  3 nights in New York

  Понравилось: Location of the hotel is exceptional, walking distance to times Square and central park but just outside of all the central mess. Subway stations also close by. Staff was friendly and cooperative. The room was OK but we did not spent much time in it, nor did we used any other facilities of the hotel. All in all it was very good value for the price and plans.

  This hotel is in a great location.

  Понравилось: This hotel is in a great location. It is close to major tourist attractions & the subway. Lots of food options around.

  Не понравилось: This hotel is definitely boutique. The room doesn't have it's own heater and the room was cold. The shower is strangely designed with half of the shower open. The hotel only provided one wash cloth and one towel per person. Which was odd to us but we were able to request more from the front desk. I probably would not stay here next time.

  Nice stay, reasonable price for the location.

  Понравилось: Convenience of the location. Politeness and helpfulness of the staff.

  Не понравилось: Room was rather chilly at one point because the building heating wasn’t turned on. The safe was on the floor in a dark closet, and I had to get on my hands and knees to use it.

  Great hotel, excellent staff, great location.

  Понравилось: Really nice hotel. Older building (not a bad thing), and obviously completely upgraded. New carpeting, furnishings, etc. in every area of the hotel including lobby, elevator, hallways and room. Very comfortable bed with great pillows and linens. Modern, clean bathroom.

  Не понравилось: I missed having a small shop in the lobby to pick up some snacks, but there are plenty of places nearby. Would stay again and just bring a few items with me.

  Ubicación perfecta pero necesita reforma urgente

  Понравилось: La localización perfectísima para conocer toda la ciudad. La cama era comodísima y la ducha muy grande. De agradecer que dejasen agua todas las mañanas en la habitación.

  Не понравилось: El hotel entero necesita una reforma urgente. Está todo muy viejo, incluidas las habitaciones que cuentan con muchos desperfectos por el paso del tiempo. Eso hace que genere imagen de suciedad. La moqueta de las habitaciones debería cambiarse. La habitación era bastante pequeña.

Having traveled to 42 countries, I can honestly say that very few hotels have made me feel as welcome and comfortable as this one. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Madjid, Noureddine, Saïd, Mohamed, Siam, and the entire hotel staff for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and memorable. The hotel is comfortable, clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located. The rooms are pleasant, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and you are treated as a valued guest rather than just another customer. What truly sets this hotel apart is its people. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and willingness to help at any time made a lasting impression on me. In today's world, this level of customer care is becoming increasingly rare, which makes it even more appreciated. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making my stay in New York such a wonderful experience.   Понравилось: Расположение отличное, номер хороших размеров. НО ночью прорвало кран с горячей водой, пришел мастер и через 40 минут как то устранил поломку , но это было 1 час ночи! Второе, не работал нагреватель воздуха, в комнате было 63 градуса тепла!!!! Когда попросили сделать датчик отопления, нам было сказано, что " похолодало только сегодня ночью", так и не сделали. Приеду ли еще раз в этот отель-НЕТ!

  Overall I enjoyed the hotel and was very pleased.

  Понравилось: The room was clean, quiet and had everything I needed.

  Не понравилось: The daily wine gathering. The ONLY wine available was rose. Ridiculous.

  Fantastic location but no breakfast

  Понравилось: Great location and friendly, helpful staff.

  Не понравилось: There’s no kitchen at this hotel so no breakfast / food options whatsoever. The bed was okay, the mattress was a bit soft. I shared my bed with my 7 month old baby and due to it being so soft, we ended up always rolling towards each other. But the sheets and pillows were great,quality. The room was dark. Barely any daylight.

  Понравилось: Prima lokatie, vlakbij Times Square en Broadway, middenin het bruisende deel van Manhattan. Toch was het stil in de kamer! Uitzicht!

  Не понравилось: Wat ongeïnteresseerd dame bij het inchecken en wat gedateerde indruk. Best duur voor hoe de kamer was. Hard dichtslaande deuren

  A NYC classic older hotel that’s in the perfect location for Broadway, Central Park, 5th Ave shopping, and more.

  Понравилось: Location can’t be beat, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating!

  Не понравилось: The rooms are a bit old and dimly lit. More light would help a lot.

  Не понравилось: The manager by the name Robert . Very rude and bossy person. One does not talk to even a child let alone to an hotel guest. I dont intend to stay in an hotel managed by a person like him.

  Tiny, dark and run-down

  Не понравилось: The room was absolutely tiny, and the bed was both too short and too narrow. Our room was on the second floor and was very dark. Renovation work was also underway on the building’s facade. The lighting in the room was terrible, leaving everything in semi-darkness. The room itself was old and badly worn, with a scuffed bed frame, limescale stains in the shower, and loose electrical sockets coming out of the wall. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

  Wer Wert auf eine gute Lage legt, kommt an dem Hotel nicht vorbei.

  Понравилось: The room was surprisingly spacious for New York standards and the location is absolutely perfect- right in the heart of the action.

  Не понравилось: It was very noisy throughout the night and neon signs outside were extremely luminous and kept waking us up, forcing us to keep the blackout curtains tightly shut. There were constructions works taking place with workers climbing outside the window during day time.

  Понравилось: La posizione dell'hotel è ottima a piedi si raggiunge Time Square e Central Park cmq vicina alla metro. La camera era pulita, bagno grande con doccia accessoriata di prodotti per l'igiene personale di ottima qualità. L'unico neo che alle 9 iniziavano i lavori di ristrutturazione quindi un po' rumoroso.

  Не понравилось: A localização do Ameritania é excelente e esta foi minha segunda hospedagem no hotel. Na primeira vez, há cerca de dois anos, tive uma ótima experiência. Infelizmente, desta vez o atendimento de alguns funcionários prejudicou bastante a estadia. No check-in, uma funcionária chamada Sierra foi extremamente grosseira e impaciente quando perguntamos, de forma educada, se o quarto poderia estar disponível antes das 15h. Sei perfeitamente que early check-in não é garantido; o problema foi a forma como fomos tratados. Depois disso, vimos outros hóspedes chegando e recebendo seus quartos enquanto continuamos esperando até depois das 15h, o que nos passou uma forte sensação de retaliação. Também tive outra experiência desagradável com a mesma funcionária ao buscar encomendas da Amazon. Como inglês não é meu primeiro idioma, escrevi minha solicitação no celular para evitar mal-entendidos. Ela revirou os olhos e demonstrou claramente impaciência, tornando uma situação simples bastante constrangedora. No checkout, outro funcionário também foi extremamente grosseiro ao lidar com os pertences do meu primo, chegando a deixar sua bolsa cair no chão em vez de entregá-la adequadamente. Em contraste, vários outros funcionários foram excelentes, gentis e prestativos. Por isso, o hotel me pareceu ter dois extremos: atendimento muito bom por parte de alguns e extremamente ruim por parte de outros. Minha nota se deve principalmente a essas experiências. A localização é ótima e o hotel tem potencial para oferecer uma excelente estadia, mas desta vez o atendimento deixou muito a desejar.

  Понравилось: Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, viel ist fußläufig erreichbar. Es gibt morgens kostenlos Kaffee und Wasser den ganzen Tag. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

  Не понравилось: Das Gebäude ist zur Zeit eingerüstet, was durch den Lärm und Schmutz der Baustelle den Wohlfühlfaktor drückt.

  Bedbug palace : Book anything else but this place .

  Не понравилось: I have never come across such a rude obnoxious receptionist as we encountered in this hotel . Absolutely shocking , mono syllabic , totally non interested in offering any level of customer service. I have written to parent company to complain . At $550 per night i feel we have a right to better treatment .

  Не понравилось: Chão com carpe e irregular , não tinha o frigobar, mas foi colocado assim que pedi, banheiro com divisória de cortina e não box, e acredito que quarto era menor do que o solicitado, pois do outro casal que foi com a gente era maior e na reserva os dois eram iguais, a primeira atendente viu que somos brasileiros e nenhum momento falou em espanhol, sempre em inglês, após alguns dias vimos ela falando espanhol, restante das pessoas bem receptivas.

  Понравилось: Muito bem localizado e instalações novas. Agua sempre disponível na recepção e pela manhã havia café também. Toalhas limpas e fofinhas e amenidades de banheiro muito boas.

  Не понравилось: Eu paguei por um quarto superior e na primeira noite nos colocaram em um quarto muito menor, depois de muita argumentação, o funcionário nos trocou de quarto no dia seguinte, mas não nos restituíram a diferença de valor. Cama muito mole.
