  Pluspunten: The room was clean and spacious for one person. The bed was huge and was very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent, equipped with a wonderful bathtub which I regrettably did not have the opportunity to use. The breakfast at the executive floor (club floor), 18th floor was made to order. It was great. It could be improved by keeping the temperature of the food when it was presented to the guest. The pool was delightful. It was a 20-metre pool, which gave a pretty good workout for swimmers. The gym was very well equipped, clean and quiet. The sauna and steam room in the men's changing room were wonderful - clean and with proper temperature. My room was located on the 15th floor, very close to the lifts and centrally located. Staff members were friendly, helpful, polite and efficient. They were very good at what they did.

  Minpunten: Unser Zimmer war auf der 6ten Etage Richtung Bahn. Das machte es im Kinderzimmer in der Nacht etwas laut. War für uns ok, aber wenn man empfindlich ist, evtl. ein Zimmer auf der anderen Seite anfragen.

  Pluspunten: Hôtel 5 étoiles au rapport qualité/prix exceptionnel, chambre spacieuse et confortable, petit-déjeuner raffiné et excellent, personnel très compétent. Je le recommande fortement.

  Minpunten: Le seul bémol pourrait être son emplacement mais la station de métro située à 5 minutes à pieds gomme ce léger "défaut".

  Stayed there 3 times in a 2 week period . The staff remembered myself and my husband. So friendly and welcoming.

  Pluspunten: Very clean and comfortable. All the staff were super friendly and very helpful. As a coeliac the staff were very knowledgeable to my needs.

  A lovely 5 star property that with a little polishing could be amazing.

  Pluspunten: A lovely and well priced 5 star property. The Manager on email was very helpful and accommodating for a request for our family.

  Minpunten: Location slightly out of the thick of Bangkok however not far from all the transport options. Generally staff lack the 5 star feel and friendliness that we used to experience at the Lancaster.

  Pluspunten: Nice lobby Big room close to some small groceries easy access for Grab taxi breakfast ok , but need to have more selection because most of the dishes is little bit heavy meal which is not applicable for Arab people , also need to have some clarification for Halal meal or not

  Minpunten: not close for center , you need to have taxi. the coffee and restaurant is close at 11 pm , i believe as long these services in the hotel , it should be opened till mid night because most of the shops and restaurants as well as coffee shops close at 10 Pm in Bangkok the swimming pool is small

  Pluspunten: Our room was lovely and spacious. Beds were comfortable. The rooftop pool was great after a full day of exploring. We decided to have dinner and breakfast at the restaurant once and the food was delicious and affordable.

  Minpunten: We stayed on floor 10 and there was an awful cigarette and weed smell on our floor every time we walked out of the lift. We could also hear the traffic from the train and from the road at night and very early morning. We were not able to use the free shuttle - either because it was having a maintenance or there was a lot of traffic.

  Heerlijk hotel om je terug te trekken uit de drukte!

  Pluspunten: Heerlijk verblijf gehad in onze “luxe” Family Two Bedroom(met uitzicht op de weg). Ruim opgezet, met een fijn middenstuk als “leefruimte”. 2 badkamers met toiletten aanwezig, wat met een gezin toch wel prettig is. Bedden sliepen heerlijk! 2x ontbijt gehad, krijgt een prima 8! Kids vermaakten zich prima in het zwembad. Locatie echt top! 5 minuten lopen naar het MRT metrostation (in Bangkok is dat veel waard) en schuin tegenover een 7-Eleven. Service en gastvrijheid staat hier hoog! De term klant is koning, is hier dan ook zeker van toepassing. Voor een aantal dagen is dit hotel zeker een aanrader om je terug te trekken uit de drukte van Bangkok!

  Minpunten: Kan niet echt wat bedenken wat tegen viel. Hebben niks genomen uit de minibar dus geen idee hoeveel dat extra kost (flesjes water badkamer wel gratis). Restaurant 1x gegeten, was wat aan de prijzige kant. Maar dat kan je van te voren weten!

  Excellent and flexible support during an unexpected situation

  Pluspunten: During my business trip to Chiang Mai, I lost my credit card and had to stay with cash only. When I checked in at Lancaster Hotel, I was unable to pay the required deposit of 5,000 THB. However, the hotel staff kindly and flexibly accepted a cash deposit of 2,000 THB instead, which helped me greatly in that difficult situation. Just before checking out, I fortunately found my credit card inside my suitcase, so everything turned out fine. I truly appreciate the kind and flexible support. I travel to Thailand several times a year for business, and I will definitely stay at Lancaster Hotel again on my next visit. Thank you very much for your excellent hospitality.

  Minpunten: Nous avons renouvelé notre demande de chambre non communicante à la réception durant le Check in et bien sûr nous avons eu une chambre avec porte communicante. Retour à la réception et attribution nouvelle chambre très décevante très sombre mobilier vétuste canapé fatigué…nous étions arrivés avant l’heure de Check in normale et avions proposé d’attendre pour avoir une chambre qui corresponde à notre demande…certainement de la bonne volonté de la part du staff de la réception qui voulait nous attribuer une chambre rapidement mais au bout du compte l’impression d’un hôtel qui veut en mettre plein la vue mais ne tient pas ses promesses . De plus la chambre sur la rue était bruyante ainsi que l’A/C.

  Very good hotel for short stay

  Pluspunten: Great staff, they arrange the room for kids with ballons and toys to make it warm and fun. Breakfast is very good. Beds comfy 2 WC and big enough bathroom with bathtub
