 3 times (other days we have put Do Not Disturb on), but only managed to get one room service and that was after we returned in the room and found out that wasn't done... and we had to repeat our request several times and the cleaner finally came in and did a swift clean in the bathroom and tip the bin... we ended up having to take rubbish out the room some days etc, which I'd expect better for such basic services for a room which cost us £200 per night out of peak season. 3. There are small holes found in the bed sheet and some towels are quite old, the bedding is a little lumpy, which feels like they needed some refreshing. 4. Minor point - the bar food menu is very limited, whilst its in a quiet neighbourhood there are plenty of food choices nearby so it's not an issue.

  Pluspunten: Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Wasser. Der Ausblick war schön. Das Frühstück war ok. Sehr nettes Personal. Alles da. Es gab Kleinigkeiten zum Essen an der Bar.

  Minpunten: Der Tischfußball im Aufenthaltraum war komplett kaputt, für die Kinder schade. Die Dusche war zweimal verstopft. Das Bett gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Matratze glich einer Sprungfeder. Für mich war das Zimmer zu dunkel. Zu wenig Licht. Der Tee alt und geschmacklos.

  Gute Unterkunft für einen Kurzaufenthalt

  Pluspunten: Die Zimmer sind großzügig und modern eingerichtet, inkl. einem großen Badezimmer. Insgesamt haben wir uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel ist etwas außerhalb des Zentrums gelegen, hat jedoch eine gute Busanbindung, mit der man ca 30min ins Zentrum braucht. Das Viertel ist sehr nett und es gibt auch schöne Kaffees zum Frühstück in der Nähe.

  Minpunten: Wir sind mit Kindern als Familie gereist und haben 2 Zimmer gebucht. Bereits bei Buchung haben wir um nebeneinander liegende/ nahe beieinander liegende Zimmer gebeten. Die Zimmer lagen letztendlich auf einer Etage, jedoch an den komplett entgegengesetzten Enden des großen, verwinkelten Komplexes. Bei mehreren Wochen Vorlauf nicht nachvollziehbar. Dies hat bei anderen Hotels bisher auch mit sehr kurzem Vorlauf geklappt.

  Pratique en arrivant en voiture

  Pluspunten: Hôtel moderne proche de trams et bus pour rejoindre le centre en 25 min. Chambre spacieuse et personnel agréable à l'accueil. Pratique d'avoir un parking public sous l'hôtel.

  Minpunten: Pas assez d'éclairage dans la chambre. Chauffage un peu juste.

  Comfiest beds, another amazing weeks stay!

  Pluspunten: This is one of my favourite hotels! It is super modern and clean with a funky, loft-style vibe. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the rooms are large with enough space for a long stay if needed. The beds in this hotel are some of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in. Super easy to get into town jumping on the bus a few meters from the entrance and is nice and quiet after the hectic noise of Amsterdam Central. I would stay here again and again!

  Decent and expensive accommodation away from city center.

  Pluspunten: This is a decent place, though away from city center, if you like walking or taking public transport this is an ideal place, The rooms are basic and smaller than holidays inns experienced elsewhere.

  Minpunten: Day time staff is great but one of the night time staff wanted to pay for water and ice cream right then and there instead of adding it to room as i did not have any CC with me, making up rules as an when needed ( not mentioning the name as not wanting to escalate)

  Schöner Aufenthalt für Städtetrip

  Pluspunten: Frühstück top, alles was man braucht. Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Tolles Ambiente. Großes Zimmer für drei Personen. Personal super nett und freundlich. Schöne Lage. 50 Minuten zur Innenstadt waren für uns machbar zu Fuß. Gute Busverbindung wohl vorhanden, wurde nicht genutzt von uns.

  Minpunten: Betten etwas sehr weich, das ist aber eigenes Empfinden. Sonst gibt es nichts zu meckern.

  Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit einigen Stolpersteinen.

  Pluspunten: Es war sauber, das Zimmer war schön und hatte eine tolle Aussicht. Außerdem war das Frühstück sehr gut und das Personal freundlich!

  Minpunten: Es gab ziemlich viel Durcheinander mit unserer Buchung: zuerst bekamen wir ein Zimmer mit separaten Betten, abstattendem gebuchten Queensizebett. Dann fehlten wir am nächsten Morgen auf der Frühstücksliste, wahrscheinlich wegen dem Zimmerwechsel. Dann wurde uns nochmal Geld von der Kreditkarte abgebucht, was sich aber als Fehler herausstellte. Der Angestellte am Morgen war sichtlich not amused über das ganze Wirrwarr und erließ uns als Entschädigung die Parkhauskosten. Das fanden wir sehr nett. Ansonsten könnte das Badezimmer mal entkalkt werden. Sauber war aber alles.

  Pluspunten: Die Zimmer waren komfortabel und ausreichend groß. Die Aussicht vom Frühstücksraum wirklich toll und die Innenstadt von Amsterdam ist gut mit Bus und Tram erreichbar. Außerdem hat das Hotel eine Tiefagrage mit akzeptablen Preisen (25,- EUR/Tag)

  Minpunten: Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer in den Innenhof und die Fenster ließen sich nicht öffnen. Die tolle Aussicht auf den Hafen gab es so für uns nicht. Das Frühstück ist zwar reichhaltig, leider aber die Auswahl an Aufschnitt sehr übersichtlich und auf Wurst und Käse beschränkt. Dafür war die Brotauswahl wiederum sehr breit.

  Modern hotel with Comfortable Rooms in South Amsterdam

  Pluspunten: Modern hotel with comfortable beds and spacious bathroom with good service. The hotel is well connected by public transportation to the city centre. The rooms have a view of the water.

  Minpunten: Breakfast was not included and while the hotel does not have a private parking lot, there is a public parking lot in the building that is connected to the hotel that customers have to pay for. The food at the hotel bar offers very limited options.

  Pluspunten: Die Gestaltung des Hotels war sehr schön, Frühstück und Aussicht auch super. In Nähe des Hotels gibt es eine Haltestelle für Straßenbahnen und auch eine Bushaltestelle. Das Zimmer war sauber und es war alles da, was man braucht. Supermärkte gibt es auch, die man innerhalb 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann.

  Minpunten: Het onafgewerkte plafond. Geen porem. De zeer harde regen, waar niemand iets aan kan doen natuurlijk, viel heel hard tegen de omlijsting van het grote raam. Kamer 210 grenst aan de lift en daardoor veel lawaai van andere gasten. Ook maakte de koelkast een raar/hard geluid. Het dekbed was aan vervanging toen. Alle 'dons' zat op 1 plek.

  Minpunten: I had a generally good stay at Holiday Inn – the niu Fender Amsterdam. The room was clean, and I appreciated the overall cleanliness of the hotel. However, the ceiling was not properly covered, and a little dust was falling down, which was disappointing.

  Ubicación y tranquilidad perfecta

  Pluspunten: Hotel moderno y cómodo para pasar unos días en Amsterdam con todas las comodidades. El hotel se encuentra ubicado a 20-30 minutos del centro de la ciudad y tiene una parada de bus justo en la puerta, por lo que se encuentra ubicado en una situación privilegiada en un entorno muy tranquilo. Las instalaciones y la habitación era muy moderna y cuidada al mínimo detalle, con espacio de sobra para pasar una estancia estupenda. Además, el personal del hotel era súper agradable y servicial, atento a cualquier cosa que necesitamos.

  Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und eine angeschlossene Tiefgarage mit akzeptabelen Parkgebühren

  Pluspunten: Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort und ausschlaggebend war für uns die gute Erreichbarkeit und die angeschlossene Tiefgarage, wo wir das Auto für einen Gesamtpreis von 47,50 Euro zwei Tage lang abstellen konnten. Im Vergleich zu anderen Übernachtungsangeboten verfügt dieses Hotel über ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir haben am zweiten Tag das Frühstücksbuffet genutzt und waren mit der Speise- und Getränkeauswahl sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, insbesondere die Empfangsdame beim Frühstück war überaus zuvorkommend.

  Minpunten: Leider hatten wir diesmal ein Zimmer ohne Aussicht (wir blickten auf das gegenüberliegende Gebäude) und mit einem Fenster, dass sich nicht öffnen ließ. Und wir hatten lediglich zwei Kleiderbügel; auf meine Bitte hin gab es aber am nächsten Tag weitere Kleiderbügel in ausreichender Anzahl.

  Lusso in stile industriale e alla portata di tutti!

  Pluspunten: L’ambiente moderno, lo staff disponibile, il fatto che la portineria sia aperta 24/7, il facile raggiungimento del posto (basta prendere l’autobus della linea 42 dal centro per arrivare dritto in hotel!), la pulizia degli ambienti, il lusso a portata di tasca, il fatto che all’ingresso degli ascensori ci sia un piccolo tavolo con acqua, frutta e posate a disposizione di chi alloggia. Menzione importante per i souvenir acquistabili all’ingresso! Non avevo mai visto una roba simile☺️

  Minpunten: L’unica nota è il costo eccessivo di determinati alimenti che si possono acquistare in hotel. Un’acqua in bottiglia 8,50€ è pura follia!
