  Schöne Unterkunft , tolle Lage, nicht Lösungsorientiert und nicht Kundenfreudlich, schlaflose Nacht

  Pluspunten: Sehr schöne stylisches Unterkunft , modern gestaltet. Alles top in der Hinsicht

  Minpunten: In unserem Zimmer gab es bei Ankunft ein sehr sehr störendes klackendes Geräusch was uns die Nacht hat nicht schlafen lassen. Obwohl wir darauf hingewiesen haben wurden wir damit vertröstet das alle Zimmer belegt sind ( kein Wechsel möglich ) und angeblich es ein generelles technisches Problem ist in allen Zimmer. Leider war dies eine Lüge, da wir andere Gäste gefragt haben. Ich habe gebeten eine Lösung zu finden oder vll mit einer Art Geste entgegen zu kommen. Leider nichts, kein Rabatt , kein caffe kein garnichts. Leider hat dies den Aufenthalt kaputt gemacht. Auch die Art und Weise wie mit der Beschwerde umgegangen wurde war sehr entäuscht. ( Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich als Info ! Es geht um das Management )

  Minpunten: Disappointing Stay – Unprofessional Staff and Poor Housekeeping Very disappointing experience at Hotel2Stay Amsterdam. The staff's behaviour was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic hospitality. Instead of making guests feel welcome, their attitude made the stay unpleasant. The hotel also charges an unreasonable late checkout fee on an hourly basis, which feels excessive and unfair. Housekeeping was another major disappointment. The cleaning staff did not do their job properly, and the cleanliness was below expectations. For the price charged, I expected much better service, professionalism, and cleanliness. Overall, poor customer service, unreasonable extra charges, and inadequate housekeeping. I would not recommend this hotel.

  Pluspunten: 地點距火車站、公車站很近，也可以坐369號公車直達機場。有附廚房可以煮飯，廚具齊全，入住還附上新的菜瓜布、洗碗精、刷子、垃圾袋及洗碗錠。有熱水壺冰箱。吹風機風力強。從大門到入住櫃檯（0樓）有5層階梯，如有大行李，需要用點力搬上去。

  Very comfortable happy stay.

  Pluspunten: Very clean and comfortable hotel. The bed was comfy and the room was a nice size.

  Minpunten: Most of the staff at reception were pretty grumpy and it felt like asking for help was an irritation. However, Two of the ladies at reception were extremely helpful and happy so it was a bit of a mixed bag.

  Great location for train travellers

  Pluspunten: For me the location was perfect as I needed to be close to a railway station with services to Hoorn and Maastricht and there's a Spar close by. It's also by a bus station and tram stops. 4 minutes to Amsterdam Central so a cheaper option than staying in the city centre but on the downside you don't have nearby pubs and restaurants

  Minpunten: The room came with a fitted kitchen but I would have preferred a breakfast option as I don't do cooking at home except in a microwave

  Prima uitvalsbasis in Amsterdam

  Pluspunten: Erg vriendelijk personeel bij de incheck. Prima lokatie nabij treinstation. Erg grote kamer, waar voor je geld.

  Minpunten: Geen ontbijt mogelijkheden. Iets gehorige kamer, ik kon de dronken buurmeiden erg goed horen.

  Pluspunten: Zentrale Lage direkt am Bahnhof Sloterdijk, aber sehr Ruhig. Gute, einfache und saubere Zimmer. Bei Problemen sind die Hotelangestellt sehr hilfsbereit.

  An OK stay - many good things but negatives pulled down the experience.

  Pluspunten: Excellent location. Elevator. Large spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Lg. walk-in shower.Supermarket 5 min. walk. Spind proof. Black-out curtains. 3 BBC English channels on TV. Good WiFi.

  Minpunten: No toaster. Light switch broken. No Smart TV. Internet out 1 day. Limited cooking: only 2 lg. frypans, 2 pots. No shelves anywhere to set things. Very few electric plugs for use. Pricey.

  Pluspunten: Amplitud de la habitación, dispone de cocina básica para hacerte el desayuno y cena. El aseo era amplio y estaba limpio. Disponen de servicio de alquiler de bicicletas a buen precio.

  Minpunten: La bañera y el lavabo no colaba bien el agua. Las bicicletas de alquiler necesitan un mantenimiento, no funcionaban las luces.

  Hotel zum Wohlfühlen

  Pluspunten: Schönes modernes Hotel mit allem, was man braucht (24h Reception, super Anbindung zur City, Sauna, Kochmöglichkeit im Zimmer usw). Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt und wären gern länger geblieben

  Minpunten: The room was not brightly lit, especially in the kitchen area. The elevators were also very dark.

  Great accommodation with good facilities, including kitchen, well located for all transport

  Pluspunten: We have stayed here a few times, very good for transport links, train to Centraal station takes 5 minutes, easy to access train or tram to other areas so handy for trips out of the city. Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable, hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Like the kitchen area for making mealls, cuts costs of continually eating out.

  地理位置非常好的一個住宿，且應有盡有，很方便，而且可以自己煮食，很省錢。

  Pluspunten: 地點很方便，去機場和中央車站都很快，且有地鐵、公車、電鐵等站，位置附近有超市，可以購買食材烹煮，有簡單的廚房設備可以使用，有洗衣機烘乾機各兩台，買代幣2個送一個洗衣球。

  Minpunten: 沒有冷氣，房間整體悶熱，且窗戶只能開一個小縫，煮飯時很容易房間都是油煙味

  Pluspunten: Очень отзывчивый персонал, постарались заселить нас пораньше. Удобное месторасположение (аэропорт 15 мин на электричке, остановка автобусов flixbus прям рядом, трамвай и метро). Рядом есть супермаркет. Несмотря на большое количество транспорта, было очень тихо в номере (241 номер, окна во двор). Удобный матрас и подушки, хорошее постельное белье. Чисто. На кухне все есть из заявленного. Мы бронировали за неделю до поездки, цены везде были нереально высокие, это жилье плотностью оправдывает ожидания и соответствует цена/качество. Телевизор и кондиционер не включали.

  Pluspunten: La chambre était spacieuse, bien équipée. Le lit était grand et confortable. La salle de bains était petite mais fonctionnelle. La mini-cuisine présente dans la chambre, avec la table pour manger, est vraiment appréciable. Le rooftop pour boire un coup ou travailler est top (si la météo permet d'en profiter ;-)

  Minpunten: Le petit déjeuner se prend avec une machine à café et des gateaux ou fruits à acheter comme dans une mini-superette.

  Convenient location and practical kitchen

  Pluspunten: Convenient location, a block from the train station and a block from groceries .laundry on site (4 euros each for washer and dryer). Having a dishwasher was nice since we cooked our meals.

  Minpunten: a little loud in the morning lots of traffic and people going to work in the morning and we had windows open Expensive. Shower gets wet, the shower door does not reach to the floor

  Pluspunten: The bed and pillow was so comfy its so hard for me to get up.. hahaa.. The hotel is a close 5min walk to the bus/train station, so convenient to get to city only 1 station away from Amsterdam Centraal. The hotel is an apartment style where you can also cook if you like. Grocery store, Jumbo is walking distance. Closeby to airport also.

  Due to excellent location, if willing to put up with limitations, an OK stay.

  Pluspunten: Excellent location. Large, spacious room (“double superior”), comfortable bed. Large walk-in shower. Sound proof. Black-out curtains. 5 min. Walk to Jumbo supermarket.

  Minpunten: Only English channels on TV were BBC news. No toaster. Light switch was broken. Very low lighting through out room and bathroom. Internet was out 1 full day. No Smart TV. Limited cooking items (only 2 frypans & 2 pots). No shelves anywhere in room to set things. Very few electrical outlets.

  The room was very comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen such as dishes, pans, silverware, etc.

  Pluspunten: The property was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, we were able to choose whether we wanted the room cleaned. Furniture was clean and comfortable. The location is great with trams, trains, and buses very close.

  Minpunten: Instructions on using the laundry in the room would have been nice. I happened to overhear someone in the lobby saying you needed tokens to use the washer and dryer.

  Pluspunten: Buona la posizione, perché l’hotel è in periferia ma in posizione molto comoda se ci si vuole spostare con i treni anche in altre località. Inoltre ha supermercati vicini. Bella anche la camera

  Minpunten: Il servizio. Avevamo una finestra che non si chiudeva e lo staff ci ha ignorato. Inoltre se finiva qualcosa in camera (tipo la carta igienica) dovevamo sempre chiederlo perché non veniva sostituito.

  Pluspunten: Small kitchen was excellent and staff were really helpful and great transport opportunities outside the hotel and the room was quiet and great having a laundry.

  Angenehme Aufenthalt

  Pluspunten: Zimmer ist gemühtlich und schön gestattet,sehr sauber, moderne komplette Küche, aber es gibt weder Klimaanlage noch Heizung, auch keine Ventilator. Lage ist ruhig und sicher, 200 Meter weit von U-Bahn, Züge und Bushaltestellen zur alle Richtungen in Amesterdam . Frühstück keine Ahnung.

  Alternative to down town Amsterdam

  Pluspunten: The size of the room with a small kitchen is wonderful. The staff are enthusiastic and helpful . Excellent transport hub for getting around.

  Minpunten: It’s away from main part which is also an advantage because it’s quiet but there’s not a lot to do in area The rooms and hall could do with a refresh

  Pluspunten: The staff was amazingly accommodating. There were reasonably priced snacks and beverages on the lobby, as well as restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

  Minpunten: The bathroom had no space to lay our our toiletries, although here was adequate space for a small table.

  Pluspunten: Everything except there was no iron nor ironing board. But the bed was very comfy including the pillows, kitchen utilities were fantastic, Bathroom setup was the right side, room overall was very spacious and staff were very courteous.

  Muito boa!

  Pluspunten: A localização é perfeita, fica a 5 minutos da estação de Sloterdjik, com todo tipo de transporte para as cidades vizinhas, e de todos os ônibus para o centro de Amsterdam. O quarto tinha uma cozinha completa, o que facilitou demais as nossas refeições, possibilitando o preparo do café da manhã e jantar.

  Minpunten: O ar condicionado não refrescava muito o quarto, e não me adaptei ao colchão, que era muito macio.
