  A decent walking distance to the domestic terminals

  Perfect, keep up the good work

  Pluspunten: Everything about this property is excellent. I didn’t want to get out of the shower, the water was hot and the shower was so so clean. I cannot fault this hotel. The bed was so comfortable and really clean.

  Minpunten: My only comments is the high windows in the foyer downstairs could do with a really good clean, as this is the first thing you see when you come in from parking the car. Oh and the air conditioning in the rooms was a bit hot for me.

  Pluspunten: The location to the domestic airport was good. The room was comfortable.

  Minpunten: Our room could do with some maintenance. One power point was very loose on the wall & I’m not entirely sure it was safe to use & another the switch needs replacing as it wouldn’t stay on.

  Pluspunten: Super close to the airport and great plane spotting from the top level! They also facilitated our request for a runway view room!!

  Would book if $200-220 a night but otherwise, consider elsewhere.

  Pluspunten: The rooftop / penthouse space is great to hang out in. Loved that I was offered a late checkout which was very greatly appreciated. The bed was super comfy and the showers nice and hot. It was also very clean.

  Minpunten: Even though it appears super close to the airport, by the time you walk to the shuttle bus area and then spend 15-20 mins on the bus, you may as well get an Uber / Taxi or walk from domestic terminal. Also, I'm not sure if something has changed operationally for Citadines but this was not the level of accommodation I;d had in the past. It was more like an Ibis or Travelodge but with a slightly more styled common / reception area. It felt like it was once amazing but. now stripped of all the things that made it feel just that little more homely. I normally stay at Moxy but tried Citadines thinking it was slightly more premium but can confirm, Moxy is way better.

  Minpunten: No microwave, no Laundry. Provided with 2 packets of Sugar, coffee and Tea, for a 3-night stay. We need to call every time for sugar. and topped up with 4 sachets only.

  Pluspunten: Staff are always accommodating. Room is spacious and well appointed. Walking distance to the airport. Great bar & happy hour.

  Minpunten: Windows in our room were really dirty which obscured the view. No restaurant.

  Pluspunten: Des chambres et de plusieurs endroits dans l'hôtel, on a un magnifique point de vue sur l'aéroport tout proche mais aussi sur une plage au loin. La décoration est moderne et le lit très confortable.

  Pluspunten: The staff were very helpful the room was of good size we had to catch an early flight and staying work out just wright, the only thing I can say is the food at the PH needs to be filled more often.

  Minpunten: There was nothing any one could say they didn't like We will be staying there when ever we are in town.

  Convenient, comfortable no frills accomodation.

  Pluspunten: The positives were the bed was clean and super comfortable, super aircon, fantastic location with mascot train station and Woolworths a short stroll away. Buses to airport and Bondi junction at door step. Macdonalds, kfc and Krispy Kreme donuts across the road. Super easy for uber pick ups and plenty of parking both onsite and street parking available as well as long term airport parking across the street. And I’m not 100% positive but they are advertised as pet friendly but better enquire to be sure.

  Minpunten: The room was very small, the one window in our room was dirty with finger marks all over it from past guests children it was so bad we kept the curtain drawn. No bin liners in any of the bins in the room. Only 2 small instant coffee satchels and 1 small milk, no glasses for water. No hand soap for the bathroom basin to wash your hands with. No bath mat for the shower to stop the spa designed shower drain leaking water out onto the floor. Also channel 7 mate was not tuned in so couldn’t watch channel.

  Great hotel! And super close to the airport!

  Pluspunten: The location was so convenient as it’s just a short walk from the domestic terminal at Sydney Airport. The room itself felt spacious and was soundproofed from the aircraft noise. The bed was comfy and shower pressure was excellent. Reception was located on the top level but was not an issue and the staff were friendly.

  Minpunten: It’s currently next to a construction site that started at around 7.45am. Also our key didn’t work the 2nd day. Luckily a staff member was entering the lift at the same time and took us back to reception to sort out the issue.

  Minpunten: Somebody violently knocked on our door at 8 AM, not once but twice. They did not answer when asked who was there. We did not request a wake up call, however even then it would usually be a simple phone call.

  Pluspunten: The location was perfect, walking distance to Mascot station which got us into the centre and everywhere we needed to go. A big thank you to Gus, who checked us in early, made great suggestions of what to do in town on our first night and was just generally very pleasant
