  I will stay here again and have suggested to friends to stay as well.

  Понравилось: The property seemed new, very clean and well maintained. It had 3 sets of washers and dryers that worked well, ice machines on the same floor, as well as his and hers onsens. It was very close to Nishi-Shinjuku subway station and close to Shinjuku Chuo Park and the Tokyo Metropolitan Building (free observation decks). There was a large TV with English programming and movies.

  Не понравилось: The pool was closed, it's only open from early July to early September but October is still hot in Tokyo.

  Понравилось: El hotel cumple si buscas una opción económica en Tokio, donde la relación calidad-precio puede ser un factor importante.

  Не понравилось: la habitación era demasiado pequeña, al igual que el baño, y la comodidad dejó bastante que desear. Para una estancia corta puede servir, pero personalmente no repetiría. Considero que hay mejores alternativas en la ciudad por las que vale la pena buscar un poco más.

  Понравилось: In general it was a good stay. Location is good as it’s near one of the stations and it’s not far from Shinjuku. The hotel stuff was nice enough, not everyone speaks English but they use translator on their phone, which works pretty well. WiFi worek ok. You can leave your luggage with the hotel at the day of check-in and check-out which is very convenient. I liked the option to open a window in my room, which is not always possible in some hotels.

  Не понравилось: The main thing that it’s missing in my opinion is the lounge or something similar. For a big hotel like that there are only few seats near the checkin counters and the luggage storage doesn’t have separate room but rather being stored there in the middle of the main hole, just kind of separated by curtains. The is an Irish pub but it was usually serving hotel breakfast/lunch/dinner and between these time it was closed (except the evening) , not a place to really sit there or buy a coffee in the meantime which is a shame because I think they could really use this space more in my opinion. Another little thing was that during my stay there was some sort of maintenance of the air conditioning on my floor, which was kind of strange and because of that was hard to walk to the elevator from my room; while I understand that these kind of works need to be done, maybe the floor should not be occupied by the hotel guests at that time.

  Amazing service, attentive staff, good breakfast

  Понравилось: Good pub, friendly staff, lovely breakfast and the egg was amazing. We left a baseball cap here, which had sentimental value, then we moved onto stay at another Apa Hotel in Osaka. I contacted the hotel and they organised the hat to be shipped from this hotel to our Osaka Apa for 970 yen! They were so efficient and a great price. Thank you so much for doing this and hosting us, from Scotland, we had a wonderful time.

  Понравилось: The room was spacious especially compared to other hotels in Tokyo. The shower was great with good water pressure. The onsite onsen is the best feature and the vending machines, plus the drinking water stations spread across the floors was really convenient. They provided you with Yukata to wear when going to and from the onsen was a great touch. The TV screen also showed you how crowded the man and female onset are at all times, this really helped deciding when you should go, the TV also displayed a short video on how to properly wear the Yukata, that is very helpful. There were Family Mart right next door and a pharmacy all within short walking distance. Yotsuya station directly across the hotel. Overall a great experience.

  Perfect location and great Hotel

  Понравилось: The location of the hotel is just perfect, very central and with a metro station at a few steps distance. The staff is very kind and always available to help. The room dimension, although small if compared to European standards, was acceptable and had everything one may need and even if on the second floor, it was very silent. The hotel offers many amenities in the room and other services, the public onsen is the thing I appreciated more but also the water distributor, the possibility to wash you laundry and the food vending machines have been greatly appreciated. If I went back to Tokyo I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

  Не понравилось: Um 9.30h haben die Mitarbeiter den Frühstücksbereich bereits erschwert zugänglich gemacht, weil Punkt 10.00h alle Gäste den Bereich verlassen haben mussten. Dies war ungemütlich. Auch durfte man nicht länger sitzen bleiben, um den Kaffee fertig zu trinken.

It smelled like mold and was also somewhat similar to a strong foot odor. To investigate the issue, please operate the air conditioner using the same settings as before, if possible. Please keep the doors and windows closed and monitor it for at least 30 minutes, then continue observing it for approximately 60 to 90 minutes. Based on my experience earlier, the odor may become strongest around one hour after the air conditioner is turned on, particularly between 60 and 90 minutes of operation. Please record the time when the air conditioner is turned on, the temperature and fan settings, the time when the odor begins, and how strong the odor becomes. If possible, I would also like a member of the hotel staff to personally confirm the smell. I am already experiencing discomfort in my airways, so I would prefer not to remain in the room for an extended period just to verify the odor. Please have the hotel staff monitor and confirm the situation instead. I would also like this incident to be formally documented. If necessary, please arrange for a professional technician to inspect the inside of the air-conditioning unit, including the drainage system, drain pan, blower fan, and other relevant components

  Wonderful hotel for arriving in Tokyo, adjusting with jetlag, and touring the city.

  Понравилось: The hotel fit exactly what I thought I was going to get from the Booking.com description and photos. All Japanese hotel rooms are on the smaller side from what I'm used to from the States, but the room contained everything we needed and we did not hear any neighboring sounds. The television home screen is rich with information about the hotel amenities (like wifi) and how crowded the onsite baths are. The hotel is a block or two from a subway stop for easy access getting around Tokyo.

  Не понравилось: As it is a tall building the elevators can have a number of stops to fit a lot of people going to the lobby. They could use another elevator or two, but it was manageable and perhaps is just the norm for the culture. A little bit of a culture shock from western standards. Otherwise no complaints as it met my expectations. My group had 3 rooms with no reported issues.
