Great pool

Pontos positivos: Great hotel, pool on the roof was lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was lovely. Nice and close to transport and plenty of places to eat near by.

Pontos negativos: Personally we found the area a bit too hectic for us and preferred our earlier location in the older part of Bangkok. But if you want to stay in this area I'd recommend.

Pontos negativos: Unfortunately, I discovered that $700 was missing from my hotel room, although I clearly remember placing the money inside the in-room safe. I initially tried to handle the situation as politely and discreetly as possible by suggesting that I might have accidentally left the money in my previous room before switching rooms. My intention was to give anyone who might have come across it an opportunity to reconsider and return it without embarrassment or consequences. However, the staff were very firm in assuring me that they had neither seen nor found the money. Nevertheless, I cannot entirely blame the hotel, as I understand the importance of taking personal responsibility for my valuables. In many countries, you could leave gold or other valuables unattended, and no one would touch them. Even if you lost something valuable, there would be a good chance that someone would find it and return it to you. While I am not holding the hotel directly responsible, I would simply encourage fellow guests to take extra precautions with their cash and valuables, even when using the in-room safe. It is always better to be cautious and take additional steps to ensure your belongings are secure.

Pontos positivos: Location was super handy. 7/11 just around the corner. Secure area, felt safe. All hotel staff very nice and helpful. Pool was small but nice and nice bar there too. Bed was comfy.

Pontos negativos: I didn’t really feel it was very clean, the bathroom was not properly cleaned after we used it, and the toilet had a very weak flush. The shower drain had some backfall so it didn’t drain properly. The shower head kind of sprayed everywhere. They left a very small amount of toilet paper in the bathroom and we had to ask for replacement. Would be better to have had at least two rolls in the bathroom. Would be nice if the TV had options to log in to Netflix or Disney+ account as there were only news channels. We paid 3500 baht for a temple and Chao Phraya tour from Abdul but it was not worth the value honestly and we felt pressured into buying clothes from the tailor we were brought to. We also had to buy tickets everywhere on that tour so the 3500 was not all inclusive. Some noise during the night of washing machines on our floor.
