  Great location and friendly staff.

  Понравилось: The location was very convenient and ideal for walking around the city, grabbing coffee, and something to eat. There is an attached restaurant with great evening/night vibes. The bartender is super amicable and makes some killer drinks from scratch. They offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner; we had pretty good appetizers with our drinks at the bar but would not repeat breakfast (it just wasn't good and felt like we were at a Choice Inn). The front desk staff and just about every staff member we encountered were delightful, always greeted us, chatted with us, and made us feel welcome. We used the laundry facility (it is just one washer and one dryer and will cost you $5.00 each). The rooms were super clean! Would recommend the hotel and would use it again.

  Не понравилось: The room size was exactly what we expected after reading some of the reviews. It is very small and requires one person to navigate the room at a time. We were just 2 people and 2 suitcases, so it was cozy enough. Not a showstopper or a reason to move elsewhere, but worth mentioning.

  Не понравилось: Small cramped lobby. Restroom inconveniently located while waiting for held luggage. Almost missed bus home because of difficulty returning to lobby from restroom due to terrible elevator access.

  Понравилось: Localizaçao é boa. Depois que nos mudaram de quarto, para o andar 21, deu tudo certo. Deram lembrancinha de Halloween para as criancas. Achei um gesto bem simpatico :-)

  Не понравилось: Teve um dia em que havia uma festa no restaurante do hotel e a musica era altissima, impossivel de dormir. Parou somente quando eu ameacei chamar a policia. Nosso quarto originalmente no 2o andar tinha um odor insuportavel vindo do banheiro. Tivemos de mudar de quarto.

  Only good for one night stays.

  Понравилось: Staff was nice. Offered free luggage hold.

  Не понравилось: Very expensive for a small room and no breakfast included. We were given a handicap room without need for one. Shower curtain was short and allowed water onto the floor. Had to mop it up after every shower.

  Понравилось: We arrived earlier than expected. The staff checked us in and give us the room immediately which is a huge bonus as we can immediately get settled in and relax.

  Не понравилось: Provide Umbrella for the guest that is staying there. It is just a small gesture that can go a long way.

  Funcional, limpio y bien conectado.

  Понравилось: La cama es muy cómoda, perfecta para descansar después de caminar todo el día. La ubicación está buena para hacer el típico turismo, sobretodo para primera visita. Está muy bien conectada con el transporte y se puede caminar a todas partes. El hotel es muy funcional, sin lujos, pero tiene de todo, es muy limpio y en buen estado. El porte de la habitación está justo, andábamos con 2 maletas de cabina y con más equipaje podría incomodar.

  Не понравилось: A pesar de estar la habitación lista y disponible, te ofrecen entrar antes de la hora del check-in por un adicional de $50. Cobran las botellas de agua que te dan en la habitación. El servicio de limpieza es día por medio y si quieres todos los dias lo tienes que solicitar en recepción al hacer check-in.

  Не понравилось: עשו לי טעות חמורה עם כרטיס האשראי שהתחילה עוד בארץ, ביקשתי להחליף כרטיס ובמלון לשלם במזומן חייבו את הכרטיס שביקשתי לא לחייב, אי אפשר לשלם במזומן בצ'ק אאוט זה רק לקבל זיכוי תוך 30 יום וזה לא נאמר מראש, אמרו שלא תהיה בעיה בצ'ק אאוט לשלם במזומן. הטעיה חמורה שיצרה לי בעיה בחשבון, מאוד כועסת על הסיטואציה

  I'll definitely be back though!

  Понравилось: There was no ice on the 21st floor, nor the 19th fl. I did not have breakfast while there. There was a bit of confusion regarding parking garage, if you could come and go.

  Не понравилось: No ice in machine on floor I was on.

  Не понравилось: La cortina de la ducha es muy corta y el piso del baño se inunda cuando te bañas, eso provoca que resbale. Yo solicité una habitación para personas con movilidad reducida y el problema del piso mojado fue muy peligroso.

  It was a good stay.

  Понравилось: Great location! Everything was so convenient. The subway and Penn Station are also just a short walk away, which made getting around the city really easy. The area felt very safe, and overall, I had a great stay.

  Не понравилось: The bathroom door was partly off it’s runner. Could not close it. We had to leave at 5am so we did not ask for another room but it seemed unsafe.

  Не понравилось: the block the hotel on is very dirty, sketchy and vagrants coming up to you to ask for money. Security was not at the door at 11 PM and we had to wait for them to come to the door to open it

  Понравилось: The air conditioner was broken and there was an unpleasant odor; the man who came to help didn't speak English and couldn't even unplug the unit. Upon check-in, they tried to charge me again, even though the room had already been paid for via Booking.com (non-refundable rate).

  Не понравилось: Hotel was pretty clean and microwave was very useful!! Hotel could be pretty nice even with a strange personages around same street 😆 Thank you for stay

  Понравилось: La habitación muy amplia, la cama super cómoda, entraba luz natural, el baño espacioso y limpio. Las amenidades excelentes, se puede hacer uso de microondas, refrigerador y cafetera en la habitación, nos tocó una maquina de hielo justo afuera del cuarto. En recepción había agua y té de cortesía.

  Не понравилось: No aplica...la seguridad del hotel es excelente los guardias y el personal están atentos en todo momento. Hicimos nuestro check out muy temprano por la mañana 4:00 am y el guardia nos acompañó hasta que nuestro transporte llegó asegurándose de que fuera el correcto.

  Good place to stay near time square

  Понравилось: Good location, very nice and supporting staff. We got the highest floor and there’s no disturbing noise from the street at all. Close to Penn station and time square. Lots of food and convenience stores/supermarket around the area.

  Понравилось: The Staff was friendly and helpful. The location is very good. The bed was comfortable. Walking distance from Madison Square Gardens and the Amtrak Pen Station (Suggest car service is you have luggage) and places to eat.

  Не понравилось: The view from the window. Looked into the windows of an office building. But I guess that is New York.

  Понравилось: Staff was great and very helpful. The hotel was very clean.

  Не понравилось: The location was terrible, I don't recommend anyone stay here. There were a lot of homeless, drug addicts and sketchy people near the hotel. I felt very unsafe. Also, the bed was old and too soft, not comfortable.

  Hotel caro con buena ubicacion solamente, muchos hoteles muy cerca con mejores precios misma calidad

  Понравилось: La ubicacion es lo mejor que tiene el hotel, la habitacion en muy chica, para una familia tipo es muy incomoda.

  Не понравилось: El sistema que tienen de limipeza ocupa los 3 ascensores, en un edificio de 23 pisos es algo que deberian prestar atencion, podrian dejar un ascensor para el servicio de limipeza y destinar los otros dos para los huepedes porque bajar o subir se torna imposible, la gente de limpieza entra y sale con los carros en todos los pisos, es realmente incomodo y se pierde mucho tiempo. No tiene sector para desarunar, es privado y a la carta en el salon contiguo, tiene una recepcion chica el hotel.

  Отличный отель!

  Понравилось: Отличная гостиница, просторные для Нью-Йорка номера, ежедневная уборка. В номере есть холодильник, кофемашина с пополняемыми ежедневно капсулами, сейф, микроволновка. При бронировании просили высокий этаж, заселили на 18-й. Фото на букинге соответствуют реальности. В целом остались довольны выбором этого отеля.

  Не понравилось: Около отеля периодически встречались подозрительные личности, но это не вина отеля, а в целом особенность этого района.
