  Понравилось: The hotel itself is beautiful, with a stunning lobby and lovely modern interiors. Our apartment was spacious, bright, beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. The living room was comfortable, the kitchen was stylish, and the bathroom had lovely marble-effect finishes. A special thank you to (Parban or Pavan) sorry if I spelt your name wrong from housekeeping, who was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. Every time our apartment was cleaned, it was spotless from top to bottom. His attention to detail was excellent, and he genuinely deserves recognition for his hard work. I’d also like to thank Anchil at reception. She helped us when we approached reception again after waiting over an hour and a half for our room. On our final day, she also kindly accommodated our request for a late check-out, as our flight was later in the day. We really appreciated having that extra time to relax and get ourselves organised without rushing. Another special mention goes to the lovely gentleman at the omelette station. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, but he was always cheerful, friendly and smiling. He even remembered my order each morning, which was such a lovely personal touch. These three staff members really made a positive difference to our stay, and I hope management recognises their efforts.

  Не понравилось: Unfortunately, our arrival was disappointing. I had contacted the hotel in advance to explain that our flight would arrive early and requested an early check-in if possible. When we arrived, we were served by Simran at reception, who told us the hotel was fully booked, no rooms were available and there was no possibility of an upgrade. I completely understand that early check-in is subject to availability, but I personally found her manner rude and unwelcoming. After working early that morning, travelling overnight and barely sleeping, I was absolutely exhausted. We were advised to use the hotel facilities or visit Dubai Mall, but I explained that I simply wanted to rest. We waited in reception for over an hour and a half without anyone approaching us with an update or even offering a bottle of water, tea or coffee. Eventually, I approached Anchil, who checked and found that a room was available. She appeared to seek confirmation from Simran before arranging it. Considering our contact number had already been taken and we were visibly waiting, I felt the communication and customer service could have been much better. Another frustration was being given only one room key card despite there being two guests. I repeatedly requested a second card but was told the supplier hadn’t provided enough. This was inconvenient as we had to coordinate leaving and returning to the room together. Although the apartment was lovely, some basic essentials were missing. There was only one accessible plug socket we could use for charging our devices. The kitchen had no washing-up liquid, sponge or kitchen tissue, and despite having a washing machine, no complimentary detergent or washing pod was provided. The sleeping arrangements were also disappointing. The bed appeared to be a super king-size but felt like two single beds pushed together, with a noticeable division down the middle. The duvet was extremely thin, more like a sheet.

  Great stay Great apartment hotel.

  Понравилось: The apartment is specious clean and tidy. The staffs are extremely professional. We got a well decorated kitchen, washing machine and a super comfortable bed. I would like to mention the staff name Raj is very very good. Very professional. We are very happy with his assistance. Mr. Raj has always made sure that our stay is comfortable.

  Не понравилось: I am writing to formally complain about my experience at your hotel, which has been extremely disappointing from the very first day. Firstly, there is only one staff member at the reception, resulting in long queues and unreasonable waiting times. In addition, there is no proper parking available, and the valet parking service is poorly organized, with only one person handling the entire hotel, causing further delays. There are also no trolleys available to help guests carry their luggage to their rooms, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. The cleanliness of the room has also been a major concern, as we have encountered insects in the room during our stay. Furthermore, simple requests such as towels take almost an hour to be delivered. Housekeeping is also not available until around 6 PM, which is extremely inconvenient for guests. Overall, the level of service does not match what was advertised or what guests should reasonably expect from a hotel. We have paid for a three-night stay, yet from the first day we have faced one issue after another.

  Great location, but seriously disappointing cleanliness and service.

  Понравилось: The only reason I continue to choose this hotel is its convenient location for me, especially when I am driving back from Abu Dhabi. Other than the location, it seems that every stay comes with a new issue.

  Не понравилось: Unfortunately, the hotel’s standards have declined significantly this year, especially in terms of cleanliness and service. I have been staying here for years, and this has been by far my worst experience. During my most recent stay, I found a used towel left on the balcony, and on my previous stay, I found a used condom left in the bathroom. This clearly shows a serious lack of proper housekeeping and room inspection before guests check in. On both occasions, the staff member handling my luggage at departure was also distracted by his phone and seemed uninterested in assisting. Considering the current level of cleanliness and service, the room rates are no longer justified.

  Не понравилось: Terrible service. Paper and document process is painfully slow! They sent a wrong invoice, I had requested the correct one then 1 week later they sent the same wrong invoice again! They didn't even check what is my request and why I had to requested again!

  nice but could have been better,

  Не понравилось: there was bad smell outside the room at the passage, it was like a drainage smell, we reported to the front desk but it seems it was beyond their control. front desk could have been more friendly communicating with us to introduce us to hotel facilities and surrounding tourists spots and cafe

  اقامتي جميلة وخدمة ممتازة مع ملاحظة بسيطة على تنوع الافطار😏

  Понравилось: والله اقامتي في الفندق كانت طيبة واجد والخدمة بصراحة ممتازة والموظفين ما قصروا معنا ابدا احب اشكر بشكل خاص الموظفة الهندية اشنال او اشكال ما اذكر اسمها بالضبط كانت بشوشة ومتعاونة وما تقصر في خدمة الضيوف..🌹 وبعد اشكر الموظف المصري اللي ياخذ الترولي في الإستقبال ما شاء الله عليه خدوم واجد ودايم مبتسم واذا شافك يحاول يساعدك ويقدم لك الخدمة في اي وقت. ✌️ وايضا كل الشكر للموظفة الفلبينية في بوفيه الافطار كانت بشوشة وخدومة وما قصرت معنا ابدا ودائما مبتسمة وحريصة انها تقدم الخدمة. 🌹 بس عندي ملاحظة بسيطة على الفطور خلال فترة اقامتي كل يوم تقريبا نفس البوفيه ونفس الاصناف وما كان فيه تغيير واتمنى مستقبلا يكون فيه تنوع اكثر في الفطور خصوصا للي يجلسوا فترة طويلة. 🙂 بشكل عام الفندق طيب والاقامة كانت مريحة واشكر كل الموظفين على حسن تعاملهم وخدمتهم وما قصروا معنا🌹

  Не понравилось: الشي الوحيد اللي ما عجبني في الاقامة هو الفطور خلال فترة اقامتي البوفيه ما تغير وكل يوم نفس الاصناف وما كان فيه تنوع اتمنى لو يكون فيه تغيير وتنوع في الفطور خصوصا للناس اللي اقامتهم تكون اكثر من كم يوم لان تكرار نفس الاصناف كل يوم ممكن يخلي الواحد يمل🙂
